Claims (23)
- Ein Schneidewerkzeug (100) zur Verwendung innerhalb eines chirurgischen Handstücks, wobei das Handstück eine Gelenkwelle umfasst, wobei das Schneidewerkzeug Folgendes beinhaltet:ein äußeres röhrenförmiges Element (101), das einen ersten Magneten (110) umfasst; undein inneres röhrenförmiges Element (103), das einen zweiten Magneten (111) umfasst, wobei das innere röhrenförmige Element gleitbar innerhalb des äußeren röhrenförmigen Elements angeordnet ist,wobei eine Kraft zwischen dem ersten Magneten (110) und dem zweiten Magneten (111) geschaffen wird, wenn das innere röhrenförmige Element gleitbar innerhalb des äußeren röhrenförmigen Elements angeordnet ist, und wobei die Kraft eine Vorspannkraft zwischen dem inneren röhrenförmigen Element und dem äußeren röhrenförmigen Element schafft.
- Werkzeug gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei die Kraft eine Anziehungskraft beinhaltet.
- Werkzeug gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei die Kraft eine Gegenkraft beinhaltet.
- Werkzeug gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei der erste Magnet und der zweite Magnet unterschiedliche Polaritäten aufweisen.
- Werkzeug gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei der erste Magnet und der zweite Magnet gleiche Polaritäten aufweisen.
- Werkzeug gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei ein Luftspalt zwischen dem ersten Magneten und dem zweiten Magneten besteht.
- Werkzeug gemäß Anspruch 6, wobei der Luftspalt (206) zwischen ungefähr 0,025 mm (0,001 Zoll) und ungefähr 7,620 mm (0,300 Zoll) beträgt.
- Werkzeug gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei der erste Magnet an das äußere röhrenförmige Element gekoppelt ist.
- Werkzeug gemäß Anspruch 8, wobei der erste Magnet an eine Nabe (105) des äußeren röhrenförmigen Elements gekoppelt ist.
- Werkzeug gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei der zweite Magnet an das innere röhrenförmige Element gekoppelt ist.
- Werkzeug gemäß Anspruch 10, wobei der zweite Magnet an eine Nabe (107) des inneren röhrenförmigen Elements gekoppelt ist.
- Werkzeug gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei das innere röhrenförmige Element und das äußere röhrenförmige Element jeweils magnetisches Material beinhalten.
- Werkzeug gemäß Anspruch 12, wobei eine Nabe des inneren röhrenförmigen Elements und eine Nabe des äußeren röhrenförmigen Elements jeweils magnetisches Material beinhalten.
- Werkzeug gemäß Anspruch 13, wobei das magnetische Material der Nabe des inneren röhrenförmigen Elements und das Material der Nabe des äußeren röhrenförmigen Elements gleiche Polaritäten aufweisen.
- Werkzeug gemäß Anspruch 13, wobei das magnetische Material der Nabe des inneren röhrenförmigen Elements und das Material der Nabe des äußeren röhrenförmigen Elements unterschiedliche Polaritäten aufweisen.
- Ein Verfahren zum Schaffen einer Kraft zwischen einem äußeren röhrenförmigen Element und einem inneren röhrenförmigen Element eines Schneidewerkzeugs, wobei das Verfahren Folgendes beinhaltet:Koppeln eines ersten Magneten an das äußere röhrenförmige Element;Koppeln eines zweiten Magneten an das innere röhrenförmige Element; undgleitbares Anordnen des inneren röhrenförmigen Elements innerhalb des äußeren röhrenförmigen Elements, um eine Kraft zwischen dem äußeren röhrenförmigen Element und dem inneren röhrenförmigen Element zu schaffen, wobei die Kraft eine Vorspannkraft zwischen dem inneren röhrenförmigen Element und einer Gelenkwelle bei Eingriff des inneren röhrenförmigen Elements und der Gelenkwelle schafft.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 16, wobei die Kraft eine Anziehungskraft beinhaltet.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 16, wobei die Kraft eine Gegenkraft beinhaltet.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 16, wobei der erste Magnet und der zweite Magnet gleiche Polaritäten aufweisen.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 16, wobei der erste Magnet und der zweite Magnet unterschiedliche Polaritäten aufweisen.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 16, wobei der erste Magnet an eine Nabe des äußeren röhrenförmigen Elements gekoppelt ist.
- Werkzeug gemäß Anspruch 16, wobei der zweite Magnet an eine Nabe des inneren röhrenförmigen Elements gekoppelt ist.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 16, wobei das Koppeln des ersten Magneten an das äußere röhrenförmige Element und des zweiten Magneten an das innere röhrenförmige Element mechanisches Koppeln, magnetisches Koppeln oder Binden beinhaltet.
