Claims (10)

  1. Hilfsvorrichtung zum Bremsen der Wischmaterialspule in einem Wischmaterialspender, wobei das Spendegerät nach Art derer beschaffen ist, die in einem Gehäuse (1a) mit Schutzdeckel (1b) untere Flansche (2) als Halterung der Trommel (4) mit der Schneidvorrichtung (5) und obere Flansche (3) als Halterung der von ihrem Dorn getragenen Materialspule (B) umfassen, wobei das Gerät außerdem eine die Schlingenbildung verhindernde Vorrichtung für das von der Spule (B) kommende Material mit einem Hebel (10), dessen Kopf in Schwanenhalsform (10a) das aufnehmende Ansatzstück (12) des Doms der Spule (B) teilweise umgibt, und im unteren Teil eine in die Bewegung der sich drehenden Trommel (4) integrierte Reglergewichtvorrichtung für die Inbetriebnahme und Blockierung der Spule (B) aufweist, wobei der Hebel (10) mit einer zusätzlichen Einrichtung ausgebildet ist, die mit dem den Dorn der Materialspule tragenden Ansatzstück (12) zusammenwirkt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hebel (10) in seinem schwanenhalsförmigen Kopfteil (10a) eine innere nichtkreisförmige Kurvenform (10b) mit einer Abstandsamplitude nach außen und im Bereich der maximalen Amplitude einen nach innen gerichteten senkrecht dazu verlaufenden Verankerungsvorsprung (10c) aufweist, um durch Verankerung in einem Ring (13) aus Elastomermaterial, der am Flansch (12a) des den Dorn der Materialspule (B) aufnehmenden Ansatzstücks angeordnet ist, zusammenzuwirken, und dass die Reglergewichtvorrichtung einen Nocken (11) umfasst, der bei jeder Umdrehung der Trommel (4) mit dem Hebel (10) zusammenwirkt, wobei der besagte Reglergewicht-Nocken (11) an einem Trägerstück (15), das an einem Endflansch der Trommel (4) befestigt ist, angelenkt ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hebel (10) am Halteflansch (3) der Wischmaterialspule eine Gelenkachse (19) aufweist,
    und dass die Achse X-X, die durch die Gelenkachse des Hebels (19) und die Drehachse des Ansatzstücks verläuft, und die Linie Y-Y zwischen der Gelenkachse des Hebels (19) und dem Ende des Verankerungsvorsprungs (10c) einen Winkel α von 20-40° bilden.
  3. Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ansatzstück (12) einen Flansch (12a) in Form einer Scheibe umfasst, die an ihrem Rand mit einer Nut (12b) für die Aufnahme eines Rings (13) aus Elastomermaterial ausgebildet ist, wobei der besagte Flansch (12a) in der Mitte ein Loch (12c) für die Durchführung einer Verbindungseinrichtung (14) und einer Verschlusskappe (15) mit einer hohlen zylindrischen Auflagefläche (15a), die in das besagte zentrale Loch (12c) eingeführt wird, aufweist, wobei der besagte Flansch (12a) außerdem einen kreisförmigen inneren Hohlraum (12d) aufweist, in dessen Mitte sich eine kreisförmige Auflagefläche (12e) mit geringerem Querschnitt befindet,
    und dass die besagte Auflagefläche (15a) mit mindestens zwei weitreichenden kurvenförmigen inneren Aussparungen (12f) ausgebildet ist, wobei Lagereinrichtungen (16) in Form von Stiften am Grund des Flanschs (12a) in Gegenposition zu den besagten inneren Aussparungen (12f) aufliegen,
    und dass Backen bildende unrunde und nichtkreisförmige Halbringe (17) die kreisförmige Auflagefläche (12e) und die Lagereinrichtungen (16) umgeben, wobei die besagten Halbringe (17) durch eine Rückhalteeinrichtung (18) vom Typ Schlitzfeder miteinander verbunden sind,
    und dass die Halbringe (17) am Rand Vorsprünge (17a) aufweisen, die geeignet sind, in den Haltedorn der Spule (B) einzudringen, wenn die Halbringe (17) auf radiale Spreizung beansprucht werden.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Reglergewicht-Nocken (11) ein Basisteil (11a) mit einer mittleren Aussparung (11b) für die Durchführung der am Haltestück (15) des Reglergewichts (11) ausgebildeten Befestigungsachse (15a) umfasst, wobei das besagte Haltestück (15) am Endflansch (4a) der Trommel befestigt ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Haltestück (15) des Reglergewicht-Nockens (11) dem Längsschnitt an der Trommel, der die Durchführung der Schneidvorrichtung ermöglicht, nachgeordnet ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine zusätzliche Einrichtung (23) für die Führung des Reglergewicht-Nockens (11) und dessen sicheren Halt bei jeder Umdrehung der Trommel umfasst, um automatisch das Vorspringen des Reglergewicht-Nockens (11) auf den Arm des Hebels (10) zu ermöglichen, die Blockierfunktion der Spule (B) auszulösen und die Bildung von Schlingen zu vermeiden.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zusätzliche Einrichtung (23) mindestens ein ortsfestes Bauteil (23a) umfasst, das am Flansch (2) ausgebildet oder angesetzt ist und für die Befestigung eines Federblatts (23b) in Gendarmenhut-Form an einem (23b1) seiner Enden sorgt,
    und dass das andere Ende (23b2) frei und auf die Seite des Hebels (10) ausgerichtet ist,
    und dass das Federblatt (23b) einen abgeflachten Querschnitt aufweist, um einerseits dem Rampenprofil (11d) des Reglergewicht-Nockens (11) zugewandt zu sein und sich andererseits unter der unteren Schmalseite des ortsfesten Bauteils (23a) zu befinden,
    und dass sich der mittlere Teil des Federblattes (23b) in Gendarmenhut-Form bei 1 Umdrehung der Trommel im Durchgangsweg des Reglergewicht-Nockens (11) befindet und so bei der Durchführung des Reglergewicht-Nockens (11) elastisch verformt wird,
    und dass die Verformung des Federblattes (23b) einen Druck auf den besagten Reglergewicht-Nocken (11) bewirkt, der so aufrecht in einer festen Position gehalten wird, ohne dank seiner durch die Drehstützachse und den Kontakt mit dem Federblatt (23b) vorgegebenen Gegenauflagen zum Umkippen zu neigen.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtung (23) eine querverlaufende Schutzplatte (24) umfasst.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Schmalseite des unteren Teils (10f) des Hebelarms (10) ein geräuschdämpfender Belag (20) angebracht ist.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein fest mit dem Flansch (3) verbundener Anschlag (23) die Bewegung des Hebels (10) nach vorne begrenzt und ein Anschlag (22) unter dem Durchgangsbereich des unteren Arms des Hebels (10) angeordnet ist und als Auflage für den Reglergewicht-Nocken (11) dient, wenn dieser nach einer Trommelumdrehung der Kontrolle des Hebels (10) entwichen ist.
