Description

Dispositif de vitrine de vente de produits
La présente invention concerne le domaine des vitrines d' exposition de produits, plus particulièrement de produits destinés à la vente.
Généralement, une devanture de magasin comprend une vitrine transparente permettant aux passants de voir tout ou partie des produits en vente. Toutefois en dehors des heures d' ouverture, l' achat de produits ne peut être effectué. La plage d' ouverture des magasins est de l' ordre de 6 à 12 heures par jour suivant les coutumes nationales et le type de commerce. Il subsiste un temps mort de 12 à 18 heures par jour qui augmente considérablement le coût fixe horaire du magasin. Les magasins ouverts 24h/24h pâtissent de difficultés de recrutement et de fidélisation du personnel, de frais de personnel très élevés, notamment la nuit et les dimanches et jours fériés, et de fréquentes interdictions administratives.
Par ailleurs, certains lieux tels que les gares ou les aéroports sont parfois équipés d' automates de vente de boissons ou de confiseries. Ces automates pâtissent d'une présentation peu attractive des produits et d'un mode opératoire rébarbatif pour des personnes peu habituées à ce type d' appareil, par exemple des personnes âgées dont le nombre, absolu et relatif, est en pleine croissance dans la plupart des pays.
La présente invention vise à remédier à répondre au besoin insatisfait de magasins à large amplitude horaire, de présentation agréable et à coûts de fonctionnement raisonnables. La présente invention vise à fournir une vitrine de vente automatisée de structure simple et offrant une présentation au moins aussi agréable que celle d'un magasin conventionnel. La présente invention vise à fournir une vitrine de vente automatisée d'usage simple et ergonomique notamment pour des personnes âgées ou handicapées.
Le dispositif de vitrine de vente de produits, comprend une baie transparente, au moins un rangement destiné à recevoir au moins une catégorie de produits disposé d'un côté de la baie, au moins un capteur capable de détecter un appui exercé sur la baie, et une unité de traitement reliée à la sortie du capteur d'appui pour en déduire une commande d'un produit de type déterminé, avec un sélecteur capable de commander un éclairage sélectif pour éclairer le produit sélectionné en fonction de la détection effectuée et un élément pour délivrer le produit sélectionné. Un produit de la catégorie présélectionnée peut ainsi être désigné à l'utilisateur et visualisé de façon directe grâce à l' éclairage sélectif. L'utilisateur se rend compte immédiatement si une erreur a été commise ou si la catégorie de produit présélectionnée et éclairée de façon sélective correspond bien à ce qu'il souhaite. On entend par éclairage sélectif un éclairage se distinguant de l' éclairage de fond, notamment par une intensité plus forte et/ou une couleur différente. L' éclairage sélectif peut comprendre une pluralité de lampes, chaque lampe étant commandée par le sélecteur. Le sélecteur commande l' allumage d'une lampe à la fois pour désigner un produit d'une catégorie. Une lampe peut comprendre une ou plusieurs ampoules selon la taille du produit et l'intensité lumineuse souhaitée. Une lampe génère un faisceau lumineux dirigé vers un produit d'une catégorie.
En cas d'erreur, l'utilisateur peut corriger sa sélection et/ou revenir en arrière par annulation de la sélection. Si le produit éclairé de façon sélective correspond au souhait de l'utilisateur, la validation est effectuée par appui sur une touche ou sur la baie, par exemple deux appuis brefs peu espacés.
Dans un mode de réalisation, le dispositif comprend également un compteur de nombre d'appuis et un sélecteur configuré pour associer un nombre d'appuis et une catégorie de produits ou un produit déterminé.
Un produit peut être délivré à un client en fonction du nombre d' appuis exercés par un client sur la baie. Un tel fonctionnement est particulièrement intuitif.
Dans un mode de réalisation, le capteur d' appui est fixé sur la baie. Dans un mode de réalisation, le capteur d'appui est capable de détecter un effort exercé sur la baie. Dans un mode de réalisation, le capteur d' appui est capable de détecter une vibration de la baie. On peut prendre en compte les vibrations comprises entre 10 et 100 Hz. On peut prévoir une plage combinée de fréquence et d' accélération ou encore d'amplitude. Le capteur peut être du type mis en œuvre dans les systèmes d' alarme, avec une sensibilité adaptée.
Dans un mode de réalisation, le compteur et le sélecteur sont réalisés sous la forme d'un circuit analogique, par exemple comprenant au moins un comparateur. Dans un mode de réalisation, le compteur et le sélecteur sont réalisés sous la forme d'un circuit numérique, par exemple pourvu d'un automate programmable.
Dans un mode de réalisation, le compteur est configuré pour compter de 1 à n, le nombre maximal de types de produits étant égal à n. Les produits peuvent être achetés un par un.
Dans un mode de réalisation, le compteur est configuré pour compter de 1 à 2n, le nombre maximal de types de produits étant égal à n.
Dans ce cas, il est possible de commander des produits de différents types en un seul achat. Dans un mode de réalisation, le dispositif comprend une pluralité de voyants lumineux, chacun correspondant à un type de produit. La visualisation de la commande est aisée. Chaque voyant lumineux peut être disposé à proximité d'une représentation du produit correspondant, par exemple un dessin ou une photographie. Dans un mode de réalisation, le dispositif comprend au moins trois capteurs d' appui et une unité de traitement reliée à la sortie desdits capteurs pour estimer le lieu de l' appui et en déduire une commande à destination de l' élément pour délivrer un produit du type sélectionné. La baie peut supporter des représentations des produits et des représentations de nombre de produits pour rendre la commande encore plus intuitive et naturelle. Dans ce cas, il suffit d' appuyer à l' emplacement de la baie où est représenté le nombre désiré du type de produit désiré.

