Claims (11)

  1. Récipient d'emballage pour éléments de pâtisserie, en particulier de gâteaux, composé d'une partie inférieure (2) avec une surface de pose (3) située côté fond, à laquelle se raccordent deux parois latérales (4, 5) et une paroi arrière (6), les deux parois latérales (4, 5) présentant chacune une allure allant en s'effilant, en évoluant de la paroi arrière (6) vers l'avant, et d'une partie supérieure (7) en forme de capot, disposée à pivotement sur la paroi arrière (6) de la partie inférieure (2), susceptible de pivoter d'une position fermée à une position ouverte par rabattement, et inversement, par rapport à la partie inférieure (2), et présentant une paroi (9) située côté toit, une paroi avant (10) ainsi que deux parois latérales (11, 12) se raccordant latéralement à la paroi (9) située côté toit, qui, dans la position fermée de la partie supérieure (7), avec leurs bords de délimitation (15, 16), tournés vers les bords de délimitation (13, 14) des parois latérales (4, 5) de la partie inférieure (2), prennent appui sur ceux-ci, et des moyens de fermeture (19, 20) étant disposés sur les bords de délimitation de la partie inférieure (2) et de la partie supérieure (7), pour maintenir la partie supérieure (7) et la partie inférieure (2) à la position fermée, par une liaison à interaction de forme et/ou à interaction de forces, les deux parois latérales (4, 5) de la partie inférieure (2) présentant chacune une allure allant en s'effilant, en évoluant de la paroi arrière (6) vers l'avant, jusque sur la surface de pose (3) de la partie inférieure (2), un bord de délimitation avant (17) se raccordant, côté avant, à la surface de pose (3), et caractérisé en ce que la paroi (9) située côté toit de la partie supérieure (7) est configurée de manière que, dans la position ouverte par rabattement, au moins dans une zone partielle, elle forme une surface d'appui (21) de côté arrière pour la partie inférieure (2) et sa paroi avant (10) forme, au moins partiellement, une surface d'appui située côté fond, prolongeant la surface de pose (3) de la partie inférieure (2).
  2. Récipient d'emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la largeur (B) de la paroi (9) située côté toit de la partie supérieure (7) correspond à peu près à la hauteur (H) de la paroi arrière (6) de la partie inférieure (2).
  3. Récipient d'emballage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la surface de pose (3) de la partie inférieure (2) comprend des nervures longitudinales (23) s'étendant à peu près du bord de délimitation avant (17) à la paroi arrière (6).
