Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Reinigungsgerät mit einer Haltevorrichtung, an der ein Wischelement, wie beispielsweise ein Wischbezug oder ein Schwamm oder ein Fell, und eine Abziehlippe angeordnet ist, und mit einer Handhabe, die gelenkig mit der Haltevorrichtung verbunden ist, wobei die gelenkige Verbindung - insbesondere für einen Abziehvorgang - vorübergehend automatisch arretierbar ist und wobei ein Vorsprung oder ein Zapfen vorgesehen ist, der in der Abziehstellung in eine Ausnehmung oder einen Durchbruch eingreift und damit die gelenkige Verbindung zumindest in Bezug auf eine Schwenkachse - insbesondere in Bezug auf die Schwenkbarkeit der Haltevorrichtung um eine zur Längserstreckung der Abziehlippe senkrechte Achse - arretiert.
  • Aus DE 10 2006 029 760 A1 ist ein Fensterreinigungsgerät mit einem länglichen Grundkörper bekannt, an dem entlang seiner Längserstreckung eine Abziehlippe und ein Wischbezug angeordnet sind. Das Fensterreinigungsgerät weist einen Wischbezug auf, der zumindest eine der Stirnflächen des Grundkörpers zumindest teilweise bedeckt. Am Grundkörper ist eine Handhabe schwenkbar angeordnet. Die Handhabe kann mit Hilfe einer manuell zu bedienenden Schiebearretierung, die einen Arretierungsschieber beinhaltet, relativ zum Grundkörper in verschiedenen Winkelstellungen wieder lösbar arretiert werden.
  • Es ist die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, ein Reinigungsgerät anzugeben, das einfacher bedienbar ist und ein schnelleres Arbeiten erlaubt und dass eine weitgehend von der Form des Wischkopfes unabhängige Arretierung ermöglicht.
  • Die Aufgabe wird durch ein Reinigungsgerät gelöst, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass der Vorsprung bzw. der Zapfen Bestandteil der gelenkigen Verbindung ist und/oder dass die Ausnehmung bzw. der Durchbruch Bestandteil der gelenkigen Verbindung ist.
  • Die Erfindung hat den Vorteil, dass der Benutzer nicht vor jedem Abziehvorgang manuell die gelenkige Verbindung zwischen der Handhabe und der Haltevorrichtung arretieren muss, sondern, dass dies automatisch geschieht, sobald das Reinigungsgerät - beispielsweise durch Drehen um 180 Grad um die Längsmittelachse der Handhabe - von der Wischposition in die Abziehposition gebracht wird.
  • Bei einer besonderen Ausführungsform des erfindungsgemäßen Reinigungsgeräts ist vorgesehen, dass sich die gelenkige Verbindung beim Einsatz der Abziehlippe automatisch arretiert. Es kann jedoch auch eine Arretierungsvorrichtung vorgesehen sein, die die gelenkige Verbindung beim Einsatz der Abziehlippe automatisch arretiert.
  • Das erfindungsgemäße Reinigungsgerät ist vorzugsweise derart ausgestaltet, dass es wahlweise entweder in Wischstellung oder in Abziehstellung überführbar ist. Beispielsweise kann vorgesehen sein, dass durch Drehen der Handhabe um 180 Grad um ihre Mittellängsachse ein Wechsel zwischen Wischstellung und Abziehstellung bzw. zwischen Abziehstellung und Wischstellung erfolgt.
  • Bei einer vorteilhaften Ausführungsform ist vorgesehen, dass die Haltevorrichtung um eine zur Längserstreckung der Abziehlippe senkrechte Achse schwenkbar ist. Es kann alternativ oder zusätzlich vorgesehen sein, dass die Haltevorrichtung um eine zur Längserstreckung der Abziehlippe parallele Achse schwenkbar ist. Insbesondere kann vorgesehen sein, dass die gelenkige Verbindung als Kardangelenk oder als Kreuzgelenk ausgebildet ist.
  • Bei einer besonderen Ausführungsform ist vorgesehen, dass die Haltevorrichtung um eine zur Wischfläche senkrechte Achse schwenkbar gelagert ist. Diese Ausführungsform hat den Vorteil, dass durch Drehen der Handhabe ein Verschwenken der Wischfläche erreicht werden kann, was ein mäanderförmiges Wischen einer größeren Fläche erleichtert.