Comme on peut le voir sur la figure, le dispositif de vitrine 1 comprend un vitrage transparent 2 séparant l' espace en une zone extérieure 3 et une zone intérieure 4, un élément de stockage 5 pourvu de plateaux 10 à 13 pour des produits de types différents 6 à 9, un élément de délivrance 15 de produits achetés, un capteur 16 en contact avec le vitrage 2, un compteur 17 relié à une sortie du capteur 16, un sélecteur 18 relié à une sortie du compteur 17, un éclairage 21 , et optionnellement un afficheur 19 relié à une sortie du sélecteur 18. L ' élément de stockage 5 , l' élément de délivrance 15 , le capteur 16, le compteur 17, le sélecteur 18 et l' éclairage 21 sont disposés dans la zone intérieure 4.
Les plateaux 10 à 13 de l' élément de stockage 5 peuvent être fixes ou mobiles en translation pour faire tomber les produits correspondants un par un dans l' élément de délivrance 15. Dans le mode de réalisation représenté, le dispositif comprend trois capteurs 16 répartis en des lieux distincts du vitrage 2. La présence de plusieurs capteurs 16 permet une détection plus fiable et, à titre optionnel, l'estimation d'un lieu d' impact ou de poussée sur le vitrage 2 par goniométrie. Le compteur 17 et le sélecteur 18 peuvent être réalisés sous forme d'un automate programmable. En d' autres termes, le compteur 17 peut comprendre un nombre de bits correspondant au nombre de plateaux 10 à 13. Dans ce cas, une commande concerne une catégorie de produits, le nombre de produits dans une commande n' étant pas limité. Alternativement, le compteur 17 peut comprendre un nombre de bits correspondant au nombre de combinaisons possibles de types de produits pour permettre un panachage de types de produits dans une même commande.
L ' éclairage 21 comprend une pluralité de lampes 22 à 25 , une par catégorie de produits 6 à 9, chacune dirigeant un faisceau lumineux vers au moins un produit 6 à 9 d'une catégorie de produits.
Le sélecteur 18 est configuré pour commander l' élément de stockage 5 , l 'élément de délivrance 15 , l' éclairage 21 et optionnellement l' afficheur 19. Le sélecteur 18 est relié au capteur 16 pour recevoir une information d'actionnement du vitrage 2. Le sélecteur 18 peut être relié à un monnayeur ou à un terminal de paiement, par exemple par carte de paiement, non représenté prévu pour recevoir le paiement de la transaction et autoriser la délivrance des produits achetés. Le sélecteur 18 est capable de commander l' affichage de la commande par l' afficheur 19, l' actionnement de l' élément de stockage 5 de telle sorte que les produits commandés tombent dans l' élément de délivrance 15 , et le déverrouillage du volet 20 de l' élément de délivrance 15. Le prix peut être calculé par le monnayeur en fonction d'informations transmises par le sélecteur 18.
On obtient ainsi une vitrine conviviale permettant l' acte d'achat sur une plage horaire étendue, y compris par des personnes peu familiarisées avec des appareils automatiques. On offre une possibilité de se procurer des produits à des personnes qui s' en trouvaient auparavant empêchées. La vitrine peut faire partie d'une machine de distribution de produits comprenant un châssis, un panneau de commande, un orifice de délivrance de produits, et un terminal de paiement.

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1. Dispositif de vitrine de vente de produits comprenant une baie transparente, un élément de stockage destiné à recevoir des produits de types différents, disposé d'un côté de la baie et un élément ( 15) pour délivrer les produits, au moins un capteur d'appui ( 16) capable de détecter un effort exercé sur la baie et une unité de traitement reliée à la sortie dudit capteur d'appui pour en déduire une commande d'un produit d'un type déterminé caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend un sélecteur capable de commander un allumage sélectif pour éclairer ledit produit sélectionné sur l'élément de stockage en fonction de la détection effectuée par le capteur d'appui.
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 , comprenant un capteur ( 17) de nombre d'appuis, le sélecteur étant configuré pour associer un nombre d'appuis à un type de produits.
3. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, comprenant au moins trois capteurs d'appui, l'unité de traitement étant capable d'estimer le lieu de l'appui pour en déduire la commande dudit produit.
