Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Verteilung gekühlter Speisen, insbesondere für Großküchen, Sie umfasst einen Bandförderer, eine Anzahl von fahrbaren Speiseverteilergeräten sowie eine Kälteanlage mit einem geschlossenen Kältemittelkreislauf. Erfindungsgemäß ist die Kühlleistung der Kälteanlage auf mehrere Kühlstellen aufteilbar, die in Längsrichtung des Bandförderers angeordnet sind und Einrichtungen zum Anschluss eines Speiseverteilergerätes aufweisen.
