Abstract

Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Transport- und Lagerbehälter (1) für Flüssigkeiten, mit einem Innenbehälter (2) aus Kunststoff, einem Außenmantel (14) aus Metallgitter oder Blech und einem als Kufenpalette (18) ausgebildeten Untergestell (17) zur Abstützung des Innenbehälters (2). Die als Kompositepalette ausgebildete Kufenpalette (18) besteht aus einem aus Quer- und Längsbrettern aus Holz zusammengebauten Flachboden (20) sowie einer Mittelkufe (25) und zwei Außenkufen (26, 27) aus Kunststoff.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Transport- und Lagerbehälter für Flüssigkeiten, mit einem Innenbehälter aus Kunststoff mit einem verschließbaren Einfüllstutzen und einem Entleerstutzen zum Anschluss einer Entnahmearmatur, einem Außenmantel aus Metallgitter oder Blech sowie einem als Kufenpalette ausgebildeten Untergestell, das zur Handhabung mittels Hubstapler, Regalbediengerät o.dgl. Transportmittel eingerichtet ist und mit einem auf Stützfüßen einer Mittelkufe und von zwei Außenkufen aufliegenden Boden zur Abstützung des Innenbehälters ausgestattet ist, dessen unterer Boden eine mittige Ablaufrinne besitzt, die mit einem leichten Gefälle von der Behälterrückwand zu dem an der Stirnwand des Behälters angeordneten Entleerstutzen zum Anschluss der Entnahmearmatur verläuft.
  • Ein in der DE 101 10 926 B4 beschriebener gattungsgemäßer Transport- und Lagerbehälter für Flüssigkeiten ist mit einem Untergestell ausgerüstet, das als Kufenpalette ausgebildet ist, die durch eine Mittelkufe und zwei Außenkufen aus Kunststoff und einen auf Stützfüßen der Kufen aufliegenden Blechboden gebildet wird, auf dem der Innenbehälter aus Kunststoff des Transportbehälters zur Aufnahme von Flüssigkeiten steht.
  • Ferner werden auf dem Markt Transportbehälter für Flüssigkeiten angeboten, die mit einer Holzpalette zur Abstützung des von einem Blech- oder einem Gittermantel eingefassten Innenbehälters ausgerüstet sind.
  • Die Herstellungskosten der aus einem Blechboden und Kunststoffkufen bestehenden Kufenpalette sowie der Holzpalette, die sich durch die steigenden Holzpreise laufend verteuert, sind verhältnismäßig hoch.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, den gattungsgemäßen Transport- und Lagerbehälter für Flüssigkeiten im Hinblick auf eine kostengünstige Herstellung des Untergestells weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß gelöst durch einen Transport- und Lagerbehälter für Flüssigkeiten mit den Merkmalen des Patentanspruchs 1.
  • Die Unteransprüche beinhalten vorteilhafte und zweckmäßige Weiterbildungen der Erfindung.
  • Die als Kompositepalette ausgebildete Kufenpalette des Untergestells des erfindungsgemäßen Transport- und Lagerbehälters für Flüssigkeiten, die aus drei Kunststoffkufen und einem Flachboden aus Holzbrettern besteht, ermöglicht eine Verringerung der Herstellungskosten gegenüber den auf dem Markt angebotenen Flüssigkeitsbehältern der gattungsgemäßen Art.
