Description

Reiniqunqspaste
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Reinigungspaste, Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung und ihre Verwendung.
Reinigungsmittel verschiedenster Art sind seit Jahrhunderten bekannt. Im einfachsten Fall kann es sich dabei um Seifenpulver oder ähnliche Mittel handeln.
Auf dem Markt befinden sich auch vielfältige Spezialprodukte, die zur Fleckenentfernung angeboten werden, die teilweise auf sehr spezielle Fleckenzusammensetzungen - Ketchup, Kaugummi, Rotwein, etc. - angepasst sind. Nachteilig ist, dass hierzu die genaue Herkunft eines Fleckes bekannt sein muss, was nicht in allen Fällen gegeben ist.
Darüber hinaus existieren teilweise sehr aggressive Reinigungsmittel, die auch das zu reinigende Material, insbesondere bei gefärbten Materialien, angreifen können und darüber hinaus auch beim Anwender das Tragen von Schutzkleidung erforderlich machen können.
Es besteht daher weiterhin ein Bedarf nach möglichst universell einsetzbaren Reinigungsmitteln, die eine hohe Reinigungsleistung mit akzeptabler Hautverträglichkeit kombinieren.
Überraschenderweise konnte die Aufgabe gelöst werden durch eine Reinigungspaste enthaltend
35 bis 45 Gew.-% einer oder mehrerer Benzinfraktionen
15 bis 25 Gew.-% Ölsäuremethyltaurin oder eines Salzes hiervon,
5 bis 20 Gew.-% ethoxylierte Fettalkohole,
15 bis 25 Gew.-% eines Alkalidithionits.
Die erfindungsgemäße Reinigungspaste enthält zum einen 35 bis 45 Gew.-% einer oder mehrerer Benzinfraktionen. Bevorzugt werden hierbei Benzinfrakti- onen eingesetzt, die Siedebereiche oberhalb von 1800C aufweisen. Geeignet sind beispielsweise Reinigungsbenzine, die unter der Bezeichnung Testbenzin 180/210 verkauft werden. Bei diesen liegt der Siedebereich im Bereich von 180 bis 2100C.
Eine weitere Komponente ist Ölsäuremethyltaurin oder ein Salz davon, bevorzugt ein Salz, wie es beispielsweise als Hostapon TPHC (Ölsäuremethyltaurid- Natriumsalz) verkauft wird.
Ein weiterer Bestandteil sind ethoxylierte Fettalkohole, die bevorzugt überwiegend 16 bis 18 C-Atome aufweisen. Solche Fettalkohole werden beispielsweise unter der Bezeichnung EMULDAC AS 25 vertrieben.
Weiterhin ist erfindungsgemäß ein Alkyldithionit vorgesehen, wobei bevorzugt ein Natriumdithionit eingesetzt wird.
Zusätzlich kann die Paste weitere Tenside enthalten, bevorzugt in einer Menge von 0,5 bis 5 Gew.-%. Solche Tenside können bevorzugt anionisch oder nichtionisch sein. Geeignete Substanzen werden beispielsweise unter der Bezeichnung Sokalan oder Präwozell vertrieben.
Zusätzlich kann die Paste noch anorganische Salze enthalten. Geeignete Mengen liegen im Bereich von bis zu 10 Gew.-%. Hierbei kann es sich beispielsweise um Phosphate und Sulfate handeln. Geeignete Substanzen sind beispielsweise Natriumtriphosphate und Natriumsulfate.
In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform enthält die Reinigungspaste einen oder mehrere Duftstoffe.
In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform liegt der Gehalt an Benzinfraktionen im Bereich von 40 bis 42 Gew.-% und der Gehalt an Ölsäuremethyltaurin oder Salzen im Bereich von 18 bis 22 Gew.-%. Bevorzugt liegt der Gehalt der etho- xylierten Fettalkohole im Bereich von 5 bis 10 Gew.-% und der Gehalt an AI- kyldithionit im Bereich von 17 bis 21 Gew.-%, wobei dann auf 100 mit den weiteren Hilfsstoffen aufgefüllt werden kann.