  • Es kann insbesondere vorgesehen sein, dass die Handhabe um eine zur Wischfläche parallele Achse schwenkbar gelagert ist, was es dem Benutzer in vorteilhafter Weise erleichtert, die Wischfläche stets plan auf der zu wischenden Fläche aufliegend zu halten. Insbesondere unabhängig davon, ob der Benutzer gerade mit ausgestrecktem Arm, über Kopf oder in gebückter Haltung wischt.
  • Das Wischelement kann beispielsweise als Wischplatte oder als Wischrahmen ausgeführt sein. Bei einer speziellen Ausführungsform ist vorgesehen, dass der Wischbezug mit seitlichen Taschen ausgerüstet ist, in die das Wischelement steckbar ist. Eine Befestigung des Wischelements auf andere Weise ist jedoch auch möglich, beispielsweise durch eine Klettverbindung, durch Druckknöpfe, durch eine Klebeverbindung oder Klemmhalterungen.
  • Besonders leicht handhabbar ist eine Ausführungsform, bei der das Wischelement und die Abziehlippe in zueinander parallelen Ebenen angeordnet sind.
  • Bei einer ganz besonders vorteilhaften Ausführungsform des erfindungsgemäßen Reinigungsgeräts ist die Abziehlippe relativ zur gelenkigen Verbindung derart an der Haltevorrichtung angeordnet, dass die in der Abziehstellung vom Benutzer auf die Abziehlippe ausgeübte Kraft die Haltevorrichtung in eine Endstellung der gelenkigen Verbindung - insbesondere gegen die Handhabe - schwenkt. Hierdurch kann in sehr wirkungsvoller und einfacher Weise erreicht werden, dass die gelenkige Verbindung zumindest in Bezug auf die Verschwenkbarkeit um eine Achse während des Abziehvorgangs arretiert ist. Bei einer besonderen Ausführungsform ist vorgesehen, dass die in der Abziehstellung vom Benutzer ausgeübte Kraft, die Haltevorrichtung um eine zur Längserstreckung der Abziehlippe parallele Achse schwenkt und gegen die Handhabe drückt, so dass die gelenkige Verbindung, zumindest in Bezug auf die genannte zur Abziehlippe parallelen Achse, vorübergehend arretiert ist.
  • Eine Arretierung in Bezug auf die Schwenkbarkeit der Haltevorrichtung um eine zur Längserstreckung der Abziehlippe senkrechte Achse kann in erfindungsgemäßer Weise dadurch erreicht werden, dass ein Vorsprung oder ein Zapfen vorgesehen ist, der in der Abziehstellung in eine Ausnehmung oder einen Durchbruch eingreift und damit die gelenkige Verbindung, zumindest in Bezug auf eine Schwenkachse arretiert. Insbesondere kann in vorteilhafter Weise vorgesehen sein, dass der Vorsprung bzw. der Zapfen in der Abziehstellung automatisch die Ausnehmung bzw. in den Durchbruch eingreift. Bei einer besonders einfach und zuverlässig arbeitenden Ausführungsform drückt die in der Abziehstellung vom Benutzer auf die Abziehlippe ausgeübte Kraft den Vorsprung bzw. den Zapfen automatisch in die Ausnehmung bzw. in den Durchbruch.
  • Bei einer besonderen Ausführungsform ist vorgesehen, dass die Haltevorrichtung den Vorsprung bzw. den Zapfen aufweist und dass die Handhabe die Ausnehmung bzw. den Durchbruch aufweist. Es ist jedoch ohne weiteres möglich, die Anordnung umzukehren, so dass die Haltevorrichtung mit der Ausnehmung bzw. dem Durchbruch ausgerüstet ist, während die Handhabe den Vorsprung bzw. den Zapfen aufweist.