  • Die Erfindung ist nachstehend anhand von Zeichnungsfiguren erläutert, die folgendes darstellen:

  • Der als Ein- und Mehrwegbehälter einsetzbare Transport- und Lagerbehälter 1 für Flüssigkeiten nach Figur 1 weist als Hauptbauteile einen austauschbaren quaderförmigen Innenbehälter 2 aus Kunststoff auf mit einer Stirnwand 3, einer Rückwand 4 und zwei Seitenwänden 5, 6, einem unteren und einem oberen Boden 7, 8, einem am oberen Boden 8 angeformten, mit einem Deckel 10 verschließbaren Einfüllstutzen 9 und einem an eine Einwölbung 11 im unteren Abschnitt der Stirnwand 3 angeformten oder angeschweißten Auslaufstutzen 12 zum Anschluss einer Entnahmearmatur 13, ferner einen als Gittermantel ausgebildeten Außenmantel 14 mit sich kreuzenden horizontalen und vertikalen Gitterstäben 15, 16 aus Metall zur Aufnahme des Innenbehälters 2 sowie ein als Kufenpalette 18 ausgebildetes Untergestell 17 mit euronormgerechten Längen- und Breitenabmessungen.
  • Der untere Boden 7 des Innenbehälters 2 weist eine mittige flache Ablaufrinne 19 auf, die mit einem leichten Gefälle von der Behälterrückwand 4 zu dem an der Stirnwand 3 des Behälters angeordneten Auslaufstutzen 12 zum Anschluss der Entnahmearmatur 13 verläuft.
  • Die als Kompositepalette ausgebildete Kufenpalette 18 des Transportbehälters 1 besteht aus einem aus Quer- und Längsbrettern 21-24 aus Holz zusammengebauten Flachboden 20 zur Abstützung des Innenbehälters 2 sowie einer Mittelkufe 25 und zwei Außenkufen 26, 27 aus Kunststoff mit jeweils einem vorderen, einem mittigen und einem hinteren Stützfuß 28, 29, 30 zur Abstützung des Flachbodens 20, der von den Greifarmen eines Hubstaplers, Regalbediengerätes o.dgl. Transportmittels unterfahrbar ist. Die Querbretter 21-23 sind an der Unterseite 24a der Längsbretter 24 des Flachbodens 20 angeordnet.
  • Das hintere Querbrett 21 des Flachbodens 20 ist mit seinen beiden Endabschnitten 21a, 21b in Vertiefungen 31 in der Oberseite 30a der hinteren Stützfüße 30 der beiden Außenkufen 26, 27 und mit seinem mittleren Abschnitt 21c in eine Vertiefung 31 der Oberseite 30a des hinteren Stützfußes 30 der Mittelkufe 25 eingelassen (Fig. 8).
  • Zwei vordere Querbretter 22 des Flachbodens 20 sind mit ihren beiden Endabschnitten 22a, 22b in einer Vertiefung 31 in der Oberseite 28a des vorderen Stützfußes 28 jeweils einer Außenkufe 26, 27 und in Vertiefungen 32 in der Oberseite 28a des vorderen Stützfußes 28 der Mittelkufe 25 eingelassen (Fig. 4).
  • Das mittige Querbrett 23 des Flachbodens 20 liegt mit seinen beiden Endabschnitten 23a, 23b auf den mittigen Stützfüßen 29 der beiden Außenkufen 26, 27 und mit seinem mittleren Abschnitt 23c auf dem mittigen Stützfuß 29 der Mittelkufe 25 auf.
  • Der Flachboden 20 ist mit den Stützfüßen 28-30 der Mittelkufe 25 und der beiden Außenkufen 26, 27 der Kufenpalette 18 verschraubt.
  • Der Flachboden 20 der Kufenpalette 18 besitzt über der Mittelkufe 25 eine mittige Längsöffnung 33 zur Aufnahme der Ablaufrinne 19 des unteren Bodens 7 des Innenbehälters 2 und der gefäßartige vordere Stützfuß 28 der Mittelkufe 25, der durch einen Boden 34, eine Rückwand 35 und zwei Seitenwände 36, 37 mit abgewinkelten oberen Wandabschnitten 38, 39 mit den Vertiefungen 32 zum Einlegen der Endabschnitte 22b der beiden vorderen Querbretter 22 des Flachbodens 20 gebildet wird, nimmt den unteren Abschnitt des Gehäuses der Entnahmearmatur 13 auf (Fign. 4 und 9).
