Claims (8)

  1. Récipient souple (1) comprenant :
    une poche souple (2) formée d'un matériau en feuille souple (3) et présentant des parois (4, 6, 7, 8) définissant et délimitant un espace intérieur (11), la poche souple comprenant un orifice de distribution (12) formé dans l'une au moins des parois, à travers lequel l'espace intérieur (11) est accessible depuis l'extérieur de la poche souple (2) ;
    un élément d'étanchéité souple (13) fixé de manière amovible à la poche souple (2) et recouvrant et s'étendant au-delà de l'orifice de distribution (12) de manière à couvrir la totalité de l'orifice de distribution (12), l'élément d'étanchéité souple (13) comprenant au moins deux pattes de levage (14, 15) permettant de soulever l'élément d'étanchéité souple pour exposer ainsi l'orifice de distribution, l'une au moins des pattes de levage (14, 15) étant fixée à la poche souple (2) de façon relativement plus faible que le reste de l'élément d'étanchéité souple (13) ; et

    dans lequel l'une au moins des pattes de levage (14, 15) est fixée à la poche souple (2), soit par un premier adhésif nécessitant une force de décollement inférieure à celle d'un deuxième adhésif par lequel le reste de l'élément d'étanchéité souple (13) est fixé sur la poche souple (2), soit par un recouvrement d'adhésif plus léger que le reste de l'élément d'étanchéité souple (13).
  2. Récipient souple (1) de la revendication 1 dans lequel l'une au moins des pattes de levage (14, 15) est exempte de fixation à la poche souple.
  3. Récipient souple (1) de l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes dans lequel l'orifice de distribution (12) est délimité par des perforations mais n'est pas découpé et l'élément d'étanchéité souple est fixé à la partie du matériau en feuille souple (3) entourée par les perforations, de telle sorte que le levage de l'élément d'étanchéité souple (13) achève la création de l'orifice de distribution en déchirant le matériau en feuille souple à la perforation.
  4. Récipient souple (1) de l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes dans lequel les pattes de levage (14, 15) sont disposées sur des parties opposées de l'élément d'étanchéité souple (13).
  5. Récipient souple (1) de l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3 dans lequel les pattes de levage (14, 15) sont disposées sur des parties attenantes de l'élément d'étanchéité souple (13).
  6. Récipient souple (1) de l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes dans lequel l'élément d'étanchéité souple (13) présente une forme sensiblement ovale.
  7. Récipient souple (1) de l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5 dans lequel l'élément d'étanchéité souple (13) présente une forme sensiblement rectangulaire.