  • Die Erfindung lässt sich auf einfache Weise, beispielsweise bei einem speziell ausgebildeten Kreuzgelenk, realisieren: So kann beispielsweise die Haltevorrichtung einen Lagerbock zur Aufnahme einer Achse der gelenkigen Verbindung aufweisen, wobei der Lagerbock den Vorsprung bzw. den Zapfen bildet.
  • Bei einer besonderen Ausführungsform ist vorgesehen, dass die Handhabe an dem der Haltevorrichtung zugewandten Ende gabelartig ausgebildet ist und dass zumindest ein Teil des gabelartigen Endes die Ausnehmung bzw. den Durchbruch bildet, in den in der Abziehstellung der Zapfen bzw. der Vorsprung - der insbesondere als Lagerbock ausgebildet sein - eingreift.
  • Das erfindungsgemäße Reinigungsgerät kann beispielsweise als Fliesenreinigungsgerät und/oder als Wannenreinigungsgerät und/oder als Fensterreinigungsgerät ausgebildet sein,

  • Fig. 1 zeigt ein Reinigungsgerät 1 mit einer Haltevorrichtung 2, die als Wischplatte 3 ausgebildet ist. Die Wischplatte 3 trägt einen Mikrofaserwischbezug 4, der mit Taschen 5 ausgerüstet ist in die, die Wischplatte 3 eingesteckt ist. Auf der Oberseite der Wischplatte 3 ist parallel zur Ebene in der, der Mikrofaserwischbezug 4 angeordnet ist, eine Abziehlippe 6 angeordnet. Das Reinigungsgerät weist eine Handhabe 7 auf, die gelenkig mit der Wischplatte 3 - nämlich mit einem Kreuzgelenk 8 - verbunden ist. Die Handhabe 7 ist relativ zur Haltevorrichtung 2 um eine erste Achse schwenkbar, die senkrecht zu einer Ebene verläuft, in der die Abziehlippe angeordnet ist.   • Fig. 2 zeigt das erfindungsgemäße Reinigungsgerät in einer Wischstellung bei veränderter Schwenkstellung der Handhabe 7. Es ist zu erkennen, dass aufgrund der besonderen Kreuzgelenkverbindung zwischen der Handhabe 7 und der Haltevorrichtung 2 stets ein optimales Anliegen des Mikrofaserwischbezugs 4 auf der zu wischenden Fläche gewährleistet ist.
  • Fig. 3 zeigt das erfindungsgemäße Reinigungsgerät in Abziehstellung in der die Abziehlippe 6 gegen die abzuziehende Fläche (nicht gezeigt) gedrückt wird. Durch das Andrücken der Abziehlippe 6 wird eine Schwenkkraft derart auf die Haltevorrichtung 2 ausgeübt, dass diese um die zweite Achse 10 soweit verschwenkt wird, bis die der Abziehlippe gegenüberliegende Kante 11 der Haltevorrichtung an der Handhabe 7 anliegt. Auf diese Weise ist die gelenkige Verbindung in Bezug auf die Schwenkbarkeit der Haltevorrichtung um die zweite Achse 10 automatisch arretiert. Eine Arretierung in Bezug auf die erste Achse 9 wird dadurch erreicht, dass ein Lagerbock 12 des Kreuzgelenks 8, der eine der mechanischen Drehachsen des Kreuzgelenks 8 trägt, als Zapfen ausgebildet ist, der in einen Teil des als Durchbruch 13 ausgebildeten gabelförmigen Endes 7 der Handhabe 7 in der Abziehstellung eingreift. In dieser Abziehstellung liegen die Handhabe 7 und die Haltevorrichtung 2 nahezu in derselben Ebene. Diese Stellung kommt beim Wischen nicht vor, so dass wirkungsvoll vermieden ist, dass das Reinigungsgerät versehentlich während des Wischens in die Blockierstellung gerät.

