Claims (12)

  1. Serrure, en particulier serrure de porte pour serrures à encastrer, dans laquelle : l'enveloppe présente une partie d'enveloppe (1) cylindrique et une partie d'enveloppe (2) en forme de U, s'étendant radialement à partir de ladite première partie; le pêne (4) est monté sur un arbre de pêne (5, 12) disposé dans la partie d'enveloppe (1) cylindrique, avec possibilité de rotation dans un trou débouchant axial; et il est prévu un dispositif de rappel de pêne, qui comprend un dispositif de rotation de retour (8, 9, 13, 14) avec un chemin de came qui s'étend en partie en biais par rapport à l'arbre de pêne (5, 12) et le long duquel un premier élément de rotation de retour (8a, 9a, 13a, 14a), disposé sur la face extérieure de l'arbre de pêne (5, 12) et lié de façon solidaire en rotation à celui-ci, est en prise avec un deuxième élément de rotation de retour (8b, 9b, 13b, 14b) ne pouvant être déplacé que dans le sens axial dans l'enveloppe et sollicité par un ressort de rappel (11, 15, 16), caractérisée par le fait que le dispositif de rappel de pêne comprend deux dispositifs de rotation de retour (8, 9, 13, 14) qui produisent ensemble le mouvement rotatif de retour de l'arbre de pêne (5, 12) et dans lesquels les chemins de came, s'étendant en partie en biais par rapport à l'arbre de pêne (5, 12), sont disposés de façon symétrique l'un par rapport à l'autre, et les deuxièmes éléments de rotation de retour (8b, 9b, 13b, 14b) peuvent être déplacés dans le sens opposé, en vue de produire le mouvement de rotation de retour de l'arbre de pêne (5, 12).
  2. Serrure selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait qu' il est prévu deux dispositifs de rotation de retour (13, 14) qui comportent des chemins de came, s'écartant l'un de l'autre vers les côtés, et des deuxièmes éléments de rotation de retour (13b, 14b) pouvant être déplacés l'un par rapport à l'autre pour produire le mouvement rotatif de retour de l'arbre de pêne (12).
  3. Serrure selon la revendication 2, caractérisée par le fait qu' il est prévu deux dispositifs de retour de rotation (13, 14) qui sont placés l'un à côté de l'autre dans le sens axial et dont les premiers éléments de rotation de retour (13a, 14a) sont disposés sur l'arbre de pêne (12), l'un à côté de l'autre dans le sens axial, et sont réalisés sous forme de rainures de guidage, ménagées dans la face extérieure de l'arbre de pêne (12) et recevant chacune l'un des deux chemins de came s'écartant vers les côtés, et par le fait que les deuxièmes éléments de rotation de retour (13b, 14b) des deux dispositifs de rotation de retour (13, 14) sont placés dans la partie d'enveloppe en forme de U et sont engagés avec une tête de guidage (13c, 14c) dans l'une des deux rainures de guidage.
  4. Serrure selon la revendication 3, caractérisée par le fait que les deuxièmes éléments de rotation de retour (13b, 14b), sollicités par ressort, des deux dispositifs de rotation de retour (13, 14) sont montés dans la partie d'enveloppe en forme de U, avec possibilité de déplacement axial sur une trajectoire qui est parallèle à l'arbre de pêne (12).
  5. Serrure selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisée par le fait que les deux dispositifs de rotation de retour (13, 14) possèdent des ressorts de rappel (15, 16) séparés qui sont réalisés sous forme de ressorts de pression et supportent les deuxièmes éléments de rotation de retour (13b, 14b) sur la partie d'enveloppe en U.
  6. Serrure selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisée par le fait que les deux dispositifs de rotation de retour possèdent un ressort de rappel commun, réalisé sous forme de ressort de traction, qui relie de façon élastique entre eux les deux deuxièmes éléments de rotation de retour.
  7. Serrure selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisée par le fait que les deux dispositifs de rotation de retour possèdent des ressorts de rappel séparés, réalisés sous forme de ressorts de traction, qui sont disposés sur les faces mutuellement en vis-à-vis des deux deuxièmes éléments de rotation de retour et relient respectivement de façon élastique le deuxième élément de rotation de retour à la partie d'enveloppe en forme de U.
  8. Serrure selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait qu' il est prévu deux dispositifs de rotation de retour (8, 9) avec des chemins de came qui convergent latéralement et des deuxièmes éléments de rotation de retour (8b, 9b) qui peuvent être éloignés l'un de l'autre pour produire le mouvement de rotation de retour de l'arbre de pêne (5).
  9. Serrure selon la revendication 8, caractérisée par le fait qu' il est prévu deux dispositifs de rotation de retour (8, 9) qui sont placés l'un à côté de l'autre dans le sens axial et dont les premiers éléments de rotation de retour (8a, 9a) sont disposés sur l'arbre de pêne (5), l'un à côté de l'autre dans le sens axial, sont réalisés sous forme de rainures de guidage ménagées dans la face extérieure de l'arbre de pêne (5) et comportent chacun l'un des deux chemins de came convergeant latéralement, et par le fait que les deuxièmes éléments de rotation de retour (8b, 9b) des deux dispositifs de rotation de retour (8, 9) sont disposés dans la partie d'enveloppe (2) en U et sont engagés avec une tête de guidage (8c, 9c) dans l'une des deux rainures de guidage.
  10. Serrure selon la revendication 9, caractérisée par le fait que les deuxièmes éléments de rotation de retour (8b, 9b), sollicités par ressort, des deux dispositifs de rotation de retour (8, 9) sont montés dans la partie d'enveloppe (2) en forme de U, avec possibilité de déplacement axial sur une trajectoire (10) qui est parallèle à l'arbre de pêne (5).
  11. Serrure selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisée par le fait que les deux dispositifs de rotation de retour possèdent des ressorts de rappel séparés qui sont réalisés sous forme de ressorts de traction, sont disposés sur les faces des deux deuxièmes éléments de rotation de retour qui sont éloignées l'une de l'autre et relient respectivement le deuxième élément de rotation de retour de façon élastique à la partie d'enveloppe en forme de U.
  12. Serrure selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisée par le fait que les deux dispositifs de rotation de retour (8, 9) possèdent un ressort de rappel (11) commun qui est réalisé sous forme de ressort de pression et est en appui sur leurs deuxièmes éléments de rotation de retour (8b, 9b).