Die erfindungsgemäße Mischung stellt eine Paste dar. Pasten sind Flüssigkeiten von einer teigigen Konsistenz. Zur Definition einer Paste kann auf die Definition der DE 102 05 134 Al Bezug genommen werden. Selbstverständlich kann die erfindungsgemäße Zusammensetzung weitere Komponenten enthaltend.
Überraschenderweise zeigt die erfindungsgemäße Reinigungspaste neben hervorragenden Reinigungsleistungen, insbesondere bei Flecken durch z.B. Obst, Jod, Tinte, Schmiere, etc. auch noch in dermatologischen Tests eine gute Hautverträglichkeit.
Für einen offenen Epikutantest wurden 20 hautgesunde Versuchspersonen im Alter von 23-62 Jahren ausgewählt. Das Produkt wurde in einer Konzentration von 10% in Wasser auf einem Areal von ca. 3cm Durchmesser auf dem Unterarm für eine zehnminütige Testperiode angewendet. Danach wurden die Parameter Erythem, Fissur und Schuppung abgelesen und die Probanden nach subjektiven Empfindungen wie Brennen, Juckreiz oder anderen Missempfindungen befragt.
Dabei zeigte das getestete Produkt im Rahmen dieser Testung keinerlei Effekte (sowohl objektiv wie subjektiv), so dass es in Analogie zu der Bewertung von Geschirrspülmitteln unter Berücksichtigung der Kennzeichnungsverordnung als reizfrei bezeichnet werden kann.
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist auch ein Verfahren zur Herstellung der Reinigungspaste umfassend den Schritt des Vermischens von
35 bis 45 Gew.-% einer oder mehrerer Benzinfraktionen
15 bis 25 Gew.-% Ölsäuremethyltaurin oder eines Salzes hiervon,
5 bis 20 Gew.-% ethoxylierte Fettalkohole, 15 bis 25 Gew.-% eines Alkalidithionits,
sowie die Verwendung der erfindungsgemäßen Paste zur Entfernung von Flecken, beispielsweise aus Kleidung, Teppichen, etc.
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist auch eine Metalltube, die die erfindungsgemäße Reinigungspaste enthält.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Reinigungspaste enthaltend
- 35 bis 45 Gew.-% einer oder mehrerer Benzinfraktionen
- 15 bis 25 Gew.-% Ölsäuremethyltaurin oder eines Salzes hiervon,
- 5 bis 20 Gew.-% ethoxylierte Fettalkohole,
- 15 bis 25 Gew.-% eines Alkalidithionits.
2. Reinigungspaste nach Anspruch 1 enthaltend zusätzlich 0,5 bis 5 Gew.-% Tenside.
3. Reinigungspaste nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, enthaltend zusätzlich bis zu 10 Gew.-% anorganische Salze.
4. Reinigungspaste nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 enthaltend zusätzlich Duftstoffe.
5. Reinigungspaste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Benzinfraktionen einen Siedebereich oberhalb von 1800C aufweist.
6. Reinigungspaste nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ethoxylierten Fettalkohole C16 bis C18 Fettalkohole sind.
7. Reinigungspaste nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zusätzlichen Tenside anionische Tenside oder nicht-ionische Tenside sind.
8. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Reinigungspaste umfassend den Schritt des Vermischens von
- 35 bis 45 Gew.-% einer oder mehrerer Benzinfraktionen
- 15 bis 25 Gew.-% Ölsäuremethyltaurin oder eines Salzes hiervon,
- 5 bis 20 Gew.-% ethoxylierte Fettalkohole,
- 15 bis 25 Gew.-% eines Alkalidithionits.
9. Verwendung einer Reinigungspaste nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 zur Reinigung von Leder, Kunststoff, Metall und Textilien, insbesondere zur Entfernung von Schmutzflecken von Teppichen, Möbeln, Kleidung oder Schmuck.
10. Metalltube enthaltend eine Reinigungspaste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7.
