Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a pipe system comprising at least two outer cardboard tubes formed from wound (recycled) paper sheets and shelves, walls, frames and containers incorporating such pipe systems.
  • Pipe systems made of wound (recycled) paper layers for example, from EP 1614632 B1 known.
  • wound (recycled) paper layers for example, from EP 1614632 B1
  • numerous shelves, walls, frames and containers are known. However, they have in common that they either can not be recycled without costly dismantling, have little stability or, if at all, can then be folded together only with great effort or disassembled into easily transportable items.
  • a pipe system comprises at least two outer cardboard tubes, which are formed from wound (recycled) paper layers and have a preferably round connecting tube or rod.
  • the outer cardboard tubes have recesses, so that they are so intermeshable that they can be connected to one another by the / the connecting rod / tube.
  • Such a piping system is easy to disassemble by removing the connecting pipe / rod and can be easily recycled or disposed of, particularly when the connecting pipe or connecting rod is wound from wound (recycled) paper layers. Furthermore, it has a high stability due to the wound cardboard tubes.
  • the cardboard tubes do not consist exclusively of wound (recycled) paper, but may also have adhesives and other additives and / or coatings in addition to such paper. If the intermeshable cardboard tubes are positioned according to the invention, a region closed off on all sides is formed in the projection in the direction of the tube longitudinal axes, into which the connecting tube or connecting rod can be inserted and thereby connects at least two outer cardboard tubes.
  • the outer cardboard tubes can have any shapes. Conceivable, in addition to square and round pipes and tubes with cross-sectional shapes, which are composed of combinations of oval, round, square and / or rounded sections.
  • the recesses are arranged so that by corresponding positions of at least two outer cardboard tubes in the projection in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the tubes, an overlap arises, so that the outer cardboard tubes can be releasably connected to each other by inserting a connecting tube or rod ,
  • the connecting rod or the connecting tube can also have any desired shapes. In addition to angular, round and oval shapes, as with the cardboard tubes, any shapes are possible.
  • the outer cardboard tubes are formed so that an overlap of the outer cardboard tubes as described above can be achieved. This can also be achieved, for example, if the cardboard tubes each have only one recess. It is also possible to connect more than two outer cardboard tubes by a connecting rod or a connecting tube with each other. For example, star-shaped arrangements can be generated.
  • Such a configuration is particularly advantageous since, for example, preassembled parts can be folded together by pivoting the individual outer cardboard tubes.
  • At least partially stabilizing tubes are preferably fastened in the outer cardboard tubes. As a result, the stability of the pipe system can be further increased.
  • the attachment of the stabilizing tubes can be done for example by clamping or gluing.
  • Such a design offers particular stability and prevents over the pivoting of the outer cardboard tubes beyond moving the cardboard tubes against each other.
  • such inner pipe pieces can be used to fix the connecting pipe / rod.
  • the outer cardboard tubes as square tubes. This allows easy attachment of other elements of the pipe system.
  • Such a wall or such a shelf can be transported folded in their individual parts or in pivotable versions of the pipe system and easily assembled.
  • the shelf or the wall can already be fully assembled and transported equipped with the goods or goods to be sold or presented. If the shelf or the wall is no longer needed, it can be easily disassembled and / or disposed of or recycled.
  • At least two pipe systems according to the invention are interconnected by at least two struts forming a wall section.
  • the struts for example, formed from square tubes are attached, at least one stabilizing tube.
  • corrugated cardboard or plastic plates or plates made of other materials can be used for this purpose.
  • a shelf according to the invention or a wall according to the invention is particularly lightweight, stable, easy to dispose of or to recycle.
  • Such a frame can have any shape.
  • triangular or square, in particular rectangular, floor plans can be realized.
  • Such a frame can be particularly easily (de) mounted. This makes it particularly easy to transport or dispose of and / or recycle.
  • Such a framework can be used for a variety of purposes. Through it, for example, certain areas can be demarcated or stored in him products.
  • an inventive frame according to claim 9 each located between the pipe systems and formed by at least two struts frame sections.
  • Such struts are preferably formed from square tube and preferably have stabilizing tubes in their interior.
  • Such a frame has a particularly high stability with particularly low weight.
