Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Submunition zur Zerstörung eines Ziels in einem Zielgebiet, wobei in einem Gehäuse (3a, 3b) eine mit einer Radarantenne (4a, 4b) und/oder einem Infrarot-Sensor und/oder einem anderen zieldetektierenden Sensor verbundene Signalverarbeitungseinheit (5a, 5b) mit einer Zielerkennungs-Software (16) sowie eine mit einer Belegung (7a, 7b) versehene Ladung (6a, 6b) aufgenommen sind. Zur Erhöhung der Einsatzvielfalt sowie zur gleichzeitigen Verbesserung der Detektions-und Entscheidungssicherheit bzw. -zuverlässigkeit wird erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, dass die Zielerkennungs-Software (16) eine Softwareschnittstelle (17) zur Übertragung mindestens eines für das Zielgebiet spezifischen Parameters (P) aufweist.
