Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé d'application d'un revêtement multicouche résistant à l'usure sur une surface métallique, éventuellement déjà enduite, ledit procédé comprenant l'enduction d'au moins deux couche de protection contre l'usure (5) et d'une couche intermédiaire (10) disposée entre les deux couches de protection contre l'usure (5). La couche intermédiaire (10) comprend une composition de matériau contenant le matériau de la couche de protection contre l'usure (5) et un matériau supplémentaire, l'application de la couche intermédiaire (10) étant réalisée avec une teneur décroissante en matériau de la couche de protection contre l'usure (5) sur une première zone de transition (a) et avec une teneur croissante en matériau de la couche de protection contre l'usure (5) sur une seconde zone de transition (b), la teneur en matériau de la couche de protection contre l'usure (5) étant partout supérieure ou égale à 5 % en poids.
