  • a fuel injection valve for fuel injection systems of internal combustion engines comprising an excitable actuator in the form of an electromagnetic circuit having a magnetic coil, an outer magnetic circuit component and a movable armature for actuating a valve closing body, which cooperates with a provided on a valve seat body valve seat.
  • an excitable actuator in the form of an electromagnetic circuit having a magnetic coil, an outer magnetic circuit component and a movable armature for actuating a valve closing body, which cooperates with a provided on a valve seat body valve seat.
  • the fuel injection valve serving as a fuel inlet nozzle and inner pole tubular core, which is surrounded by the magnetic coil.
  • the outer magnetic circuit component is designed pot-shaped, wherein the magnetic circuit component is installed in the valve so that it is slipped over the magnetic coil.
  • the electromagnetic circuit is closed by a closure part, which is inserted from below into the magnetic circuit component.
  • the movable armature is guided in the bobbin or in an inner opening of the closure part.
  • the entire actuator is enclosed by a plastic extrusion, which also forms an inflow-side connecting piece.
  • a fuel injection valve is also already known, is dispensed with serving as a fuel inlet nozzle and inner pole tubular core, which is surrounded by the magnetic coil.
  • the fuel injection valve is characterized in that both the inflow-side connecting piece and the connecting part serving as a valve seat carrier as deep-drawn sheet metal parts are executed.
  • the sheet metal parts are formed by a deformation stress exceeding the yield value of their material and connected together by means of connecting pins to form a valve housing.
  • the fuel injection valve according to the invention with the characterizing features of the main claim has the advantage that in a simple and cost-effective manner, a particularly compact structure in the region of the magnetic circuit and in the areas upstream and downstream of the magnetic circuit can be realized, so that a very small, handy injection valve arises.
  • a simple structural solution is provided with which a sealed dense coil space is created for coil sealing by a very simple design, serving as the inner pole of the magnetic circuit cover part is inserted into an outer magnetic circuit component. Since the components of the electromagnetic circuit as well as the connected to the magnetic circuit components connecting parts have very simple geometries and have a low-cost design, the fuel injector is particularly favorable in the production of the items and the assembly. The very short magnetic circuit works very effectively with low losses and thus has the best functional properties.
  • the construction according to the invention makes it possible to produce a fuel injection valve with a total length of ⁇ 30 mm.
  • the dense coil space for the magnetic coil with the outer magnetic circuit component, the cover part and a thin-walled sleeve body to limit.
  • the sleeve body is a metal non-magnetic intermediate part or forms as a ferritic component, a magnetic throttle point in the magnetic circuit.
  • the cover part is firmly connected to the sleeve body by means of a weld.
  • Length variants of the fuel injection valve according to the invention are very easy to produce in large numbers by differently long and specifically shaped connecting pieces, valve seat carrier, valve needles and spacers.
  • FIG. 1 a fuel injection valve in two variants of embodiments according to the invention in the electromagnetic circuit.
  • FIG. 1 shown electromagnetically operable valve in the form of an injector for fuel injection systems of mixture-compression, spark-ignition internal combustion engines has an electromagnetic circuit with a solenoid 1, which does not, as is common in such injectors, surrounds serving as a fuel inlet port and inner pole tubular core. Rather, the magnetic coil 1 surrounds a thin-walled cylindrical sleeve body 2.
  • a bobbin 3 receives a winding of the magnetic coil 1.
  • the bobbin 3 made of plastic passes directly into a mitgespritzten electrical connection plug 5, not shown in detail, via which the electrical contacting of the magnetic coil 1 takes place.
  • the sleeve body 2 is arranged concentrically to a valve longitudinal axis 10, wherein the sleeve body 2 is either a metal non-magnetic intermediate part, which is made for example of stainless steel, or forms a magnetic throttle body in the magnetic circuit as a ferritic component.
  • the bobbin 3 Surrounded is the bobbin 3 with the magnetic coil 1 of an outer cup-shaped Magnetic circuit component 11, which is part of the valve housing.
  • a cover part 14 is inserted into the magnetic circuit component 11, which serves as the inner pole of the magnetic circuit.
  • the lid part 14 is in turn connected to the sleeve body 2 by means of a second weld 15 tightly and firmly. With the cover part 14, the sleeve body 2 and the outer magnetic circuit component 11, a sealed, dense coil space is created in this way, which is interrupted only in the area of the electrical contacting of the magnetic coil 1 by a recess 16 in the cover part 14.
  • the cover part 14 extends as a largely flat disc.
  • the cover member 14 is also disc-shaped, but formed with a cylindrical extension 8, whereby it is possible to attach to an axially parallel peripheral surface 18 of the extension 8 of the cover member 14, the weld 15, 15b.
  • a thin-walled tubular connecting part Downstream of the magnetic circuit component 11 extends a thin-walled tubular connecting part, which is designed here as a valve seat carrier 19, which is fixedly connected to the magnetic circuit component 11 via a third weld 20.
  • the component bottom 12 of the magnetic circuit component 11 has an annular extension 22 which protrudes from the magnetic circuit component 11 such that the weld seam 20 can be attached in this region without impairing the magnetic coil 1 or other components for connection to the valve seat carrier 19.
  • an axially movable valve needle 21 is arranged in the valve seat carrier 19.
  • a spherical valve closing body 24 made of metal or ceramic is provided.
  • the actuation of the injection valve is electromagnetically.
  • the electromagnetic circuit with the solenoid coil 1, the outer magnetic circuit member 11, the cover member 14 and an armature serves 27.
  • the cup-shaped armature 27 is, for example formed integrally with a valve needle shaft 21a (right in FIG. 1 ) or at a stage 28 of the valve needle shaft 21 a and there firmly connected to this (left in FIG. 1 ).
  • the guide of the armature 27 during its axial movement takes place along the inner wall of the sleeve body 2.
  • the solenoid 1 end facing away from the valve seat support 19 is a cylindrical valve seat body 29 having a fixed valve seat 30, mounted by welding tight.
  • the valve seat body 29 is made of metal or ceramic and sealed by a sealing ring 31.
  • the spherical valve closing body 24 of the valve needle 21 cooperates with the valve seat 30 of the valve seat body 29, which tapers frustoconically in the flow direction.
  • the valve seat body 29 On its lower end face, the valve seat body 29 is provided with a spray hole disk 34 of flat design, for example, and of e.g. cup-shaped holding disc 35 fixed and tight by a z. B. connected by means of a laser weld.
