Claims (10)
- Procédé de fabrication d'une bague pour un commutateur d'une machine électrique, dans lequel des lamelles de la bague de commutateur sont façonnées à partir d'un matériau en feuillard, déformable et électriquement conducteur,
les lamelles présentant au moins une découpe qui s'étend dans le sens de la longueur du matériau en feuillard,
le nombre souhaité de lamelles ainsi façonnées étant ensuite refermé pour former la bague de commutateur,
caractérisé en ce que
après la fermeture des lamelles (8) en vue de former la bague de commutateur (6), une bague d'armature (14) en un matériau électriquement non conducteur et non déformable est insérée dans la découpe (18) et est immobilisée dans la découpe (18; 18, 20) par déformation plastique des lamelles (8) de la bague de commutateur (6),
en ce qu'un mandrin cylindrique dont le diamètre extérieur correspond au diamètre intérieur d'une surface périphérique intérieure (50) de la bague de commutateur (6) et dont une extrémité frontale avant rétrécie est repoussé par une extrémité frontale de la bague de commutateur (6) dotée de courtes ailes (28) dans une cavité (52) entourée par la bague de commutateur (6), pour repousser une frontière intérieure (56), qui diverge préalablement en direction de la surface frontale (54), de la rainure (18) au niveau des lamelles (8) vers l'extérieur contre une surface périphérique intérieure de la bague d'armature (14). - Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la découpe (18) ménagée dans les lamelles (8) est ouverte dans la direction axiale de la bague de commutateur (6).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une découpe (18; 18, 20) pour une bague d'armature (14; 15, 16) est disposée sur chacune des extrémités frontales opposées de la bague de commutateur (6).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la bague d'armature (14; 15, 16) est fixée par serrage d'au moins une bordure de la découpe (18; 18, 20).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la bague d'armature (14; 15, 16) est immobilisée dans la découpe (18; 18, 20) par évasement d'une ouverture (52) qui entoure la bague de commutateur (6).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la bague d'armature (14; 15, 16) est constituée d'un matériau de résine ou de matière synthétique renforcée de fibres.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la bague d'armature (14; 15, 16) possède une section transversale rectangulaire ou carrée.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un contre-palier cylindrique creux qui entoure une périphérie de la bague de commutateur (6) empêche un évasement excessif des extrémités frontales des lamelles (8).
- Commutateur fabriqué selon l'une des revendications précédentes.
- Machine électrique présentant un commutateur selon la revendication 9.
