Definitions
- the present invention relates to a shoe sole for connection to a shoe, to a method for the production thereof, and to a shoe comprising such a shoe sole and to a method for producing such a shoe.
- the present invention has for its object to provide a shoe sole that allows walking without sacrificing comfort for the wearer of the corresponding shoe. Furthermore, a corresponding shoe, a method for producing such a shoe sole and a method for producing such a shoe to be proposed.
- the shoe sole according to the invention has an upper side for connection to a shoe and a lower side for occurrence on a substrate.
- the shoe sole has a forefoot area, a rearfoot area, and a middle area therebetween.
- the shoe sole according to the invention is characterized in that the forefoot region has a first hardness at least in a central region, the central region at least in a central region a second hardness and rear foot region has a third hardness at least in a central region, wherein the second hardness differs from the first and the third hardness.
- the terms forefoot and hindfoot area are not to be understood in the anatomical sense, but are aimed at a three-part structure of the shoe sole, the forefoot area in the front area of the shoe sole, the rear foot area in the rear area of the shoe sole and the middle area between these areas is trained.
- the term "hardness” is understood to mean the mechanical resistance that a body opposes to the penetration of another body.
- first, second and third hardness can be chosen so that a good suspension behavior when walking on hard ground is ensured, in particular without further damping elements such as spring elements or the like must be formed.
- the cushioning properties of the shoe sole are thus based on the choice of material by which the hardnesses are influenced.
- the second hardness is greater than the first and the third hardness. Further preferred is an embodiment of the shoe sole, in which the first hardness is greater than the third hardness.
- a shoe sole whose central region in the forefoot region has a first hardness which is greater than the third hardness in the central region of the rear foot region but smaller than the second hardness in the middle region is particularly preferred.
- Such a shoe sole has particularly good damping properties and advantageously permits joint-gentle walking. This allows a good support of the foot in the middle area, while the forefoot area, which is strongly moved and deformed when walking, is made easier deformable than the less moving and deformed rear foot area.
- the forefoot area occupies about up to 60% of the length of the shoe sole, while the rear foot occupies 25 to 30% of the length of the shoe sole.
- the midfoot region is correspondingly formed by an imaginary central transverse line through the shoe sole behind it.
- the first hardness is in the range of 55 to 65 degrees Shore, the second hardness in the range of 65 to 75 degrees Shore and the third hardness in the range of 50 to 60 degrees Shore.
- Shore D Under a hardness in Shore in particular the so-called Shore D or the Shore A hardness is specified here.
- This Shore D hardness is commonly used with toughened elastomers and measured with a needle that tapers at a 30 ° angle and has a spherical tip with a radius of 0.1 mm.
- the weight on this needle is 5 kg, the holding time during which this weight rests is 15 s.
- the measurement is preferably carried out at 23 ° C plus minus 2 Kelvin.
- the Shore A hardness is usually given for soft elastomers and is measured with a needle with a blunt tip.
- the end face of the truncated cone of the needle has a diameter of 0.79 millimeters, the opening angle is 35 °.
- the needle is loaded with a weight of one kilogram for 15 s.
- the hardness tests are carried out in particular at a temperature of about 23 ° Celsius.
- Particularly preferred ranges of the first hardness are 58 to 62 degrees Shore, in particular about 60 degrees Shore.
- Particularly preferred ranges of the second hardness are 68 to 72 degrees Shore, in particular about 70 degrees Shore.
- Especially Constrained areas of the third hardness are 53 to 57 degrees Shore, in particular 55 Shore.
- a first connecting line between an area of the forefoot area adjacent to the middle area and a partial area of the middle area adjacent to the forefoot area and a second connecting line between an area of the middle area adjacent to the rearfoot area and an area of the rearfoot area adjacent to the middle area form an angle
- the shoe sole is designed so that it can not lie smoothly in the middle region when the user is standing.
- the central region is designed so that it does not allow a stable position of the shoe sole. In a shoe comprising this shoe sole, this advantageously results in that a stable position of the shoe is not achieved in this area, which forces the wearer of the shoe to stabilize this unstable position by muscle tension. This results in a training effect for the muscles and also leads to a more natural posture of the wearer when walking and standing.
- the central region is preferably designed like a button and has a convex surface. A button-like middle region with a convex, that is, for example, rounded outer contour, promotes an unstable position of the shoe and forces the wearer to appropriate stabilizing movements.
- the envelope of the underside has in at least one of the following areas a change in the gradient in a longitudinal direction of the shoe sole: a) in the middle region; b) partial area of the forefoot area adjacent to the middle area; c) partial region of the rear foot region which is adjacent in the middle region; and d) in at least one of the areas lying between the areas a), b) and c)
- the envelope is understood to mean, in particular, a curve which comprises the connection of those points which come into contact with the ground when walking. Intervening recesses of the underside of the shoe sole are bridged in the formation of the envelope. In particular, this results in an enveloping surface of the underside of the shoe sole, which is a measure of the areas of the shoe sole in which the shoe sole makes contact with the ground when walking.
- a change of inclination here means a change in the first derivative of this curve or surface, in particular of the first derivative in the longitudinal direction of the shoe sole.
- the latter has, at least in partial regions, an envelope which is convex at least in a longitudinal direction.
- Subareas formed with a hardness other than the hardness of the respective central areas are formed outside the central regions of the forefoot and / or the hindfoot region.
- harder or softer regions can preferably be formed on the edge.
- Particularly preferred here is an embodiment in which the hardness of these regions is greater than the hardness of the respective central regions.
