Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Türhalter (1) mit einem magnetisierbaren Anschlagselement (3) an einer Tür (2) und einem magnetischen Riegel (7), der im Boden (4) geführt ist, wobei durch das Anschlagselement (3) der Riegel (7) in eine Verriegelungsstellung bewegt wird, wenn das Anschlagselement (3) durch Schwenken der Tür (2) in einen magnetischen Wirkungsbereich gelangt. Um einen derartigen Türhalter zu schaffen, der bezüglich der Dämpfungseigenschaften verbessert ist und dadurch bei gleichen Abmessungen für schwerere Türen geeignet ist, schlägt die Erfindung vor, dass das Anschlagselement (3) oder der Riegel (7) in sich beweglich ist und ein Federdämpfungselement (19) aufweist, das eine innere Bewegung federt und/oder dämpft.
