Description

  • La présente invention a trait à un dossier de siège muni d'un support lombaire à position réglable en hauteur. L'objectif d'une telle invention est de permettre l'adaptation du siège à l'utilisateur et vice-versa, dans le but principal d'améliorer le confort d'utilisation du siège. Ainsi, la possibilité de réglage du support lombaire doit permettre à l'utilisateur de configurer son siège de telle sorte que le dossier s'adapte dans la mesure du possible à sa morphologie propre, et en particulier à la courbure de son dos.
  • Dans le domaine particulier du mobilier de bureau, l'amélioration du confort a notamment des visées ergonomiques et prend en compte le fait que, dans certains postes, le temps de travail passé par une personne sur son siège est, dans le déroulé de sa journée type de travail, prépondérant. Dans une telle hypothèse, la possibilité d'un réglage du siège de manière à l'adapter au mieux à la morphologie de l'utilisateur devient cruciale, d'autant que la posture assise implique alors bien souvent le travail sur des appareils situés sur le bureau, de type ordinateurs ou téléphones qui nécessitent des changements répétés de la posture du torse, avec des conséquences sur le dos dont les positions statiques et dynamiques sont alors en permanence affectées par les gestes effectués.
  • Les problèmes de dos sont encore plus marqués dans les situations de stress, dont il est connu qu'elles ont des répercussions sur les tensions du corps, le dos en étant précisément un réceptacle privilégié. Or, les structures existantes d'observation du monde du travail notent que les situations stressantes affectent un nombre croissant de personnes à leurs postes, d'où une forte augmentation des pathologies du dos. A défaut de supprimer ces problèmes, en général liés à des contextes environnementaux spécifiques au monde du travail, l'existence de possibilités de réglage optimal du siège à la morphologie de l'utilisateur conduit à les réduire.
  • Le but est donc, notamment grâce à un support lombaire à position réglable, de faire en sorte que la position assise soit la plus agréable possible, sans fatigue musculaire indue.
  • Des dossiers de siège incluant des supports lombaires à position réglable existent en de multiples configurations. Dans nombre de cas, il s'agit de dispositifs complexes du fait de la nécessité d'organiser leur mobilité relativement au reste du dossier. Certains supports lombaires sont d'ailleurs mobiles suivant plusieurs degrés de liberté, par exemple capables de pivoter en sus de leur aptitude à se déplacer en translation.
  • Dans l'hypothèse de l'invention, le support lombaire, disposé dans la partie du dossier du siège voisine de l'assise, présente un cadre coulissant dans une direction d'allure verticale par rapport au dossier. Plus exactement, il est prévu pour se déplacer selon et le long de la courbure particulière du dossier, dans une direction permettant de le positionner ad libitum selon la morphologie du dos et de sa partie lombaire.
  • Ce cadre est en outre prévu pour conférer à la surface qui délimite une allure galbée, il est réalisé en au moins un matériau souple élastiquement déformable et il comporte enfin un organe de préhension permettant de le déplacer manuellement.
  • Il s'agit en fait d'une configuration mécaniquement simplifiée, facile à mettre en oeuvre en termes de réglage et dont l'assemblage au reste du siège est aisé et peu onéreux pour ce qui concerne plus particulièrement l'aspect relatif au procédé de fabrication.
  • Dans l'hypothèse où le dossier comprend deux montants d'allure verticale dont les portions supérieures sont reliées par un pan revêtu d'un matelassage au contact duquel le haut du dos est destiné à venir en appui, surmontant alors une ouverture inférieure encadrée par ledit pan et les portions inférieures desdits montants, le cadre du support lombaire de l'invention se déplace devant cette ouverture.
  • De préférence, ledit cadre est alors en forme de H dont les barres d'allure verticale coulissent par rapport aux montants du dossier et sont reliées par le matériau souple élastiquement déformable. La barre de liaison horizontale du H constitue alors une poignée de préhension accessible à travers l'ouverture inférieure par la face arrière du dossier.
  • Le cadre mobile muni de ce matériau résilient présente une surface telle qu'en butée inférieure, la totalité de l'ouverture inférieure est obstruée par le support lombaire.
  • De préférence, le matériau élastique est constitué d'un filet à mailles serrées, qui est suffisamment déformable pour s'adapter d'une part à la morphologie de l'utilisateur, et d'autre part à la position de ce dernier par rapport au dossier.
  • Alternativement, il peut également être constitué d'une mousse souple, disposée sur un support surfacique rigide, et qui présente les caractéristiques mises en avant pour le matériau en filet à mailles serrées.
  • L'invention consiste non seulement en le support lombaire, mais également en un siège dont le dossier est muni d'un tel support, et qui permet par conséquent la mise en oeuvre du support en combinaison avec le dossier.
  • Elle va à présent être décrite plus en détail, en référence aux figures annexées, pour lesquelles :
    • la figure 1 est une vue en perspective d'un dossier de siège équipé d'un support lombaire selon l'invention, en position basse ;
    • la figure 2 représente le même dossier avec le support lombaire coulissé vers le haut, dans une position intermédiaire ; et
    • la figure 3 montre une vue arrière du dossier faisant apparaître la poignée permettant la commande du réglage en hauteur du support lombaire.
  • En référence à la figure 1, le dossier (1) comporte une partie supérieure matelassée (2) reliant deux montants (3) et (4) (voir en figure 2). Le support lombaire (5) de 'linvention est constitué d'un cadre (6) sur lequel est tendu par exemple un tissu à mailles serrées en matériau donnant l'elasticité nécessaire au confort de l'utilisateur. En position assise, la surface maillée peut épouser les courbures du dos de l'utilisateur en offrant en même temps un support ferme lorsqu'il fait reposer son poids sur le dossier.
  • Le cadre (6) comporte selon une configuration possible des barres latérales qui coopèrent avec les montants (3) et (4) du dossier (1) en vue d'un coulissement. Ces barres latérales du cadre (6) confèrent par ailleurs au support lombaire un galbe lui permettant de s'adapter à la courbure morphologique du dos de l'utilisateur. Ainsi, les barres elles-mêmes sont galbées, de telle sorte que le tissu à mailles serrées qui est tendu entre ces barres présente lui aussi le profil galbé.
  • En référence à la figure 3, lesdites barres latérales sont reliées par une poignée (8) accessible depuis l'arrière du dossier (1). La manipulation de cette poignée (8) permet de régler la hauteur du support lombaire (5) en faisant varier la hauteur des barres latérales dudit support (5) dans des glissières pratiquées dans les montants (3, 4) du dossier (1). Ainsi, les glissières sont conformées selon la forme de chaque montant, et présentent une orientation sensiblement verticale.
  • En position basse, la surface maillée occupe la totalité de l'espace (7) existant entre les deux montants (3, 4), conférant au dossier un aspect esthétique avantageux. Dès lors que l'utilisateur modifie sa position, le support lombaire monte et libère une portion inférieure dudit espace (7), à la manière d'une fenêtre de type à guillotine. L'avantage du tissu maillé est qu'il prolonge naturellement l'aspect du reste du dossier en général constitué d'un pan supérieur matelassé recouvert d'un tissu également maillé. Il y a donc une forme d'homogénéisation esthétique.
  • L'exemple défini en référence aux figures 1 à 3 n'est bien entendu pas exhaustif de l'invention. Celle-ci englobe au contraire les variantes par exemple de forme de la poignée, ou de matériau utilisé, le tissu à maille serrée pouvant par exemple être remplacé par un coussinet présentant les mêmes propriétés d'élasticité et de confort que ledit tissu et qui est alors placé sur un support surfacique rigide.

