Description

GRIFFSTUCK-ANSATZ-VORRICHTUNG FUR PISTOLEN
Die Erfindung betrifft eine austauschbare Ansatz- Vorrichtung für ein Griffstück einer Pistole mit einem
Abzug und einem Griff, in den ein mit einem Magazinboden versehenes Magazin einschiebbar ist, wobei das Griffstück einen griffnahen vorderen Bereich und einen grifffernen hinteren Bereich aufweist.
Vorrichtungen der eingangs genannten Art werden im Stand der Technik verwendet, um das bei Gebrauch von Hand zu ergreifende Griffstück eines Griffes einer Pistole an unterschiedliche Abmessungen und individuelle physiognomische Gegebenheiten anpassbar zu machen. Die bekannten Vorrichtungen weisen jedoch den Nachteil auf, sie nur umständlich handhabbar sind, wobei insbesondere eine schnelle Änderung der Außendimensionen eines Griffstückes nicht ermöglicht ist . Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es deshalb, eine austauschbare Ansatz-Vorrichtung für ein Griffstück einer Pistole zu schaffen, mittels derer ein schneller Wechsel und damit eine schnelle Änderung der Außendimensionen eines GriffStückes ermöglicht ist.
Für eine Vorrichtung der eingangs genannten Art wird diese Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, dass in dem hinteren und vorderen Bereich des GriffStückes jeweils mindestens ein Ansatzelement zum Zusammenwirken mit einer hinteren und vorderen Ansatzeinrichtung eines Griffansatzes ■ zum Befestigen des Griffansatzes an dem Griffstück vorgesehen ist, wobei im hinteren Bereich des GriffStückes des weiteren mindestens eine Öseneinrichtung vorgesehen ist, die in aufgesetztem Zustand des Griffansatzes auf dem Griffstück schlüssig in eine Bohrung des Griffansatzes eingreift, in die ein Sicherungsstift lösbar einbringbar ist, um den Griffansatz lösbar mit dem Griffstück zu verbinden. • ■ .
Bevorzugte Ausführungsformen der Erfindung sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche.
Bei der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung wird durch die Merkmalskombination, dass in dem hinteren und vorderen Bereich des GriffStückes jeweils mindestens ein Ansatzelement zum Zusammenwirken mit einer hinteren und vorderen Ansatzeinrichtung eines Griffansatzes zum Befestigen des Griffansatzes an dem Griffstück vorgesehen ist, wobei im hinteren Bereich des GriffStückes des weiteren mindestens eine Öseneinrichtung vorgesehen ist, die in aufgesetztem Zustand des Griffansatzes auf dem Griffstück schlüssig in eine Bohrung des Griffansatzes eingreift, in die ein Sicherungsstift lösbar einbringbar ist, um den Griffansatz lösbar mit dem Griffstück zu verbinden, erreicht, dass die erfindungsgemäße Ansätz- Vorrichtung an drei Punkten fest an dem Griffstück anbringbar ist, wobei eine feste Verbindung an zwei dieser Punkte durch einfaches Zusammenwirken bzw. Einrasten entsprechender Ansatzelemente und Ansatzeinrichtungen herbeiführbar ist, wodurch eine schnelle Austauschbarkeit gegeben ist. Der in die Bohrung des Griffansatzes eingreifende Sicherungsstift', der auf unterschiedliche geeignete Weise in der Bohrung zu sichern ist, bewirkt dabei eine notwendige Robustheit der Verbindung.
Gemäß einer ersten bevorzugten Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung ist vorgesehen, dass der
Sicherungsstift formschlüssig in die Bohrung einbringbar ist. Alternativ kann der Sicherungsstift beispielsweise auch einem Außengewinde versehen sein, das mit einem
Innengewinde der Bohrung zusammenwirkt, um den Sicherungsstift in der Bohrung lösbar zu fixieren.
Gemäß einer anderen bevorzugten Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung ist vorgesehen, dass eine erste Ansatzeinrichtung des Griffansatzes als Lippe ausgebildet ist, die unter ein erstes, als Kante ausgebildetes Ansatzelement des GriffStückes ansetzbar ist, wobei eine entsprechende Kante des Griffansatzes einen Drehpunkt bildet, um den der Griffansatz schwenkbar ist. Insbesondere kann dabei die hintere Ansatzeinrichtung des Griffansatzes als Lippe ausgebildet sein, die unter das als Kante ausgebildete hintere Ansatzelement des Griffstückes ansetzbar ist. Gemäß einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung ist vorgesehen, dass eine zweite Ansatzeinrichtung des Griffansatzes als elastisches Rastelement ausgebildet ist, das einen Vorsprung aufweist, der in ein zweites, als entsprechende Aussparung ausgebildetes Ansatzelement des Griffstückes einrastbar ist. Insbesondere kann dabei die vordere Ansatzeinrichtung des Griffansatzes als elastisches Rastelement ausgebildet sein, das einen Vorsprung aufweist, der in das als entsprechende Aussparung ausgebildete vordere Ansatzelement des GriffStückes einrastbar ist.
Der Griffansatz weist vorzugsweise zwei seitliche Backen auf, deren Innenflächen über entsprechende Außenflächen des GriffStückes schiebbar sind. Die beiden Backen sind vorzugsweise über einen vorderen Verbindungssteg miteinander verbunden. Die Innenflächen der Backen sowie die Außenflächen des Griffstückes sind dabei vorzugsweise aber nicht notwendigerweise plan ausgebildet.
Um durch Austausch des Griffansatzes eine möglichst große Variabilität des Griffstückes zu erhalten sind die Backen bei unterschiedlichen Griffansätzen unterschiedlich lang ausgebildet und können durch unterschiedliche Dicken an größere und kleinere Innenfaustvolumina angepasst sein. Insbesondere sind die Backen für unterschiedliche Griffansätze auch unterschiedlich dick und breit ausgebildet, so dass die insgesamten Außendimensionen eines GriffStückes änderbar sind.
Gemäß einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung ist vorgesehen, dass eine Unterfläche des Griffansatzes eine Aussparung aufweist, durch die ein Magazin in das Griffstück einführbar ist, wobei der Magazinboden einen Verschluss des Griffansatzes nach unten bildet. Die Aussparung ist vorzugsweise in einem unteren Bereich der Backen und des Verbindungssteges vorgesehen und in sich geschlossen ausgebildet .
Eine Öseneinrichtung ist vorzugsweise als fest mit dem Griffstück verbundene Öse ausgebildet. Zur Erhöhung der Stabilität sind vorzugsweise zwei Öseneinrichtungen vorgesehen, die parallel zueinander angeordnet sind.
Die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung wird im Folgenden anhand einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform erläutert, die in den Figuren der Zeichnung dargestellt ist. Darin zeigen:

