Claims (11)

  1. Vanne de réglage (1), qui peut être fixée dans une forure d'un ferme-porte hydraulique (20) aménagée avec un taraudage (25) et comprend un corps (3) avec une forure en forme de trou borgne (9) auquel corps se joint une partie de réglage (4), et comprend un filetage (2) avec une protection anti-rotation présentant une couche de matière plastique, la protection anti-rotation avec le filetage (2) étant vissée dans le taraudage (25), le trou borgne (9) étant agencé le long de l'axe longitudinal du corps (3) à l'opposé de la partie de tête (8), caractérisée en ce que la couche de matière plastique est agencée par la forme sur les flancs de filet du filetage (2) et en ce que la forure en forme de trou borgne (9) présente une coupe transversale carrée ou en faux-rond.
  2. Vanne de réglage (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le filetage (2) est agencé sur un tronc (2a) du corps (3).
  3. Vanne de réglage (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la partie de réglage (4) consiste en une prolongation du tronc (4c) avec une extrémité (11), la prolongation du tronc (4c) étant connectée à la couche de matière plastique aux flancs de filets du filetage (2) via un guidage de matière (5).
  4. Vanne de réglage (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'une extension (4a) de la partie de réglage (4) est fixée dans la forure en forme de trou borgne (9) par la forme et de façon à résister à la rotation.
  5. Vanne de réglage (1) selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que l'extension (4a) présente au moins un ergot (4b) qui fait saillie dans une ouverture de sortie de matière (6) du corps (3).
  6. Vanne de réglage (1) selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la couche de matière plastique est agencée au filetage (2) par la forme et/ou par la force et/ou par la matière.
  7. Vanne de réglage (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la partie de réglage (4) présente une extrémité (11), qui est détournée du corps (3) et est aménagée à section décroissante, de préférence de forme conique.
  8. Vanne de réglage (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la partie de réglage (4) est fixée au corps de base (3) par un procédé de moulage par injection.
  9. Vanne de réglage (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le corps de base (3) et/ou la partie de réglage (4) est/sont composé/s d'une matière plastique, en particulier en ce que le corps de base (3) est composé de matière plastique renforcée par des fibres.
  10. Vanne de réglage (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le corps de base (3) est aménagé en couleur.
  11. Vanne de réglage (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le ferme-porte (20) présente une conduite d'alimentation (22), une conduite d'évacuation (23) et un siège de vanne (24) en forme de cône, un fluide pouvant être amené à traverser la conduite d'alimentation (22) en passant par le siège de vanne (24) vers la conduite d'évacuation (23).
