Claims (10)
- Dispositif pour mettre en oeuvre un processus de lavage avec un liquide de lavage d'une machine, comprenant :- un plateau de table (1) qui est disposé dans une région inférieure de la machine,
le plateau de table (1) présentant une surface horizontale ou légèrement inclinée, et au moins une ouverture d'écoulement (7) étant réalisée dans le plateau de table (1),- un dispositif de lavage pour laver la machine avec du liquide de lavage (9), et- une unité de buse (3) qui comprend plusieurs buses (4) orientées vers le plateau de table (1), qui peuvent projeter un gaz sous pression (8), de telle sorte que le gaz (8) soit orienté vers le plateau de table (1), afin de souffler du liquide de lavage (9) se trouvant sur le plateau de table (1) vers l'ouverture d'écoulement (7),une soupape étant disposée avant chaque buse (4) dans le sens de l'écoulement du gaz sous pression (8) et la soupape fournissant notamment un effet d'étranglement. - Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de buse (3) comprend une pluralité de buses (4).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la pluralité de buses (4) est disposée à chaque fois en rangée sur un premier côté longitudinal et sur un deuxième côté longitudinal du plateau de table (1).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les buses (4) de l'unité de buse (3) sont également utilisées pour pulvériser du liquide de lavage (9).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que les buses (4) sont disposées sur le premier côté longitudinal au niveau d'une conduite commune (5), par le biais de laquelle a lieu une alimentation en gaz sous pression (8), et en ce que les buses (4) sont disposées sur le deuxième côté longitudinal au niveau d'une deuxième conduite commune (6), par le biais de laquelle a lieu une alimentation en gaz sous pression (8).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, comprenant en outre un dispositif de commande qui est en mesure de commander individuellement chaque soupape.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs ouvertures d'écoulement (7) sont disposées dans le plateau de table (1).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le gaz sous pression (8) est de l'air ou de l'azote, de préférence un gaz préchauffé (8) ou un gaz (8) avec un faible taux d'humidité.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de buse (3) comprend une buse disposée de manière flexible, qui est connectée par le biais d'un tuyau souple à une alimentation en pression et qui peut être guidée manuellement.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le plateau de table (1) est disposé suivant un angle de 1° à 5°, de préférence de 2° à 3°.