  • Der Unterrahmen 40 des Gittermantels 14 ist mit dem vorderen und dem hinteren Stützfuß 28, 30 der Mittelkufe 25 und den drei Stützfüßen 28-30 der beiden Außenkufen 26, 27 der Kufenpalette 18 verschraubt.

Claims (8)

  1. Transport- und Lagerbehälter für Flüssigkeiten, mit einem Innenbehälter aus Kunststoff mit einem verschließbaren Einfüllstutzen und einem Entleerstutzen zum Anschluss einer Entnahmearmatur, einem Außenmantel aus Metallgitter oder Blech sowie einem als Kufenpalette ausgebildeten Untergestell, das zur Handhabung mittels Hubstapler, Regalbediengerät o.dgl. Transportmittel eingerichtet ist und mit einem auf Stützfüßen einer Mittelkufe und von zwei Außenkufen aufliegenden Boden zur Abstützung des Innenbehälters ausgestattet ist, dessen unterer Boden eine mittige Ablaufrinne besitzt, die mit einem leichten Gefälle von der Behälterrückwand zu dem an der Stirnwand des Behälters angeordneten Entleerstutzen zum Anschluss der Entnahmearmatur verläuft, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die als Kompositepalette ausgebildete Kufenpalette (18) des Untergestells (17) des Transport- und Lagerbehälters (1) einen aus Holzbrettern (21-24) erstellten Flachboden (20) sowie eine Mittelkufe (25) und zwei Außenkufen (26, 27) aus Kunststoff mit jeweils einem vorderen, einem mittigen und einem hinteren Stützfuß (28, 29, 30) aufweist.
  2. Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Flachboden (20) aus Quer- und Längsbrettern (21-23; 24) zusammengebaut ist und die Querbretter (21-23) an der Unterseite (24a) der Längsbretter (24) angeordnet sind.
  3. Behälter nach Anspruch 2, gekennzeichnet durch ein hinteres Querbrett (21), das mit seinen beiden Endabschnitten (21a, 21b) in Vertiefungen (31) in der Oberseite (30a) der hinteren Stützfüße (30) der beiden Außenkufen (26, 27) und mit seinem mittleren Abschnitt (21c) in eine Vertiefung (31) in der Oberseite (30a) des hinteren Stützfußes (30) der Mittelkufe (25) eingelassen ist.
  4. Behälter nach Anspruch 2 und 3, gekennzeichnet durch zwei vordere Querbretter (22, 22), die mit ihren beiden Endabschnitten (22a, 22b) in Vertiefungen (31) in der Oberseite (28a) des vorderen Stützfußes (28) jeweils einer Außenkufe (26, 27) und in Vertiefungen (32) in der Oberseite (28a) des vorderen Stützfußes (28) der Mittelkufe (25) eingelassen sind.
  5. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, gekennzeichnet durch ein mittiges Querbrett (23), das mit seinen beiden Endabschnitten (23a, 23b) auf den mittigen Stützfüßen (29) der beiden Außenkufen (26, 27) und mit seinem mittleren Abschnitt (23c) auf dem mittigen Stützfuß (29) der Mittelkufe (25) aufliegt.
  6. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Flachboden (20) der Kufenpalette (18) über der Mittelkufe (25) eine mittige Längsöffnung (33) zur Aufnahme der Ablaufrinne (19) des unteren Bodens (7) des Innenbehälters (2) besitzt.
  7. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Flachboden (20) mit den Stützfüßen (28, 29, 30) der Mittelkufe (25) und den beiden Außenkufen (26, 27) der Kufenpalette (18) verschraubt ist.
  8. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, gekennzeichnet durch eine Verschraubung des Unterrahmens (40) des Gittermantels (14) mit dem vorderen und dem hinteren Stützfuß (28, 30) der Mittelkufe (25) und den drei Stützfüßen (28, 29, 30) der beiden Außenkufen (26, 27) der Kufenpalette (18).
