Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif de stockage comportant un corps d'enveloppe (101) ;
    un récipient (200) ; et
    un capuchon de récipient (110) ;
    le corps d'enveloppe (101) étant pourvu d'un orifice de distribution (105) à une extrémité du corps d'enveloppe, une structure d'application de force (104) à l'autre extrémité, et un élément de fermeture (102) servant à fermer l'orifice de distribution ;
    une extrémité de l'élément de fermeture étant reliée ou fixée au corps d'enveloppe par le biais d'une membrane flexible (103) ou formée de façon monobloc avec celui-ci ;
    la structure d'application de force (104) comportant une structure de poussée intérieure (106) qui pointe en direction de l'élément de fermeture (102), la structure d'application de force (104) étant réalisée à partir d'une matière plus souple que celle du corps d'enveloppe (101), de telle sorte que la déformation de la structure d'application de force (104) poussée en direction de l'élément de fermeture (102) amène la structure de poussée (106) à presser contre l'élément de fermeture pour l'ouvrir ;
    le récipient (200) comportant une partie d'ouverture (201) et un filetage extérieur (202) ;
    le côté périphérique du corps d'enveloppe étant un récipient creux comportant des brides destinées à se fixer par insertion aux bords de la partie d'ouverture d'un récipient associé, à s'engager avec les bords d'une ouverture (201) d'un récipient associé (200), pour limiter la profondeur d'insertion du corps d'enveloppe (101) dans le récipient associé ;
    le capuchon de récipient (110) comportant un filetage intérieur (111) pouvant s'engager avec le filetage extérieur (202) du récipient (200) ;
    le dispositif étant tel qu'une relation stable relative est obtenue lorsque l'élément de fermeture est fermé par rapport au dispositif de stockage, la membrane flexible étant pliée dans un état précontraint de sorte que l'élément de fermeture reste dans un état ouvert stable après avoir été pressé pour être ouvert ; et
    la mise en place du capuchon de récipient (110) sur le récipient, lorsque le filetage extérieur (202) du récipient (200) est vissé avec serrage sur le filetage intérieur (111) de celui-ci, exerce une force de serrage sur la structure d'application de force (104) de telle sorte que la structure de poussée (106) est poussée en direction de l'élément de fermeture (102), ce qui presse par contact l'élément de fermeture (102) pour ouvrir l'élément de fermeture (102).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'élément de fermeture (102) est une structure de fermeture destinée à se combiner de façon adaptée avec la sortie de distribution (105) à l'extrémité inférieure du corps d'enveloppe (101) afin de conférer à eux deux un statut de fermeture combiné, et, lorsqu'une force extérieure est appliquée sur une structure d'application de force (104), l'élément de fermeture (102) est pressé pour se détacher de la sortie de distribution (105) afin de distribuer le contenu du corps d'enveloppe.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, disposé de telle façon que l'élément de fermeture (102) peut fonctionner selon l'une ou plusieurs des manières suivantes :
    (i) l'élément de fermeture est ouvert à la main pour appliquer une force sur la surface d'application de force afin de distribuer le contenu,
    (ii) verser directement le contenu,
    (iii) les procédés de combinaison de fermeture de l'élément de fermeture (102) et du corps d'enveloppe (101) comprennent : 1) une combinaison par bouchage 2) une combinaison par encliquetage 3) une combinaison par verrouillage 4) une combinaison par adhérence 5) une combinaison par fusion ou une combinaison par serrage au moyen d'éléments de verrouillage auxiliaires supplémentaires ;
    la combinaison de fermeture de l'élément de fermeture (102) et de la sortie de distribution (105) du corps d'enveloppe (101) incluant un état complètement fermé ou un état semi-fermé, et dépend de la propriété et de l'exigence de conservation du contenu stocké à l'intérieur du corps d'enveloppe (101).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel la membrane flexible (103) est constituée par une structure de fixation flexible de type écaille en matière flexible destinée à la fixation du corps d'enveloppe (101) et de l'élément de fermeture (102 ), l'état de fixation du corps d'enveloppe (101) et de l'élément de fermeture (102) incluant le fait que, lorsque l'élément de fermeture (102) est combiné à la sortie de distribution (105) à l'extrémité inférieure du corps d'enveloppe (101) pour conférer au corps d'enveloppe (101) en tant que récipient un état fermé, la structure flexible de type écaille (103) est pliée dans un état précontraint dans le sens de l'ouverture, l'élément de fermeture (102) se détachant du corps d'enveloppe (101) et étant aidé par la flexibilité précontrainte de la structure flexible de type écaille (103) pour permettre à la sortie de distribution (105) à l'extrémité inférieure du corps d'enveloppe (101) d'être maintenue dans un état ouvert stable afin de distribuer le contenu (107), tandis que l'élément de fermeture (102) est toujours fixé au corps d'enveloppe (101) sans pouvoir tomber, grâce la structure flexible de type écaille (103).
