Claims (14)

  1. Récipient d'empilage, de sciage et de transport (1) pour recevoir un produit de forme allongée empilable (17), le récipient présentant une partie de fond (2) et une paroi périphérique (3), caractérisé en ce que la partie de fond (2) est réalisée sous forme de palette et présente une surface d'appui avec un passage (9) pour un outil de découpe (16), la paroi périphérique (3) présentant une ou plusieurs ouvertures (4) pour le passage d'un outil de découpe (16) et guidant le produit de forme allongée (17) dans la direction longitudinale et transversale.
  2. Récipient selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la paroi (3) se compose de parties latérales (5) et de ranches (6, 6') qui sont connectées de manière détachable à la partie de fond (2).
  3. Récipient selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les ranches (6, 6') sont placées à distance l'une de l'autre et forment une ou plusieurs ouvertures (4).
  4. Récipient selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des ranches opposées (6, 6') sont connectées dans la région supérieure par des traverses (7).
  5. Récipient selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les ranches (6, 6') présentent un ou plusieurs éléments de guidage ou de renforcement (12).
  6. Récipient selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les parties latérales (5) et les ranches (6, 6') sont renforcées mutuellement par des entretoises transversales amovibles (13).
  7. Récipient selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le récipient (7) est fabriqué en bois.
  8. Procédé de manipulation, en particulier pour le stockage, le transport et le découpage d'un produit de forme allongée empilable (17) dans un récipient (1), caractérisé en ce que le produit de forme allongée (17) est empilé dans le récipient (1) et en ce que le produit de forme allongée (17) est découpé sous forme de pile dans le récipient (1), le récipient étant réalisé selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le produit sous forme allongée (17) est préparé dans une installation de traitement (14) avant son introduction.
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que le produit de forme allongée (17) est découpé en pièces au format souhaité et peut ensuite être transporté ou stocké dans le récipient (1).
  11. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8, 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce que le produit de forme allongée (17) ou des portions de celui-ci sont prélevés individuellement hors du récipient (1).
  12. Poste de traitement (14) pour un produit de forme allongée (17), caractérisé en ce que le poste de traitement (14) présente au moins un récipient (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7 et un outil de découpe (16).
  13. Poste de traitement (14) selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que le poste de traitement (14) présente un outil de fendage (18) et/ou un outil de découpage à la longueur (19) pour le produit de forme allongée (17).
  14. Poste de traitement (14) selon la revendication 13 ou 14, caractérisé en ce que le poste de traitement (14) présente un dispositif de manipulation pour empiler le produit de forme allongée (17) et/ou une installation de levage (15).
