Claims (20)

    le pêne (15) présente un réceptacle (13) recevant une pièce d'ouverture/fermeture (10) ainsi qu'un cran préliminaire (16) et un cran principal (17) pour engrener dans le cliquet (20),
    le cliquet (20) subit la contrainte (29) d'un ressort dans la direction de fermeture du pêne (15),
    lorsque le hayon (18) ou la porte est ouverte, le pêne (15) se trouve dans une position ouverte (15.1) et lors de la fermeture du hayon (18) ou de la porte, il se rend d'abord dans une position de précrantage (15.2) où le cliquet (20) engrène dans le cran préliminaire (16) du pêne (15),

    caractérisée en ce que
    en partant de la position de crantage principale (15.3) du pêne (15) lorsque le hayon (18) ou la porte est fermée - l'accessoire de traction de fermeture (40) s'active à nouveau avant le déblocage ou pendant le déblocage du pêne (15) par le cliquet (20) et - pendant une phase de rappel (46) - le pêne (15) se déplace progressivement en sens contraire de celui de la phase précédente de traction de fermeture (45), en direction de sa position ouverte (15.1).
  2.   3. Fermeture selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que lorsque le pêne (15) se trouve en position entièrement ouverte (15.1) et/ou en position de crantage principale (15.3), l'accessoire de traction de fermeture (40) se trouve dans une position neutre (48.1) détendue.
  4. Fermeture selon les revendications 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce qu'avant que le pêne (15) quitte la position de crantage principale (15.3), l'accessoire de traction de fermeture (40) parvient d'abord dans une position tendue (48.2) pour exécuter la phase de dépassement de course (50), et qu'il exécute ensuite sa phase de rappel (46).
  5. Fermeture selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce qu'une transmission (43, 44) est présente entre le pêne (15) et l'accessoire de traction de fermeture (40)

  6. Fermeture selon les revendications 4 et 5, caractérisée en ce qu'avant de quitter la position de crantage principale (15.3) la transmission (43, 44) est embrayée (48.2) entre le pêne (15) et l'accessoire de traction de fermeture (40)
    et en ce qu'ensuite l'accessoire de traction de fermeture (40) exécute d'abord la phase de dépassement de course (50) et ensuite la phase de rappel (46).
  7. Fermeture selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que lorsque le pêne (15) se trouve sur la position entièrement ouverte (15.1) et/ou sur la position de crantage principale (15.3), le pêne est maintenu tendu par l'accessoire de traction de fermeture (40).
  8. Fermeture selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que le pêne (15) de son côté se trouve sous contrainte ressort (19) en direction du cliquet (20).
  9. Fermeture selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce qu'un accessoire motorisé (30) d'aide à l'ouverture soulève le cliquet (20) pour lui faire quitter son engrènement dans le cran principal (17) du pêne (15)
    et en ce que le moyen d'actionnement rend l'accessoire d'ouverture (30) opérant.
  10. Fermeture selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que l'accessoire d'ouverture (30) présente un excentrique (32) entraîné dont la came (36) d'excentrique interagit avec une surface de réglage (21) sur le cliquet (20)
    et en ce que l'excentrique (32) déplace le cliquet (20) de façon motorisée (30) pour lui faire quitter sa position de blocage (20.3) contre le cran principal (17) et lui faire gagner une position de déblocage (20.4), position dans laquelle le pêne (15) est débloqué.
  11. Fermeture selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée en ce que l'accessoire de traction de fermeture (40) est agencé certes en dehors de la serrure (12), mais qu'il est relié via une transmission mécanique (41, 42, 43) avec le pêne (15) dans la serrure (12).
  12. Fermeture selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée en ce que l'accessoire de traction de fermeture (40) est intégré dans la serrure (12).
  13. Fermeture selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisée en ce que lorsque le pêne (15) se trouve en position de crantage principale (15.3), l'accessoire de traction de fermeture (40) est certes normalement rendu inopérant (48.1), mais qu'il est rendu opérant (48.2) au déclenchement du moyen d'actionnement.

  17. Fermeture selon la revendication 16, caractérisée en ce que le capteur fonctionne sans contact physique et qu'il agit par la voie capacitive, électromagnétique, acoustique et/ou optique, et qu'il pilote l'accessoire de traction de fermeture (40) pendant sa phase de rappel (46).
  18. Fermeture selon l'une des revendications 1 à 17, caractérisée en ce que le moyen d'actionnement fait partie intégrante d'un transmetteur d'identification tel qu'une clé électronique, lequel lors d'un déclenchement exécute la phase de dépassement de course (50) et/ou la phase de rappel (46) de l'accessoire de traction de fermeture (40).
  19. Fermeture selon l'une des revendications 1 à 18, caractérisée en ce que l'accessoire de traction de fermeture (40) fait, pendant sa phase de rappel (46), reculer le pêne (15) jusque dans la zone de la position ouverte (15.1).
