Claims (19)
- Garniture pour patin de ponçage pour un support de patin de ponçage, la garniture pour patin de ponçage comprenant une couche de glissement élastique (1021) et un support d'insert, qui contient un matériau non métallique ou en est constitué, caractérisé en ce que la garniture pour patin de ponçage (701) est muni d'un matériau de rembourrage qui est pénétré sur son épaisseur de matériau par un matériau de glissement, de préférence du graphite ou un matériau à base de graphite (1030), le matériau de rembourrage consistant en une mousse, notamment une mousse de PU (1034).
- Procédé de fabrication d'une garniture pour patin de ponçage comprenant une couche de glissement élastique selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le matériau de rembourrage est imprégné par un fluide qui contient un matériau de glissement, de préférence du graphite ou un matériau à base de graphite (1030), de sorte que le matériau de glissement pénètre dans le matériau de rembourrage, puis le matériau de rembourrage est appliqué sur un support d'insert.
- Procédé de fabrication d'un insert pour patin de ponçage comprenant une couche de glissement élastique selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, lors de la fabrication du matériau de rembourrage, un matériau de glissement, de préférence du graphite ou un matériau à base de graphite (1030), est ajouté aux matières premières pour la formation du matériau de rembourrage élastique, de sorte que le matériau de glissement soit réparti de manière essentiellement homogène dans le matériau de rembourrage, puis le matériau de rembourrage est appliqué sur un support d'insert.
- Procédé de fabrication d'une garniture pour patin de ponçage comprenant une couche de glissement élastique selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'une mousse de PU (1034) est mélangée avec un matériau de glissement, en particulier du graphite ou un matériau à base de graphite (1030), avant le moussage.
- Utilisation d'une garniture pour patin de ponçage (701) selon la revendication 1 dans une ponceuse à segment ou à large bande (1).
- Utilisation d'un insert pour patin de ponçage (701) selon la revendication 5, ayant une épaisseur de matériau du matériau de rembourrage de 0,5 à 5 mm.
- Procédé de fabrication d'un insert pour patin de ponçage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que les matières premières pour le matériau de rembourrage mélangées avec le matériau de glissement sont appliquées au moyen d'un procédé de pulvérisation sur un support d'insert, et y forment une couche de glissement élastique (1021).
- Garniture pour patin de ponçage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le support d'insert contient un matériau cellulosique, en particulier un matériau de bois et/ou un matériau de coton et/ou un matériau polymère, ou en est constitué.
- Garniture pour patin de ponçage selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le matériau de bois et/ou le matériau de coton contient du MDF, du HDF ou un matériau fibreux, ou en est constitué.
- Garniture pour patin de ponçage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 8 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la garniture pour patin de ponçage (701), en particulier le support d'insert présente au moins une face de butée destinée à reprendre des forces transversales, dans lequel l'au moins une face de butée forme un angle avec un plan parallèle à la face de pressage.
- Garniture pour patin de ponçage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 8 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la section transversale de l'insert pour patin de ponçage (701) présente un profil en forme de queue d'aronde.
- Garniture pour patin de ponçage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que la face de butée forme avec le plan de la face de pressage un angle de 110-130 degrés, de préférence de 120 degrés.
- Garniture pour patin de ponçage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 12, caractérisé en ce que la garniture pour patin de ponçage (701) présente au moins une région oblique (722) dans une surface partant du patin de ponçage, dans lequel la surface ne s'étend pas parallèlement à la face de pressage (714), mais forme avec celle-ci un angle.
- Garniture pour patin de ponçage selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que la région oblique (722) se présente sous la forme d'une rampe d'entrée pour le pressage d'une bande de ponçage (5) arrivant sur une pièce (3).
- Garniture pour patin de ponçage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 13 ou 14, caractérisé en ce que la région oblique (722) se présente sous la forme d'une rampe de sortie pour le pressage d'une bande de ponçage (5) quittant une pièce (3).
- Garniture pour patin de ponçage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 13 à 15, caractérisé en ce que ladite au moins une région oblique (722) forme avec le plan de ponçage (723) un angle (B) de 4-10 degrés.
- Garniture pour patin de ponçage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 13 à 16, caractérisé en ce que ladite au moins une région oblique (722) est formée sur le support d'insert.
- Patin de ponçage avec un insert pour patin de ponçage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 8 à 17, caractérisé en ce que le patin de ponçage (2) comprend un support (8), qui présente des évidements (10) dont la section transversale présentent un profil en forme de queue d'aronde.
- Patin de ponçage selon la revendication 18, caractérisé en ce que la face de butée du profil en forme de queue d'aronde est disposée avec un angle de 40-70 degrés, de préférence de 60 degrés, par rapport à un plan parallèle à la face de pressage.