Die in den Figuren 1 bis 7 dargestellte erfindungsgemäße austauschbare Griffansatz-Vorrichtung 100 ist für ein Griffstück 120 einer Pistole mit einem Abzug 150 und einem Griff 160 vorgesehen, wobei der Griff 160 einen griffnahen vorderen Bereich 161 und einen grifffernen hinteren Bereich 162 aufweist und wobei in den Griff 160 ein mit einem Magazinboden 131 versehenes Magazin 130 einschiebbar ist. Der Griffansatz 100 ist dabei ausgebildet, um in dem hinteren und vorderen Bereich des GriffStückes 120 jeweils mindestens ein Ansatzelement an einer hinteren 102 und an einer vorderen 103 Ansatzeinrichtung eines Griffansatzes 100 zu befestigen, um dadurch den Griffansatz 100 an dem Griffstück 120 lösbar fest anzubringen. Zu diesem Zweck sind des weiteren im hinteren Bereich des Griffstückes 120 zwei parallel zueinander angeordnete Öseneinrichtungen 123 vorgesehen, die in aufgesetztem Zustand des Griffansatzes 100 auf dem Griffstück 120 schlüssig in eine Bohrung 101 des Griffansatzes 100 eingreifen, in die ein Sicherungsstift 140 lösbar einbringbar ist, um den Griffansatz 100 lösbar mit dem Griffstück 120 zu verbinden. Eine Öseneinrichtung 123 ist als fest mit dem Griffstück 120 verbundene Öse ausgebildet.
Die hintere Ansatzeinrichtung 102 des Griffansatzes 100 ist als Lippe ausgebildet, die unter das als Kante ausgebildete hintere Ansatzelement 125 des Griffstückes 120 ansetzbar ist, wobei eine entsprechende Kante 113 des Griffansatzes 100 einen Drehpunkt 109 bildet, um den der Griffansatz 100 schwenkbar ist.
Die vordere Ansatzeinrichtung 103 des Griffansatzes 100 ist als elastisches Rastelement ausgebildet, das einen Vorsprung 104 aufweist, der in das als entsprechende Aussparung ausgebildete vordere Ansatzelement 103 des GriffStückes 120 einrastbar ist.
Der Griffansatz 100 weist zwei seitliche Backen 105 auf, deren Innenflächen 106 über entsprechende Außenflächen 121 des Griffstückes 120 schiebbar sind, wobei die beiden
Backen 105 über einen vorderen Verbindungssteg 107 miteinander verbunden sind. Die Innenflächen der Backen 106 sowie die Außenflächen 121 des Griffstückes 120 sind dabei nahezu plan ausgebildet, wobei die Backen 105 für unterschiedliche Griffansätze 100 unterschiedlich lang ausgebildet sind. Des Weiteren sind die Backen 105 für unterschiedliche Griffansätze 100 unterschiedlich dick und breit ausgebildet, so dass die insgesamten Außendimensionen eines GriffStückes 120 änderbar sind.
Eine Unterfläche 108 des Griffansatzes 100 weist eine Aussparung auf, durch die ein Magazin 130 in das Griffstück 120 einführbar ist, wobei der Magazinboden 131 einen Verschluss des Griffansatzes 100 nach unten bildet. Die Aussparung ist in einem unteren Bereich der Backen 105 und des Verbindungssteges 107 vorgesehen und in sich geschlossen ausgebildet.
Der Sicherungsstift 140 ist formschlüssig in die Bohrung
101 einbringbar. Das oben erläuterte Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung dient lediglich dem Zweck eines besseren Verständnisses der durch die Ansprüche definierten erfindungsgemäßen Lehre, die als solche durch das Ausführungsbeispiel nicht eingeschränkt ist .