Claims (7)

  1. Dossier (1) de siège à support lombaire (5) à position réglable en hauteur, ledit support lombaire (5) étant disposé dans la partie du dossier du siège voisine de l'assise et présentant un cadre (6) coulissant dans une direction d'allure verticale par rapport au dossier (1), ledit cadre (6) conférant à la surface qu'il délimite une allure galbée prévue en un matériau souple élastiquement déformable et comportant un organe de préhension (8) pour le déplacer manuellement.
  2. Dossier (1) de siège à support lombaire (5) à position réglable en hauteur selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que le dossier (1) comprend deux montants (3, 4) d'allure verticale dont les portions supérieures sont reliées par un pan (2) revêtu d'un matelassage surmontant une ouverture inférieure, encadrée par ledit pan (2) et les portions inférieures desdits montants (3, 4), devant laquelle ledit cadre (6) se déplace.
  3. Dossier (1) de siège à support lombaire (5) à position réglable en hauteur selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que le cadre (6) est en forme de H dont les barres d'allure verticales coulissent par rapport aux montants (3, 4) du dossier (1) et sont reliées par le matériau souple élastiquement déformable, la barre de liaison horizontale du H constituant une poignée (8) de préhension et étant accessible à travers l'ouverture (7) inférieure par la face arrière du dossier (1).
  4. Dossier (1) de siège à support lombaire (5) à position réglable en hauteur selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que le cadre (6) mobile muni de son matériau résilient présente une surface telle qu'en butée inférieure, la totalité de l'ouverture (7) inférieure est obstruée par le support lombaire (5).
  5. Dossier (1) de siège à support lombaire (5) à position réglable en hauteur selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que le matériau résilient est constitué d'un filet à mailles serrées.
  6. Dossier (1) de siège à support lombaire (5) à position réglable en hauteur selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que le matériau résilient est constitué d'une mousse souple disposée sur un support surfacique rigide.
  7. Siège dont le dossier (1) est muni d'un support lombaire (5) à position réglable en hauteur selon les revendications précédentes.
