Claims (18)
- Module d'intégration à DEL (1) consistant en- une unité à DEL (2),- un corps de refroidissement (3) accouplé thermiquement à l'unité à DEL, dans lequel un agencement structurellement uni de l'unité à DEL (2) et du corps de refroidissement (3) est fixé à celui-ci par le biais d'un élément de retenue (5) pouvant être monté dans une ouverture intégrée (4) d'un panneau (11) et l'élément de retenue (5) est un ressort formé de deux pattes à ressort (6) et un pont transversal (7), de plus un espace central (8) se trouve dans le pont transversal (7), caractérisé en ce que des languettes (9) dépassent de l'espace (8) qui sont inclinées de manière à ce qu'elles puissent s'enfoncer dans une ouverture intégrée (4), dans lequel l'élément de retenue (5) est bloqué dans le panneau (11) par le biais d'un anneau par compression (10) qui passe à travers l'espace central (8) et agit sur les languettes (9) avec une force de pression.
- Module d'intégration à DEL selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les pattes à ressort (6) possèdent, respectivement, un pli en forme de crochet (12) sur leurs extrémités libres, dans lequel les deux plis (12) sont adaptés pour se mettre en prise en s'accrochant à des renfoncements prévus à cet effet (13) dans le corpus de refroidissement (3) afin de bloquer l'agencement structurellement uni de l'unité à DEL (2) et du corps de refroidissement (3).
- Module d'intégration selon les revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la diode électroluminescente disposée sur l'unité à DEL (2) émet sa lumière à travers l'espace central (8).
- Module d'intégration selon l'une des revendications 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que la diode électroluminescente disposée sur l'unité à DEL (2) ou ses optiques (16) se développent dans l'espace, central (8).
- Module d'intégration selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'unité à DEL (2) est raccordée au corps de refroidissement (3) par le biais d'un ruban adhésif double face et thermoconducteur.
- Module d'intégration selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le corps de refroidissement (3) forme une zone de réception (14) à travers laquelle des conduites électriques, étant raccordées à l'unité à DEL (2), sont amenées.
- Module d'intégration à DEL selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le corps de refroidissement (3) forme la détente de traction (15) pour les conduites électriques.
- Module d'intégration à DEL selon 1* une des revendications 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que la détente de traction (15) est formée par une cavité en forme de « T » et un collier de serrage, dans lequel le collier de serrage est enroulé autour des conduites électriques et de la cavité.
- Module d'intégration, à DEL selon l'une des revendications, de 6 à 9 caractérisé en ce que la zone de réception (14) du corps de refroidissement (3) possède sur son hauteur totale une fente (20), ouverte vers la zone de réception (14), pour insérer la conduite électrique.
- Agencement d'éclairage comportant plusieurs points de sortie de lumière répartis, caractérise en ce que les points de sortie de lumière sont formés par les modules d'intégration à DEL (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes.
- Agencement d'éclairage selon, la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs, en particulier cinq, modules d'intégration à DEL (1) sont reliés les une aux autres par l'intermédiaire des conduites électriques.
- Agencement d'éclairage, selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que les modules d'intégration à DEL (1) sont reliés les uns aux autres selon des lumières à chaîne de DED et sont électriquement alimentés par un dispositif de fonctionnement mutuel.
- Agencement d'éclairage selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de fonctionnement est fixé à une zone modifiable d'un plafond ou d'un mur.
- Agencement d'éclairage selon l'une des revendications précédentes de 10 à 13, caractérisé en ce que les corps de refroidissement. (3) du module d'intégration à DEL (1) ont, vus du dessus, une section transversale rectangulaire, avec des côtés longitudinaux (17) et des côtés transversaux (18) et en ce que les modules d'intégration à DEL (1) adjacente sont disposés en décalé les uns par rapport aux autres de manière à ce que un côté longitudinal (17) d'un premier corps de refroidissement (3) soit situé près d'un côté transversal (18) d'un second corps de refroidissement (3).
- Construction de plafond ou de mur comportant un agencement d'éclairage selon l'une des revendications de 10 à 14.
- Construction de plafond ou de mur selon la revendication 15, caractérisée en ce que la construction de plafond ou de mur est constituée de panneaux de plâtre, en particulier de panneaux acoustiques en plâtre dotés d'ouvertures standardisées.
- Construction de plafond ou de mur selon la revendication 16, caractérisée en ce que les ouvertures standardisées servant d'ouvertures intégrées (4) pour les modules d'intégration à DEL (1).
- Construction de plafond ou de mur selon l'une des revendications précédentes de 15 à 17, caractérisée en ce que les modules d'intégration à DEL (1) sont disposés derrière la construction de plafond ou de mur dans les ouvertures intégrées (4) et émettent leur lumière à travers les ouvertures intégrées (4) dans l'espace intérieur à éclairer.
