Abstract

Behälter (1) mit wenigstens einem Behälterbereich (2) zur Aufnahme eines flüssigen Füllgutes, beispielsweise eines Getränks, und mit wenigstens einem Informations- und/oder Bildfeld (4) im Inneren des Behälters, dessen Inhalt bei geschlossenem Behälter wenigstens teilweise unsichtbar und nach dem Öffnen des Behälters durch die Behälterwandung hindurch sichtbar ist.

Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Behälter gemäß Oberbegriff Patentanspruch 1.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, einen Behälter aufzuzeigen, der es ermöglicht, dem Benutzer erst nach dem Öffnen zuvor nicht sichtbare Informations- und/oder Bildinhalte optisch zur Verfügung zu stellen.
  • Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe ist ein Behälter entsprechend dem Patentanspruch 1 ausgebildet.
  • Ein Informations- und/oder Bildfeld im Sinne der Erfindung ist ganz allgemein ein Feld, eine Fläche oder ein Bereich mit einem Informationsinhalt und/oder mit einem grafischen und/oder bildlichen Inhalt, der bei geschlossenem Behälter unsichtbar ist und erst nach dem Öffnen des Behälters optisch dargestellt wird. Der Inhalt eines solchen Informations- und/oder Bildfeldes kann unterschiedlichster Art sein, und zwar als rein grafische oder bildliche Darstellung unterschiedlichster Art und/oder auch als Information oder Hinweis in Schriftform usw.
  • Weiterbildungen, Vorteile und Anwendungsmöglichkeiten der Erfindung ergeben sich auch aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung von Ausführungsbeispielen und aus den Figuren. Dabei sind alle beschriebenen und/oder bildlich dargestellten Merkmale für sich oder in beliebiger Kombination grundsätzlich Gegenstand der Erfindung, unabhängig von ihrer Zusammenfassung in den Ansprüchen oder deren Rückbeziehung. Auch wird der Inhalt der Ansprüche zu einem Bestandteil der Beschreibung gemacht.
  • Die Erfindung wird im Folgenden anhand der Figuren näher erläutert. Es zeigen:
    • Fig. 1 eine vereinfachte Funktionsdarstellung eines erfindungsgemäßen Behälters;
    • Fig. 2 einen Behälter gemäß der Erfindung in Teildarstellung und im Schnitt.
  • Die Figur 1 zeigt in einer Funktionsdarstellung die prinzipielle Ausgestaltung eines erfindungsgemäßen Behälters 1, der zur Aufnahme von Getränken oder anderen Flüssigkeiten dient und zumindest in seinem geschlossenen Zustand wenigstens zwei voneinander getrennte und gegeneinander abgedichtete Behälterbereiche 2 und 3 aufweist. Der Bereich 2 bildet dabei den eigentlichen Behälterinnenraum zur Aufnahme des Füllgutes. In dem bei geschlossenem Behälter 1 gegenüber den Bereich 2 abgedichteten Bereich 3 ist wenigstens ein Informations- oder Bildfeld 4 vorgesehen, welches beispielsweise an der Innenfläche einer den Bereich 3 nach außen hin abschließenden transparenten Wandung vorgesehen oder angeordnet ist.
  • Das Informations- und/oder Bildfeld 4 ist dabei z.B. durch einen Aufdruck oder Auftrag auf die Innenfläche der den Bereich 3 nach außen hin abschließenden Wandung des Behälters 1 erzeugt oder aber von einem in dem Bereich 3 aufgenommenen, beispielsweise an der Wandung des Behälters 1 vorgesehenen Informations- oder Bildträger gebildet.
  • Unabhängig von derartigen Details sind das Informations- und/oder Bildfeld 4 so ausgebildet bzw. das Material und/oder die Materialzusammensetzung für dieses Informations- und/oder Bildfeld 4 so gewählt, dass es bzw. die in ihm enthaltenen grafischen und/oder bildlichen Darstellungen usw. zumindest zum Teil erst durch Berührung mit einem weiteren Medium sichtbar werden, und zwar vorzugsweise durch Berühren mit dem im Behälterbereich 2 aufgenommenen Füllgut oder durch den Sauerstoff der Umgebungsluft. Hierfür ist der Behälter 1 so ausgebildet, dass nach dem Öffnen des Behälters die Trennung zwischen den Bereichen 2 und 3 aufgehoben und das Informations- und/oder Bildfeld 4 mit dem Füllgut und/oder durch den geöffneten Behälter mit dem Sauerstoff der Umgebungsluft in Berührung kommt. Hierdurch ist es möglich, dem Benutzer verschiedenste Informationen, beispielsweise auch in Form von Werbe- und/oder Gewinnhinweisen usw. nach dem Öffnen des Behälters 1 zukommen zu lassen.
  • Die Figur 2 zeigt eine mögliche praktische Ausführung des in der Figur 1 dargestellten Prinzips. Der in der Figur 2 wiederum mit 1 bezeichnete Behälter ist als Flasche aus einem transluzenten Material, beispielsweise aus Glas oder einem transluzenten Kunststoff, z.B. PET hergestellt, und zwar in üblicher Weise mit einem Flaschenkörper 5, der an der Flaschenoberseite die Flaschenmündung 6 bildet. Letztere ist durch einen eingebrachten Verschluss oder Verschlussstopfen 7 verschlossen, wobei der Verschlussstopfen 7 an der Flaschenmündung 6 mit einer Teillänge in den Flaschenkörper 5, d.h. in den die Flaschenmündung 6 bildenden Flaschenhals hineinreicht. Der Verschlussstopfen 7 ist mit Dichtungen 8 versehen. Zwischen diesen Dichtungen 8 ist das Informations- und/oder Bildfeld 4 aufgenommen, so dass es sowohl zur Außenseite des verschlossenen Behälters 1, als auch zu dem mit dem flüssigen Füllgut (beispielsweise Getränk) gefüllten Behälterinnenraum abgedichtet ist und damit die im Informations- und/oder Bildfeld 4 enthaltenen grafischen und/oder bildlichen Darstellungen erst nach dem Öffnen, d.h. nach dem Entfernen des Verschlussstopfens 7 sichtbar werden, und zwar durch das Benetzen mit dem flüssigen Füllgut aus dem Behälter 1 oder durch den über die geöffnete Flaschenmündung 6 eindringen Sauerstoff.
  • Das Informations- und/oder Bildfeld 4 ist beispielsweise dadurch gebildet, dass die Innenfläche des Behälters 1 zumindest dort, wo das Informations- und/oder Bildfeld 4 vorgesehen ist, milch- oder mattscheibenartig ausgeführt, z.B. aufgeraut ist. Hinter dieser milchscheibenartigen Fläche ist ein den Inhalt des Informations- und/oder Bildfeldes 4 tragender Informationsträger angeordnet, und zwar derart, dass er bei trockener Behälterinnenfläche wegen der mattscheibenartigen Ausbildung nicht sichtbar ist, die an der Innenfläche mattscheibenartig ausgeführte Behälterfläche aber bei der Befeuchtung mit dem Füllgut durchsichtig wird und dadurch der Inhalt des Informations- und/oder Bildfeldes optisch sichtbar wird.
  • Das Informations- und/oder Bildfeld 4 kann beispielsweise auch durch einen Informationsträger realisiert werden, der mit einer Abdeckschicht versehen ist, die im trockenen Zustand mattscheibenartig und im feuchten Zustand voll durchsichtig ist.
  • Die Erfindung wurde voranstehend an einem Ausführungsbeispiel beschrieben. Es versteht sich, dass zahlreiche Änderungen sowie Abwandlungen möglich sind, ohne dass dadurch der die Erfindung tragende Erfindungsgedanke verlassen wird.

