Abstract

Machine pour la fabrication en continu de pièces de béton précontraintes ou armées qui consiste en l'application d'un système de traction, situé sur la partie avant de la machine -1-, qui comprend un motoréducteur électrique -2-, fixé à la plaque du châssis -3- et pourvu d'un variateur de vitesse ainsi que d'un touret enrouleur -14- de câble électrique, et du réducteur à proprement parler -4- de ce motoréducteur, émerge un axe de traction transversal -5-, dont les extrémités sont fixées par des supports -6- et terminées par des pignons dentés -7-, lesquels transmettent le mouvement, via des chaînes de transmission de traction -8-, à des couronnes dentées -12- des roues de traction -10- et -11- situées sous les côtés avant de ladite machine -1-, provoquant le déplacement, dans les deux sens. L'une desdites roues de traction -10- est dotée de rebords guides qui garantissent le guidage rectiligne de l'ensemble, sur le rail de roulement, tandis que l'autre roue de traction -11- est totalement lisse et sans rebords guides. Les roues lisses postérieures -13- ainsi que celles de traction -10- et -11- sont réglables en hauteur par rapport au rail.
