Abstract

L'invention concerne une endoprothèse pour une articulation de la hanche, présentant au moins une zone d'adaptateur (3) ou un col d'adaptateur prévu pour la disposition d'une tête d'articulation, ainsi qu'une tige (5) destinée à fixer la prothèse dans le fémur. La tige (5) présente sur sa surface au moins une rainure ou une entaille (7, 9) s'étendant dans le sens de la tige.
