Appareil de coiffure comprenant au moins :
- deux mâchoires allongées et articulées entre elles pour être mobiles entre une position ouverte et une position fermée (F) dans laquelle elles définissent par des surfaces de travail en regard une zone de traitement (T) de cheveux,
- des moyens électriques (6, 7) de chauffage associés à l'une au moins des surfaces de travail,
- des moyens de commandes des moyens électriques de chauffage (6, 7), caractérisé en ce que les moyens de commande comprennent au moins :
- des moyens (M) de sélection manuelle des valeurs d'au moins deux paramètres de réglage choisis parmi les paramètres suivants : la nature de cheveux, le type de cheveux, l'état du cheveu, l'origine ethnique et la nature du résultat souhaité, rapidité de traitement souhaitée,
- et une unité électronique de commande qui est adaptée pour piloter au moins le fonctionnement des moyens de chauffage (6, 7) en fonction des valeurs sélectionnées des paramètres de réglage.
