Abstract
La présente invention concerne des procédés, systèmes et dispositifs d'administration de médicaments par transport électrique pour l'administration de lofentanil ou de carfentanil. Le lofentanil ou le carfentanil peuvent être fournis sous forme de sel soluble dans l'eau (par exemple, le chlorhydrate de lofentanil ou de carfentanil), tel que dans une formulation d'hydrogel. L'invention concerne également une dose de lofentanil ou de carfentanil administrée par transport électrique transdermique, qui est suffisante pour induire une analgésie chez des patients humains (adultes, par exemple) souffrant d'une douleur chronique, aiguë et/ou instable.