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le corps d'enveloppe (101) est un conteneur creux de type cannette dont la forme est choisie parmi la forme cylindrique, la forme quasi-cylindrique et la forme polygonale, du type tenu à la main ou par le biais d'un mécanisme, en matière plastique ou en métal pour stocker un contenu (107) se présentant sous forme de particules, de poudre, de suspension épaisse, de pâte ou de liquide, le corps d'enveloppe (101) étant pourvu de l'orifice de sortie de distribution (105) à son extrémité inférieure, et étant dans un état fermé lorsque la sortie de distribution (105) est combinée avec l'élément de fermeture (102), et distribuant le contenu (107) lorsque l'élément de fermeture (102) est ouvert, le corps d'enveloppe étant fixé à la membrane flexible (103) pour permettre à l'élément de fermeture (102) de se positionner dans un état ouvert dans des conditions normales, et d'être précontraint dans le sens d'une ouverture lorsqu'il est combiné avec la sortie de distribution (105) ; le corps d'enveloppe tenu à la main ou par le biais d'un mécanisme pouvant être réalisé au choix selon les besoins avec une structure d'application de force (104) à son extrémité supérieure axiale, et étant pressé dans un état ouvert, lorsqu'une force extérieure est appliquée sur l'élément de fermeture (102), pour distribuer le contenu (107).
  6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel le corps d'enveloppe (101) est un conteneur creux de type cannette dont la forme est choisie parmi la forme cylindrique, la forme quasi-cylindrique et la forme polygonale, du type tenu à la main ou par le biais d'un mécanisme, en matière plastique ou en métal pour stocker un contenu (107) se présentant sous forme de particules, de poudre, de suspension épaisse, de pâte, de liquide de matières solides solubles, le corps d'enveloppe (101) étant pourvu de l'orifice de sortie de distribution (105) à son extrémité axiale inférieure, et étant dans un état fermé lorsque la sortie de distribution (105) est combinée avec l'élément de fermeture (102), et distribuant le contenu (107) lorsque l'élément de fermeture (102) est ouvert, le corps d'enveloppe étant fixé à la membrane flexible (103) pour permettre à l'élément de fermeture (102) de se positionner dans un état ouvert dans des conditions normales, et d'être précontraint dans le sens d'une ouverture lorsqu'il est combiné avec la sortie de distribution (105)
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel la membrane flexible (103), l'élément de fermeture (102) et le corps d'enveloppe (101) sont réalisés à partir de la même matière et sont formés de façon monobloc.
  8. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les procédés de combinaison du corps d'enveloppe (101) et de l'élément de fermeture (102), ainsi que les procédés de combinaison de l'élément de fermeture (102) et de la membrane flexible (103) comprennent une ou plusieurs des opérations suivantes : combinaison par fusion, combinaison par adhérence, combinaison par rivetage, un mécanisme tel qu'une combinaison par encliquetage ou verrouillage, et des combinaisons par serrage ou par couture au moyen d'éléments auxiliaires supplémentaires.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la surface d'application de force de la structure d'application de force (104) est constituée selon l'une quelconque des manières suivantes :
    (i) la structure d'application de force est réalisée à partir d'une matière flexible qui est plus souple que celle du corps d'enveloppe (101) pour se combiner avec le corps d'enveloppe (101),
    (ii) elle est constituée par une structure d'application de force (104) formée par une structure flexible plus mince réalisée à partir de la même matière que celle du corps d'enveloppe (101) pour se combiner avec le corps d'enveloppe (101), et
    (iii) elle est constituée par une structure d'application de force (104) formée par une structure plus flexible pour se combiner avec le corps d'enveloppe (101) ;
    de plus, la structure d'application de force (104) et le corps d'enveloppe (101) peuvent être réalisés à partir de la même matière afin d'être réalisés de façon monobloc ou individuelle, puis être combinés, ou bien ils peuvent être réalisés à partir de matières différentes puis être combinés.
  10. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la structure de poussée intérieure (106) est réalisée à partir d'une matière flexible qui est plus souple que celle du corps d'enveloppe (101) afin de combiner ceux-ci au niveau de la partie supérieure du corps d'enveloppe (101), et ladite structure est une structure de poussée étendue.
