Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen insbesondere aus einem Leichmetallwerkstoff gegossenen Kolben (1), eingesetzt in Brennkraftmaschinen, der in einem Kolbenschaft (5) zwei diametral gegenüberliegende Bolzennaben (6) aufweist, in die jeweils eine Nabenbohrung (7) zur Aufnahme eines Kolbenbolzens (9) eingebracht ist. Im Betriebszustand ist ein Pleuel (8) über ein Pleuelauge (11) schwenkbar an dem Kolbenbolzen (9) angelenkt. Zur Erzielung einer vergrößerten Abstützung des Kolbenbolzens (9) an der Bolzennabe (6) weist diese in einem oberen, einem Kolbenboden (2) zugewandten Bereich eine Anformung (14) auf, wodurch sich eine Scheitellinie (15) der Nabenbohrung (7) in Richtung einer Pleuelaufnahme (12) verlängert, unter Bildung einer Abstützfläche (13).
