Claims (6)

  1. Machine à tricoter à mailles cueillies (1, 51) dans laquelle deux fontures, une avant et une arrière, sont agencées de façon opposée, définissant un intervalle entre fontures entre les fontures,
    dans laquelle sur chaque fonture, des gorges d'aiguilles sont formées, dans lesquelles des aiguilles composées (2) sont logées, chaque aiguille composée (2) comprenant un corps d'aiguille (10) comportant un crochet (10a) au niveau d'une extrémité avant sur le côté de l'intervalle entre fontures, et un coulisseau (11) comportant une languette (13a) au voisinage d'une extrémité avant sur le côté de l'intervalle entre fontures, et permettant au crochet (10a) d'être ouvert ou fermé et permettant aussi à la languette (13a) d'avancer dans l'intervalle entre fontures au-delà du crochet (10a) par un déplacement relatif du coulisseau (11) par rapport au corps d'aiguille (10) de sorte que des opérations de tricotage à séparation sont possibles,
    le coulisseau (11) étant muni d'une première butée (12a) au niveau d'une portion plus proche de l'intervalle entre fontures et d'une deuxième butée (12b) au niveau d'une portion éloignée de l'intervalle entre fontures, la première butée (12a) et la deuxième butée (12b) étant espacées l'une de l'autre,
    la machine à tricoter à mailles cueillies comprenant :
    un chariot mobile alternativement le long des fontures, et
    un système de cames (3, 53) pour actionner le corps d'aiguille (10) et le coulisseau (11) de l'aiguille composée (2) installée sur le chariot,
    le système de cames (3, 53) comprenant :
    une came d'actionnement de coulisseau (21) comportant une portion de bifurcation pour guider la deuxième butée (12b) du coulisseau (11) et faire bifurquer un chemin du coulisseau (11) en fonction du fait que la deuxième butée (12b) est enfoncée ou pas dans la gorge d'aiguille, pour obtenir un premier chemin qui permet au coulisseau (11) d'être reculé de l'intervalle entre fontures conjointement avec le corps d'aiguille (10), et un deuxième chemin qui permet au coulisseau (11) d'être maintenu en position dans l'intervalle entre fontures même lorsque le corps d'aiguille (10) est reculé, de façon à être actionné pour l'opération de tricotage à séparation, et caractérisé en ce qu'elle comprend
    un presseur de changement de mode (23a, 23b) qui est situé à une position voisine de la came d'actionnement de coulisseau (21), où le presseur de changement de mode peut presser la première butée (12a) du coulisseau (11) lorsque la deuxième butée (12b) du coulisseau (11) s'engage dans la portion de bifurcation de la came d'actionnement de coulisseau (21), pour permettre un changement entre le mode de fonctionnement avec pression et le mode de non fonctionnement sans pression.
  2. Machine à tricoter à mailles cueillies selon la revendication 1,
    dans laquelle le presseur de changement de mode (23a, 23b) dans le mode de non fonctionnement, même lorsque le corps d'aiguille (10) est reculé de l'intervalle entre fontures, permet au coulisseau (11) d'être maintenu dans l'intervalle entre fontures, de façon à permettre l'opération de tricotage à séparation.
  3. Machine à tricoter à mailles cueillies selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    dans laquelle l'aiguille composée (2), sur un côté d'ancrage arrière opposé au côté de l'intervalle entre fontures, comporte une butée de pression (15a) qui est soumise à une opération de sélection d'aiguille par un mécanisme de sélection d'aiguille monté sur le chariot, pour passer à travers l'un d'une pluralité de chemins prédéfinis conformément au résultat de la sélection d'aiguille, lorsque la butée de pression (15a) qui est pressée par un presseur de pression (40) agencé pour faire face aux chemins, une butée (146) pour entraîner le corps d'aiguille (10) et au moins la deuxième butée (12b) du coulisseau sont enfoncées dans la gorge d'aiguille, et
    au moins l'un des presseurs de pression est un presseur de type mobile qui peut permettre un changement de mode dans l'opération de tricotage du corps d'aiguille (10), en fonction du fait que le presseur de pression presse la butée de pression (15a) et que la position où la deuxième butée (12b) du coulisseau (11) s'engage dans la portion de bifurcation de la came d'actionnement de coulisseau tombe dans une plage dans laquelle le presseur de type mobile est capable de presser la butée de pression.
  4. Machine à tricoter à mailles cueillies selon la revendication 3,
    dans lequel le presseur de type mobile est un presseur de rabat, par lequel le corps d'aiguille est passé dans un fonctionnement de rabat.
  5. Machine à tricoter à mailles cueillies selon la revendication 3 ou 4,
    dans laquelle le système de cames (3, 53) monté sur le chariot est capable de trier des valeurs de mailles en un groupe de grandes valeurs et un groupe de petites valeurs lorsque le corps d'aiguille est reculé de l'intervalle entre fontures, et
    le presseur de pression comprend un deuxième presseur de maille d'un type mobile qui est capable de trier les valeurs de mailles en un groupe de grandes valeurs et en un groupe de petites valeurs.
  6. Machine à tricoter à mailles cueillies selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 5,
    dans laquelle le presseur de pression de type mobile est disposé dans seulement un chemin d'une pluralité de chemins prédéfinis conformément au résultat de la sélection d'aiguille.
