Definitions
- the invention relates to a gun holster with adjustable draw angle, in particular for handguns, comprising a holster bar for attaching the holster to a belt, coupling or the like. and a Holstergrocher for receiving a weapon, in particular a handgun, wherein the Holstersteg and the Holsterköcher are connected to each other rotatable about an axis of rotation, that the defined by the relative position between Holstersteg and Holsterköcher drawing angle is adjustable.
- the invention further relates to a locking joint unit, in particular for weapons holster, by means of which various relative positions of the
- Locking hinge unit interconnected parts are adjustable.
- Gun holsters of the type in question are known, e.g. from US 2007/0023468 A1. They usually serve a weapon, in particular a handgun on a belt, a coupling or the like. to be borne, wherein the so-called pull angle defined by the relative position of Holster bar and the serving for receiving the weapon Holsterköcher, under which the weapon from the
- Holster quiver is pulled, is adjustable.
- gun holsters of the type in question are primarily designed to carry handguns and pistols in particular, they can in principle but also for carrying other weapons such as knives and possibly also certain tools, such as hammers, for example, a craftsman, mechanic or climbers on the belt and would like to pull out of the holster with one hand, be trained. Since the problem described in detail below of the rapid adjustment of the drawing angle between a sitting comfortable position and a standing position suitable in the main position Carrying weapons and especially handguns, the holster described here is referred to as a gun holster, without the registration should be limited to Holster for carrying weapons.
- the said adjustability of the draw angle not only serves to hold the weapon in an angle suitable for rapidly pulling the weapon for the respective weapon carrier, but also to cause the weapon to be lowered, e.g. when seated in an emergency vehicle, to bring into a position not disturbing the weapon carrier, in which, when the weapon is a handgun, the barrel is almost parallel, e.g. to a belt to which the gun holster is attached runs. This then allows the weapon carrier to buckle easily in a service vehicle.
- a detent joint is provided between the holster web and the holster quiver, in which a detent projection engages in a form-locking manner in one of a plurality of different pulling angles defining the recess partially complementary locking recesses.
- the positive connection must be solved in that the locking projection is pushed by means of a separate actuating knob from the respective locking recess.
- a gun holster in which the pivoting of the weapon in a comfortable position when sitting by the displacement of a rotationally locking a cylinder locking cylinder is possible, in which the rotary member engages only in a single basic position. Therefore, the holster quiver may indeed be swung back into the predefined basic position after a single operation of a cylinder-displacing actuating element without re-actuation of the actuating element, but also the desired adjustability of the pull angle is not given.
- a gun holster is known in which the drawing angle is determined purely non-positively, in the Holstersteg and Holsterköcher with the interposition of a friction force increasing rubber ring and tightening a fastening screw are pressed against each other.
- Spring biased locking element engages positively arranged in arranged on a circle locking recesses.
- a similar weapon holster is also described in DE 93 08 896 U1. In both holsters, it is necessary to adjust the drawing angle to release the positive connection by pressing out the respective positive locking element from the or the detent recesses.
- the invention has for its object to provide a gun holster of the type mentioned, in which the draw angle is adjustable in a simple manner, without the need for a separate tool and without separate
- the invention is also based on the object to provide a locking joint unit, which is particularly suitable for weapons holster of the type in question here and allows a simple, tool-free adjustment of the relative position of two connected via the locking joint unit parts.
- the gun holster invention has the great advantage that held in the holster weapon can not only be easily brought into a comfortable sitting position in a vehicle, but that especially after getting out of the vehicle, the weapon with a single handle without Operation of any additional elements such as snaps or the like can be brought into a comfortable for the wearer of the weapon drawing position, which is particularly advantageous applied for the adjustment of the drawing angle
