Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Torantrieb mit elektrisch betriebenen Komponenten (2,10), welche über einen Netzanschluss (1) mit elektrischer Energie versorgt werden. Erfindungsgemäß sind eine Steuerung (2) und ein elektrischer Energiespeicher (3) vorgesehen, wobei in einem ersten Betriebsmodus (6) die Steuerung (2) den Torantrieb vom Netz (1) trennt und der elektrische Energiespeicher (3) die elektrische Energie bereitstellt und in einem zweiten Betriebsmodus (7) die Steuerung den Torantrieb mit dem Netz (1) verbindet.
