Abstract

Dispositif d'entraînement pour un élément de tamisage d'un tamis, notamment pour des matières broyées minérales comme du sable pétrolifère, ce dispositif comportant un moteur d'entraînement, une boîte de synchronisation en liaison active avec le moteur et comportant au moins deux arbres de sortie qui tournent ensemble à même régime en opposition de phase. Le moteur d'entraînement et la boîte de synchronisation sont montés stationnaires sur le côté de l'élément de tamisage dont ils sont séparés, ne vibrant pas avec ledit élément de tamisage. A chaque arbre de sortie est associé un seul arbre horizontal qui est équipé d'éléments de balourd, est relié à l'arbre de sortie au moyen d'un arbre de transmission solidaire en rotation et est monté parallèle dans l'axe de l'arbre voisin et transversalement au sens de transport de l'élément de tamisage. Les éléments de balourd sont disposés dans le sens horizontal entre les parois latérales de l'élément de tamisage. L'arbre est soutenu au moyen d'éléments d'appui sur une traverse reliée aux parois latérales. Les éléments de balourd sont montés exclusivement directement sur les arbres. Dans le sens axial des arbres, entre les éléments de balourd, les arbres ne comportent que des éléments d'appui qui portent sur une traverse reliée aux parois latérales.
