Claims (15)
- Procédé pour supprimer des rebuts de poinçonnage lors du poinçonnage en découpe par application d'un couteau, dans lequel, pour engendrer une ouverture poinçonnée dans une pièce à oeuvrer soutenue sur la face frontale (18) d'une enclume cylindrique (12) et sur un fond (14) axialement déplaçable dans cette enclume, au moyen d'un tranchant de poinçonnage, on poinçonne une partie (16) de la pièce à oeuvrer et la partie poinçonnée (16) repose, avant sa suppression, sur le fond (14) axialement déplaçable dans l'enclume cylindrique (12),

le fond déplaçable (14) est rétracté dans l'enclume cylindrique (12), uniquement après le poinçonnage et conjointement avec la partie poinçonnée (16) jusque dans la région d'une ouverture d'éjection latérale (20) prévue dans l'enclume cylindrique (12) et la partie poinçonnée (14) soutenue sur le fond (14) rétracté est ensuite éjectée à travers l'ouverture d'éjection (20) par application d'une force correspondante transversalement à la direction axiale. - Procédé selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que la force à appliquer pour l'éjection de la partie poinçonnée (16) est appliquée sur la partie poinçonnée (16) à travers une ouverture (24) de l'enclume située à l'opposé de l'ouverture d'éjection (20), et/ou
en ce que la partie poinçonnée (16) est éjectée à travers l'ouverture d'éjection (20) par une courte impulsion de force. - Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que la partie poinçonnée (16) est éjectée mécaniquement à travers l'ouverture d'éjection (20), et de préférence la partie poinçonnée (16) est éjectée à travers l'ouverture d'éjection (20) au moyen d'un poussoir et le poussoir est ici de préférence guidé, pour éjecter la partie poinçonnée (16) depuis l'extérieur en traversant l'ouverture de l'enclume (24) située à l'opposé de l'ouverture d'éjection (20). - Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2,

en ce que l'air comprimé destiné à l'éjection de la partie poinçonnée (16) est de préférence introduit dans l'enclume (12) depuis l'extérieur à travers l'ouverture de l'enclume (24) située à l'opposé de l'ouverture d'éjection (20). - Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture d'éjection (20) est réalisée à la manière d'une fente et la hauteur et la largeur de la forme d'éjection (20) sont de préférence choisies seulement légèrement plus grandes que la largeur ou respectivement la hauteur de la partie poinçonnée (16). - Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture de l'enclume (24) située à l'opposé de l'ouverture d'éjection (20) est réalisée à la manière d'une buse en fente, et la partie poinçonnée à éjecter (16) est attaquée via cette buse en fente, et l'ouverture d'éjection est de préférence réalisée à la manière d'une fente, ladite buse en fente (24) s'étendant au moins sensiblement perpendiculairement à la fente d'éjection (20). - Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que la traversée qui inclut l'ouverture d'éjection (20) et l'ouverture de l'enclume (24) située à l'opposé de celle-ci est surveillée, en particulier au moyen d'une barrière lumineuse et/ou similaire,
et/ou en ce que, lors de la rétraction du fond déplaçable (14) la partie poinçonnée (16) est retenue par un vide contre celui-ci. - Dispositif (10) pour éliminer des déchets de poinçonnage lors du poinçonnage en découpe par application d'un couteau, comprenant une enclume cylindrique (12) et un fond (14) axialement déplaçable dans celle-ci, qui sert d'appui pour une partie (16) qui a été poinçonnée au moyen d'un tranchant de poinçonnage depuis une pièce à oeuvrer soutenue sur une face frontale (18) de l'enclume (12) et sur le fond (14), en particulier pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que le dispositif est ainsi réalisé que le fond déplaçable (14) est rétractable dans l'enclume cylindrique (12) uniquement après le poinçonnage et conjointement avec la partie poinçonnée (16) jusque dans la région d'une ouverture d'éjection (20) latérale prévue dans l'enclume cylindrique (12), et il est prévu des moyens pour éjecter ensuite la partie poinçonnée (16) soutenue sur le fond rétracté (14) par application d'une force correspondante transversalement à la direction axiale à travers l'ouverture d'éjection (20). - Dispositif selon la revendication 8,
caractérisé en ce que l'enclume cylindrique (12) est pourvue d'une ouverture (24) sur le côté situé à l'opposé de l'ouverture d'éjection (20), à travers laquelle peut être appliquée sur la partie poinçonnée (16) la force à appliquer pour l'éjection de la partie poinçonnée (16),
et/ou en ce que les moyens d'application de force (22) sont ainsi conçus que la partie poinçonnée est éjectée par une brève impulsion de force. - Dispositif selon la revendication 8 ou 9,
caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu des moyens mécaniques d'application de force (22), lesdits moyens mécaniques d'application de force (22) comprenant de préférence un poussoir au moyen duquel la partie poinçonnée (16) peut être éjectée à travers l'ouverture d'éjection et, pour éjecter la partie poinçonnée (16), le poussoir est de préférence guidé depuis l'extérieur à travers l'ouverture de l'enclume (24) située à l'opposé de l'ouverture d'éjection (20). - Dispositif selon la revendication 8 ou 9,
caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu des moyens d'application de force pneumatiques (22), lesdits moyens d'application de force pneumatiques (22) étant de préférence ainsi réalisés que la partie poinçonnée est éjectée à travers l'ouverture d'éjection (20) au moyen d'une bouffée d'air comprimé, et
en ce que l'air comprimé pour éjecter la partie poinçonnée (16) est de préférence susceptible d'être introduit dans l'enclume (12) depuis l'extérieur en traversant l'ouverture de l'enclume (24) située à l'opposé de l'ouverture d'éjection (20). - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture d'éjection (20) est réalisée à la manière d'une fente, et la hauteur et la largeur de la fente d'éjection (20) sont de préférence choisies uniquement légèrement plus grandes que la largeur ou la hauteur maximale de la partie poinçonnée (16). - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture de l'enclume (24) située à l'opposé de l'ouverture d'éjection (20) est réalisée comme une buse en fente, et la partie poinçonnée (16) à éjecter est susceptible d'être attaquée via cette buse en fente, et l'ouverture d'éjection est de préférence réalisée à la manière d'une fente, et la buse en fente (24) s'étend au moins sensiblement perpendiculairement à la fente d'éjection (20). - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
