Claims (13)

  1. Système modulaire d'emboîtement pour le stockage sécurisé de modules collecteurs thermiques (3) empilés horizontalement, le système étant exclusivement composé de colonnes (9) portantes individuelles disposées verticalement, constituées chacune d'éléments moulés (1) superposés et emboîtés et formant une colonne (9) correspondante, où chacun desdits éléments moulés (1) :
    - présente deux ailes,
    - est pourvu sur sa face intérieure verticale (21) d'un profilé (2) de support de charge en tant que dispositif d'appui pour le module collecteur thermique (3), et
    - est pourvu, au-dessus du profilé (2) de support de charge, sur la face intérieure (21) d'au moins une aile, d'un évidement (30) destiné à recevoir au moins un segment de tuyauterie (4) du module collecteur thermique en saillie au-dessus du bord latéral du module collecteur thermique (3),
    - ledit évidement (30) étant ménagé dans l'au moins une aile de l'élément moulé (1), et
    - est pourvu sur le haut ou sur le bas d'un ou de plusieurs tenons (6) ou d'une languette, et
    - est pourvu sur le haut ou sur le bas d'une ou de plusieurs cavités (8) ouvertes pour la réception avec précision d'ajustement du ou des tenons (6), ou d'une rainure pour la réception de la languette,
    - la face verticale (22) distante de la face verticale intérieure (21) de chaque élément moulé (1) formant une surface fermée continue, y compris là où l'évidement (30) est ménagé sur la face intérieure (21) ;
    caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un module collecteur est stocké dans ledit système d'emboîtement,
    - le segment de tuyauterie (4) en saillie au-dessus du bord latéral de l'au moins un module collecteur thermique (3) stockés est logé avec un jeu dans l'évidement (30) d'un des éléments moulés (1),
    - l'évidement (30) est disposé au-dessus du profilé de support (2), et
    - ledit bord latéral du module collecteur thermique (3) repose contre la face verticale intérieure (21), opposée au module de collecteur (3), de l'aile où est ménagé l'évidement (30).
  2. Système d'emboîtement selon la revendication précédente, celui-ci étant formé de quatre colonnes (9) portantes, en particulier de quatre colonnes d'angle (9) portantes.
  3. Système d'emboîtement selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le module collecteur thermique (3) est de forme rectangulaire.
  4. Système d'emboîtement selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les colonnes (9) portantes présentent la même section transversale polygonale ou à angles droits.
  5. Système d'emboîtement selon l'une des revendications précédentes, servant à la sécurité de transport de modules collecteurs thermiques (3) encadrés et dans lequel le profilé de support (2) de chaque élément moulé (1) est ajusté avec précision au profilé de cadre dans la zone de coin du module collecteur thermique (3).
  6. Système d'emboîtement selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le profilé (2) de support de charge de chaque élément moulé (1) forme une surface d'appui horizontale et/ou est prévu avec des nervures verticales de soutien (15) sur sa face inférieure.
  7. Système d'emboîtement selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le profilé (2) de support de charge de chaque élément moulé (1) présente, sur sa face supérieure, une saillie (5) verticale pour le maintien du module collecteur thermique (3), en particulier de son profilé de cadre, ladite saillie (5) étant réalisée en particulier sous la forme d'une baguette qui s'étend parallèlement à la face verticale intérieure (21) de chaque élément moulé (1), opposée au module de collecteur thermique (3) à supporter, et/ou étant prévue avec des nervures verticales de soutien (25) sur au moins un de ses côtés.
  8. Système d'emboîtement selon la revendication 7, dans lequel au moins un dispositif de retenue (35) est formé sur la face verticale intérieure (21) au-dessus du profilé (2) de support de charge de chaque élément moulé (1), lequel serre, en particulier sous la forme d'un ressort de pression, le module collecteur thermique (3) contre la saillie (5) verticale et/ou, sous la forme d'un clip, fixe par encliquetage le module collecteur thermique (3).
  9. Système d'emboîtement selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel toutes les arêtes verticales des éléments moulés (1) sont arrondies ou chanfreinées, et/ou les arêtes horizontales et verticales des tenons (6) ou des languettes (11) des éléments moulés (1) sont arrondies ou chanfreinées et/ou formées légèrement coniquement.
  10. Système d'emboîtement selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les éléments moulés (1) sont massifs ou comprennent, en plus des cavités (8) ouvertes exigées pour le logement des tenons (6), des chambres creuses (8) verticales, ouvertes vers l'élément moulé (1) adjacent.
  11.
