Claims (6)

  1. Dreh-Schlag-Bohrrohr (1), umfassend einen röhrenförmigen Abschnitt (2), der an seinen Enden eine weibliche Kupplung (3), die ein Innengewinde trägt, und eine männliche Kupplung (4), die ein Außengewinde trägt, aufweist, wobei die männliche Kupplung (4) und die weibliche Kupplung (3) ermöglichen, dass das Rohr (1) mit anderen damit identischen Rohren verbunden werden kann, um einen Dreh-Schlag-Bohrstrang der erforderlichen Länge zu bilden, wobei die Gewinde mindestens drei Anfänge aufweisen, wobei das Rohr (1) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass der röhrenförmige Abschnitt (2) und die Kupplungen (3; 4) als getrennte Teile ausgebildet sind, wobei die Kupplungen (3; 4) an den röhrenförmigen Abschnitt (2) angeschweißt sind, wobei die Kupplungen (3; 4) an ihren Oberflächen gehärtet sind, wobei eine Oberflächenhärtungsbehandlung an den Kupplungen (3; 4) durchgeführt wird, bevor sie an den röhrenförmigen Abschnitt (2) angeschweißt werden, wobei der gehärtete Abschnitt der Oberfläche der Kupplungsabschnitte, an denen die Schweißung vorgenommen werden soll, nach der Behandlung mechanisch entfernt wird, um der Schweißmaschine eine unbehandelte Oberfläche bereitzustellen, die mechanische Eigenschaften aufweist, die für das anschließende Schweißen geeignet sind, wobei der röhrenförmige Abschnitt (2) mit Endabschnitten (20) versehen wird, Zentrierprofile an den Endabschnitten (20) des röhrenförmigen Abschnitts (2) und an Fügeflächen (30, 40) der Kupplungen (3, 4) erstellt werden, um die koaxiale Montage des röhrenförmigen Abschnitts (2) und der Kupplungen (3; 4) zu erleichtern, wobei der rohrförmige Abschnitt (2) aus N80 Spezialstahl hergestellt ist, der sich von 42 Cr Mo 4 Stahl unterscheidet, aus dem die Kupplungen (3; 4) hergestellt sind, und wobei eine Schweißnaht, die aus einem AISI 312 Edelstahl Schweißdraht besteht, zwischen dem röhrenförmigen Abschnitt (2) und den Kupplungen (3; 4) gebildet ist.
  2. Rohr (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oberflächenhärtungsbehandlung Nitrieren ist.
  3. Rohr (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anfang der Gewindespirale entfernt ist, um das Eingreifen zu erleichtern.
  4. Rohr (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kupplungen (3; 4) Eingriffsschrägen aufweisen, um die gegenseitige Zentrierung zu erleichtern.
  5. Rohr (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gewinde eine Steigung von 30 mm aufweist.
  6. Rohr (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gewinde einen Rundungsradius R von 4 mm aufweist.
