Claims (20)

  1. Système de lamelle de ventilateur, comprenant une série d'unités de lame parallèles (5, 15) ayant chacune au moins une lame (6) et au moins un support (7) qui est d'un seul tenant avec une lame (6), les lames (6) étant à distance les uns des autres et délimitant des espaces de ventilation, ainsi que des éléments de support (1) par l'intermédiaire desquels les unités de lame (5, 15) sont supportées, les unités de lame (5, 15) ayant chacune au moins une partie de montage (10), les éléments de support (1) ayant des parties de support (4) et chaque partie de montage (10) d'une unité de lame (5) est montée sur une partie de support (4) des éléments de support (1), caractérisé en ce que chaque unité de lame (5) est exécutée sous la forme d'un profil unique, et en ce qu'un support (7) a une extrémité libre munie de moyens de liaison (13), le côté opposé de l'unité de lame (5, 15) ayant des moyens de contre liaison (12), de telle sorte que les moyens de liaison (13) et l'extrémité libre d'un support (7) d'une unité de lame (5, 15) sont reliés à une contre liaison (12) d'une unité de lame voisine (5, 15).
  2. Système de lamelle selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les parties de montage (10) et les parties de support (4) comprennent des crochets.
  3. Système de lamelle selon les revendications 1 ou 2, dans lequel les parties de montage (10) et les parties de support comprennent des cavités découpées (4).
  4. Système de lamelle selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les parties de montage (10) et les parties de support (4) sont réalisées sous la forme de moyens d'encliquetage permettant une déformation élastique pendant le processus de montage
  5. Système de lamelle selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les parties de montage (10) et les parties de support (4) sont dans un état pré-tendu dans l'état monté.
  6. Système de lamelle selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les éléments de support (20) ont chacun un rebord (3) qui est orienté transversalement par rapport au plan défini par les lames, les parties de support (4) étant agencées sur le rebord (3).
  7. Système de lamelle selon les revendications 3 et 6, dans lequel les parties de support sont effectuées sous la forme de cavités découpées (4) qui s'ouvrent au niveau du bord libre du rebord (3).
  8. Système de lamelle selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les lames (6) ont une extrémité libre et une extrémité de montage, l'extrémité de montage étant munie d'une partie de montage (10).
  9. Système de lamelle selon les revendications 2 et 8, dans lequel l'extrémité de montage des lames (6) est effectuée sous la forme d'un crochet (10).
  10. Système de lamelle selon les revendications 7 et 9, dans lequel les crochets (10) des lames (6) sont encliquetés dans les cavités découpées correspondantes (4).
  11. Système de lamelle selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel au moins une unité de lame (5) comprend deux lames voisines (6) et un support intermédiaire (7), support intermédiaire (7) par l'intermédiaire duquel les lames (6) sont reliés mutuellement de manière permanente ou d'un seul tenant.
  12. Système de lamelle selon la revendication 11, dans lequel l'unité de lame (5) qui comprend deux lames voisines (6) et un support intermédiaire (7) comprend deux crochets (10) qui sont dirigés en opposition l'un de l'autre ou qui sont en vis-à-vis l'un de l'autre.
  13. Système de lamelle selon les revendications 11 ou 12, dans lequel un support supplémentaire (7) est relié de manière permanente ou d'un seul tenant avec un des lames (6) au niveau du côté de celui-ci dirigé en opposition du support intermédiaire (7), ledit support supplémentaire (7) ayant un bord libre muni de moyens de liaison (13).
  14. Système de lamelle selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes dans lequel un support (7) comprend une bande munie d'ouvertures de ventilation (8, 9).
  15. Système de lamelle selon la revendication 14, dans lequel les ouvertures de ventilation (8) ont une forme longitudinale, la direction longitudinale des ouvertures (8) étant orientée transversalement par rapport à la direction longitudinale des lames (6).
  16. Système de lamelle selon la revendication 14 ou 15, dans lequel les ouvertures de ventilation (9) ont une forme carrée.
  17. Système de lamelle selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les extrémités libres des lames (6) sont dirigées chacune vers une lame voisine (6).
  18. Système de lamelle selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les unités de lame (5, 15) comprennent des moyens de liaison mutuelle (12, 13) pour lier mutuellement des unités de lame voisines (5, 15).
  19. Méthode de fabrication d'une unité de lame pour le système de lamelle selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant les étapes consistant à :
    - obtenir un demi produit par l'intermédiaire d'une extrusion, ce demi produit étant constitué de deux lames et d'une bande de liaison mutuelle,
    - agencer des trous dans la bande.
  20. Méthode selon la revendication 19, comprenant l'étape consistant à :
    - agencer des trous dans la bande par l'intermédiaire d'un poinçonnement.