- These areas can in particular serve to improve the wear behavior of the shoe sole, since the areas with greater hardness are less worn than areas with lower hardness.
- the envelope lies in the partial regions of a different hardness further outward than the envelope in the central regions.
- the shoe sole is formed from at least one elastomeric material.
- the shoe sole consists of at least two or three, preferably even four elastomeric materials of different hardness.
- thermoplastic elastomers are understood to mean substances, in particular also polymers, which have a combination of the intrinsic properties of elastomers, ie in particular an elastic behavior and that of thermoplastics, that is to say in particular a good processability after heating, in particular by extrusion, spraying or the like.
- thermoplastic elastomers are meant in particular styrene types such as styrene-oligoblock copolymers, thermoplastic polyolefins, thermoplastic polyurethanes, thermoplastic copolyesters and thermoplastic copolyamides.
- thermoplastic polyurethanes are especially preferred.
- the middle region is formed such that it lies below the longitudinal arch of the foot when the shoe is worn.
- an unstable position of the shoe sole connected to the shoe is achieved in a particularly advantageous manner and thus promotes an active walking and standing of the user.
- At least the central region of the central region is formed as a kind of knob, which projects at least in comparison to one of the front or rear foot regions and is preferably slightly convex toward itself. This promotes in a particularly advantageous manner an unstable position of the user with the advantages exemplified above.
- an inventive shoe which comprises a shoe sole according to the present invention.
- the shoe may further comprise an upper shoe of plastic and / or leather.
- a method for producing a shoe sole according to the present invention is proposed in which the shoe sole is injected from at least one elastomeric material.
- the shoe sole is injected from at least one elastomeric material.
- a multi-component injection process with different elastomeric plastics has proved to be advantageous here.
- a method for producing a shoe is proposed in which a shoe sole according to the invention is connected to a shoe upper.
- connection is produced in particular advantageously by gluing and / or welding.
- 1 is a first underside view of a Schuhsoh-
- FIG. 2 shows a second view in longitudinal section through a central region of a shoe sole according to the invention.
- Fig. 3 is a third top-side view of the shoe sole according to the invention.
- the 1 shows a underside view of a shoe sole 1 according to the invention.
- This has a forefoot region 2, a rear foot region and an intermediate region 4 located therebetween.
- the forefoot region 2 has a central region 5 which has a first hardness.
- the central region 4 has a central region 6 which has a second hardness.
- the rear foot region 3 comprises a central region 7 which has a third hardness.
- the second hardness differs from the first and the third hardness.
- the second hardness is greater than the first and the third hardness
- the first hardness is greater than the third hardness.
- the first hardness is given in the range of 60 to 62 degrees Shore
- the second hardness in the range of 66 to 69 degrees Shore
- the third hardness in the range of 55 to 57 degrees Shore.
- the forefoot region 2 has, in addition to the central region 5, a first region 8 of a different hardness.
- the hardness of the region 8 differs from the first hardness and is greater than the first hardness in this embodiment. In this case, preference is given to an embodiment of the first region 8 of different hardness with a Shore hardness of 55.
- the rear foot area 3 has, in addition to the central area 7, a second area 9 of different hardness, the hardness of which is preferably 55 degrees Shore.
- the shoe sole according to the invention is formed of an elastomeric material, in particular of thermoplastic elastomers, in particular comprising polyurethane.
- Fig. 2 shows the embodiment of a shoe sole according to the invention in longitudinal section.
- the shoe sole 1 has an upper side 10 for connection to a shoe, in particular in the form of a suitably designed upper shoe, and a lower side 11 for occurrence on a substrate 14.
- the underside 11 of the shoe sole 1 has an envelope 12 which is convex.
- a first connecting line 13 is formed between a partial region of the forefoot region 2 adjacent to the middle region 4 and a partial region of the middle region 4 adjacent to the forefoot region 2. This first connecting line connects the adjacent points of the envelope 12 of the bottom 11 of the shoe sole 1 with each other.
- a second connecting line 15 is formed between a partial region of the middle region 4 adjacent to the rear foot region 3 and a partial region of the rear foot region 3 adjacent to the middle region 4.
- This is a part of the envelope 12.
- the first connecting line 13 and the second connecting line 15 enclose an angle 16 with one another.
- the envelope 12 thus makes in the middle region 4 a kink or bow.
- the middle region 4 does not have a stable position of the corresponding
- the angle 16 can also be understood as a change in the slope of the first connecting line 13 in comparison to the second connecting line 15 as part of the cavity ends 12. This change in slope is preferably formed in the middle region 4 or adjacent to the middle region 4.
- FIG. 3 shows schematically a top-side view of the shoe sole 1.
- this preferably has structures 17 which enable the best possible connection to the upper shoe, in particular by gluing and / or welding.
- the rear foot region 2 and the central region 4 have a chamber-like structure 18, which on the one hand has a damping function and on the other hand, in addition to a weight reduction allows a good connection of the upper shoe.
- the shoe sole 1 allows the construction of shoes, which enable an activation of the musculature of the wearer by an unstable position, preferably under the longitudinal arch of the foot. Due to the different hardnesses, in particular by a first and third hardness reduced in the central region of the front 2 and rear foot region 3 in comparison to the second hardness of the central region 6 of the middle region 4, a good damping of the impacts occurring when the shoe occurs arise, reached. This increases the wearing comfort of the shoe for the wearer and at the same time reduces the wear of the wearer's joints.