Reinigungsgerät mit einer Haltevorrichtung, an der ein Wischelement, wie beispielsweise ein Wischbezug oder ein Schwamm oder ein Fell, und eine Abziehlippe angeordnet ist, und mit einer Handhabe, die gelenkig mit der Haltevorrichtung verbunden ist, wobei die gelenkige Verbindung - insbesondere für einen Abziehvorgang - vorübergehend automatisch arretierbar ist und wobei ein Vorsprung oder ein Zapfen vorgesehen ist, der in der Abziehstellung in eine Ausnehmung oder einen Durchbruch eingreift und damit die gelenkige Verbindung zumindest in Bezug auf eine Schwenkachse - insbesondere in Bezug auf die Schwenkbarkeit der Haltevorrichtung um eine zur Längserstreckung der Abziehlippe senkrechte Achse - arretiert, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorsprung bzw. der Zapfen Bestandteil der gelenkigen Verbindung ist und/oder dass die Ausnehmung bzw. der Durchbruch Bestandteil der gelenkigen Verbindung ist.
  2. Reinigungsgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die gelenkige Verbindung beim Einsatz der Abziehlippe automatisch arretiert und/oder dass eine Arretierungsvorrichtung vorgesehen ist, die die gelenkige Verbindung beim Einsatz der Abziehlippe automatisch arretiert.
  3. Reinigungsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gelenkige Verbindung als Kardangelenk oder als Kreuzgelenk ausgebildet ist.
  4. Reinigungsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Wischelement und die Abziehlippe in zueinander parallelen Ebenen angeordnet sind.
  5. Reinigungsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Reinigungsgerät wahlweise entweder in Wischstellung oder in Abziehstellung überführbar ist.
  6. Reinigungsgerät nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abziehlippe relativ zur Haltevorrichtung derart angeordnet ist, dass durch Drehen der Handhabe um 180 Grad um ihre Mittellängsachse ein Wechsel zwischen Wischstellung und Abziehstellung oder zwischen Abziehstellung und Wischstellung erfolgt.
  7. Reinigungsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Handhabe relativ zur Haltevorrichtung um eine Achse schwenkbar ist, die senkrecht zu einer Ebene verläuft, in der die Abziehlippe angeordnet ist und/oder dass die Handhabe relativ zur Haltevorrichtung um eine Achse schwenkbar ist, die parallel zu einer Ebene verläuft, in der die Abziehlippe angeordnet ist,
  8. Reinigungsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abziehlippe relativ zur gelenkigen Verbindung derart an der Haltevorrichtung angeordnet ist, dass die in der Abziehstellung vom Benutzer auf die Abziehlippe ausgeübte Kraft die Haltevorrichtung in eine Endstellung der gelenkigen Verbindung - insbesondere gegen die Handhabe - schwenkt.
  9. Reinigungsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abziehlippe relativ zur gelenkigen Verbindung derart an der Haltevorrichtung angeordnet ist, dass die in der Abziehstellung vom Benutzer auf die Abziehlippe ausgeübte Kraft die Haltevorrichtung in eine Endstellung der gelenkigen Verbindung - insbesondere gegen die Handhabe - schwenkt und damit die gelenkige Verbindung in Bezug auf die Schwenkbarkeit der Haltevorrichtung um eine zur Längserstreckung der Abziehlippe parallele Achse arretiert.
  10. Reinigungsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorsprung bzw. der Zapfen in der Abziehstellung automatisch in die Ausnehmung bzw. in den Durchbruch eingreift.
  11. Reinigungsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die in der Abziehstellung vom Benutzer auf die Abziehlippe ausgeübte Kraft den Vorsprung bzw. den Zapfen automatisch in die Ausnehmung bzw. in den Durchbruch drückt.
  12. Reinigungsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltevorrichtung den Vorsprung bzw. den Zapfen aufweist und dass die Handhabe die Ausnehmung bzw. den Durchbruch aufweist.
  13. Reinigungsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Handhabe an dem der Haltevorrichtung zugewandten Ende gabelartig ausgebildet ist und dass das zumindest ein Teil des gabelartigen Endes die Ausnehmung bzw. den Durchbruch bildet.
  14. Reinigungsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltevorrichtung zumindest einen Lagerbock zur Aufnahme einer Achse der gelenkigen Verbindung aufweist und dass der Lagerbock den Vorsprung bzw. der Zapfen bildet.
  15. Reinigungsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Reinigungsgerät als Fliesenreinigungsgerät und/oder als Wannenreinigungsgerät und/oder als Fensterreinigungsgerät ausgebildet ist.