Patentansprüche
1. Austauschbare Ansatz-Vorrichtung (100) für ein Griffstück (120) einer Pistole mit einem Abzug (150) und einem Griff (160) , in den ein mit einem Magazinboden (131) versehenes Magazin (130) einschiebbar ist, wobei der Griff
(160) einen griffnahen vorderen Bereich 161 und einen grifffernen hinteren Bereich (162) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem hinteren (162) und vorderen (161) Bereich des Griffes (160) jeweils mindestens ein Ansatzelement (125/126) zum Zusammenwirken mit einer hinteren (102) und vorderen (103) Ansatzeinrichtung eines Griffansatzes (100) zum Befestigen des Griffansatzes (100) an dem Griffstück (120) vorgesehen ist, wobei im hinteren (162) Bereich des Griffstückes (120) des weiteren mindestens eine Öseneinrichtung (123) vorgesehen ist, die in aufgesetztem Zustand des Griffansatzes (100) auf dem Griffstück (120) schlüssig in eine Bohrung (101) des Griffansatzes (100) eingreift, in die ein Sicherungsstift (140) lösbar einbringbar ist, um den Griffansatz (100) lösbar mit dem Griffstück (120) zu verbinden.
2. Vorrichtung (100) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sicherungsstift (140) formschlüssig in die Bohrung (101) einbringbar ist.

Vorrichtung (100) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine erste Ansatzeinrichtung des Griffansatzes (100) als Lippe (111) ausgebildet ist, die unter ein erstes, als Kante (124) ausgebildetes Ansatzelement des GriffStückes (120) ansetzbar ist, wobei eine entsprechende Kante (124) des Griffansatzes (100) einen Drehpunkt bildet, um den der Griffansatz (100) schwenkbar ist.
4. Vorrichtung (100) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die hintere Ansatzeinrichtung (102) des Griffansatzes (100) als Lippe (111) ausgebildet ist, die unter das als Kante (124) ausgebildete hintere Ansatzelement des GriffStückes (120) ansetzbar ist.

Vorrichtung (100) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch ■ gekennzeichnet, dass eine zweite Ansatzeinrichtung (103) des Griffansatzes (100) als' elastisches Rastelement ausgebildet ist, das einen Vorsprung (104) aufweist, der in ein zweites, als entsprechende Aussparung ausgebildetes Ansatzelement des GriffStückes (120) einrastbar ist.

Vorrichtung (100) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, die vordere Ansatzeinrichtung (103) des Griffansatzes (100) als elastisches Rastelement ausgebildet ist, das einen Vorsprung (104) aufweist, der in das als entsprechende Aussparung ausgebildete vordere Ansatzelement (125) des GriffStückes (120) einrastbar ist.
7. Vorrichtung (100) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Griffansätz (100) zwei seitliche Backen (105) aufweist, deren Innenflächen (106) über entsprechende Außenflächen (121) des Griffstückes (120) schiebbar sind.
8. Vorrichtung (100) nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Backen (105) über einen vorderen Verbindungssteg (107) miteinander verbunden sind.
9. Vorrichtung (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 7 oder_8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Innenflächen (106) der Backen (105) sowie die Außenflächen (121) des Griffstückes (120) nahezu plan ausgebildet sind.
10. Vorrichtung (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Backen (105) für unterschiedliche Griffansätze (100) unterschiedlich lang ausgebildet sind.
11.- Vorrichtung (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Backen (105) für unterschiedliche Griffansätze (100) unterschiedlich dick und breit ausgebildet sind, so dass die insgesamten Außendimensionen eines GriffStückes (120) änderbar sind.
12. Vorrichtung (100) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Unterfläche
(108) des Griffansatzes (100) eine Aussparung aufweist, durch die ein Magazin (130) in das Griffstück (120) einführbar ist, wobei der Magazinboden (131) einen Verschluss des Griffansatzes (100) nach unten bildet.
13. Vorrichtung (100) nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aussparung in einem unteren
Bereich der Backen (105) und des Verbindungssteges (107) vorgesehen ist und geschlossen ausgebildet ist.
