Claims (6)
- Chapiteau de volumiseur à raccorder sur un appareil (3) produisant un flux d'air, par exemple un sèche-cheveux boucleur, comportant une unité de volumiseur (9), l'unité de volumiseur (9), avec ses doigts (10) de mise en forme des cheveux, étant éloignée par une pièce coudée d'un tronçon de couplage (2) destiné à raccorder le chapiteau de volumiseur (1) à l'appareil (3), caractérisé en ce que l'unité de volumiseur (9) du chapiteau de volumiseur (1), dans son ensemble ou dans une partie seulement (11) de cette dernière, est logée de façon rotative et en ce que le chapiteau de volumiseur (1) dispose afin d'entraîner cette dernière d'un arbre d'entraînement (13), logé de façon rotative à l'intérieur du tronçon de couplage (2), avec un élément de couplage (14) destiné à raccorder l'arbre d'entraînement (13) à un arbre (6) entraîné en rotation dans l'appareil (3), lequel arbre d'entraînement (13) du chapiteau (1) supporte, sur son extrémité de sortie d'arbre, un élément d'entraînement (15) disposé de façon excentrique par rapport à l'axe de rotation de l'arbre d'entraînement (13), qui s'engage, afin d'entraîner l'unité de volumiseur (9) ou la partie (11) de cette dernière, dans un évidement (20) d'un convertisseur de forces (16, 18) qui convertit le mouvement rotatif d'entraînement de l'élément d'entraînement (15) en un mouvement rotatif oscillant de l'unité de volumiseur (9) ou d'une partie (11) de cette dernière, l'axe de rotation de l'unité de volumiseur (9) ou de la partie (11) logée de façon rotative de cette dernière et l'axe de rotation de l'arbre d'entraînement (13) étant disposés en formant un angle l'un par rapport à l'autre, et notamment un angle droit.
- Chapiteau de volumiseur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le convertisseur de force possède et constitue un élément convertisseur (16) logé à la cardan, les axes de rotation (DH, Dv) des deux axes de pivotement cardaniques de l'élément convertisseur (16) sont montés pour se couper virtuellement en un point, l'élément convertisseur (16) est supporté par une fixation (18), dans laquelle l'élément convertisseur est logé de façon pivotante sur l'un des deux axes de rotation (DH) du palier à la cardan et la fixation (18) est logée de façon rotative sur l'autre axe de rotation (Dv) du palier à la cardan et est raccordée à l'unité de volumiseur (9) ou à la partie (11) de cette dernière.
- Chapiteau de volumiseur selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les axes de rotation des deux axes de pivotement cardaniques (DH, Dv) de l'élément convertisseur (16) forment un angle droit.
- Chapiteau de volumiseur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'élément convertisseur (16) supporte des tourillons (19, 19.1) surmoulés, diamétralement opposés l'un à l'autre, qui s'engagent chacun dans une ouverture de palier de la fixation (18), conformée en U afin de maintenir l'élément convertisseur (16).
- Chapiteau de volumiseur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'entraînement monté en excentrique par rapport à l'arbre d'entraînement (13) est un pivot d'entraînement (15) dont l'axe longitudinal s'incline vers l'axe de rotation de l'arbre d'entraînement (13) et est raccordé par un coudage à l'arbre d'entraînement (13) et en ce que le pivot d'entraînement (15) s'engage dans un alésage (20) de l'élément convertisseur (16), formé avec une inclinaison correspondante par rapport à l'axe de rotation de l'arbre d'entraînement (13).
- Chapiteau de volumiseur selon la revendication 5 caractérisé en ce que l'axe longitudinal du pivot d'entraînement (15) coupe le point d'intersection virtuel formé par les axes de rotation (DH, Dv) du palier à la cardan de l'élément convertisseur (16).