Claims (4)

  1. Behälter mit wenigstens einem Behälterbereich (2) zur Aufnahme eines flüssigen Füllgutes, beispielsweise eines Getränks, gekennzeichnet durch wenigstens ein Informations- und/oder Bildfeld (4) im Inneren des Behälters (1), dessen Inhalt bei geschlossenem Behälter wenigstens teilweise unsichtbar und nach dem Öffnen des Behälters (1) durch die Behälterwandung hindurch sichtbar ist.
  2. Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Informations- und/oder Bildfeld (4) zumindest in Teilbereichen aus einem Material und/oder aus einem Materialkombination besteht, die ein Sichtbarwerden des bei geschlossenem Behälter nicht sichtbaren Inhalts des Informations- und/oder Bildfeldes (4) erst im feuchten, beispielsweise durch das Füllgut benetzten Zustand ermöglicht.
  3. Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Informations- und/oder Bildfeld (4) zumindest in Teilbereichen aus einem Material und/oder aus einem Materialkombination besteht, die ein Sichtbarwerden des bei geschlossenem Behälter nicht sichtbaren Inhalts des Informations- und/oder Bildfeldes (4) erst durch Beaufschlagung mit Umgebungsluft, vorzugsweise durch Beaufschlagung mit dem Sauerstoff aus der Umgebungsluft ermöglicht.
  4. Behälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zusätzlich zu wenigstens einem, das flüssige Füllgut aufnehmenden Behälterbereich (2) zumindest ein weiterer Behälterbereich (3) vorgesehen ist, in welchem das wenigstens eine Informations- und/oder Bildfeld (4) untergebracht ist und der bei geschlossenem Behälter gegenüber dem Behälterbereich (2) zur Aufnahme des Füllgutes getrennt ist, bei geöffnetem Behälter aber mit dem Behälterbereich (2) zur Aufnahme des flüssigen Füllgutes in Verbindung steht oder Teil des Behälterbereichs (2) zur Aufnahme des Füllgutes ist.
