Claims (6)
- Segment (1) d'une chaîne de scie pour scies à moteur destinées à scier la roche, le béton, les briques et le métal, comprenant au moins deux éléments extérieurs (2) disposés en vis-à-vis et au moins deux éléments intérieurs (3) qui sont logés entre lesdits éléments extérieurs (2) et qui sont reliés entre eux par au moins deux éléments de jonction (4) ainsi qu'un élément de coupe (5) qui est relié aux éléments extérieurs (2) dans la direction de coupe, chacun des segments (1) ou un segment sur deux pouvant être équipé d'un segment de coupe (5), caractérisé par le fait
que lesdits éléments de jonction (4) sont réalisés dans une matière céramique résistante à l'usure, présentent des surfaces périphériques (4.1) rendues rugueuses aux extrémités et que lesdits éléments extérieurs (2) sont réalisés dans un acier rétractable et présentent au moins deux ouvertures de passage (2.1) ainsi qu'au moins une patte (2.2) surmoulée à angle droit dans la direction de marche, et que lesdites surfaces périphériques (4.1) rendues rugueuses et les ouvertures de passage (2.1) de deux éléments extérieurs (2) opposés sont reliées par un ajustage serré et à retrait et les pattes (2.2) sont reliées entre elles par adhérence, les surfaces frontales (4.2) des éléments de jonction (4) formant un plan avec les surfaces extérieures (2.3) des éléments extérieurs (2),
que les éléments intérieurs (3) sont réalisés dans un acier spécial allié, sont logés entre deux éléments extérieurs (2) opposés, par respectivement une première ouverture de passage (3.1) sur un premier élément de jonction (4) d'un segment (1) et par une deuxième ouverture de passage (3.1) sur le deuxième élément de jonction (4) du segment (1) suivant, de manière rotative autour des axes de ceux-ci, reliant ainsi entre eux les segments (1) de la chaîne de scie, et
que le segment de coupe (5) est relié respectivement aux arêtes supérieures (2.4) et les pattes (2.2) de deux éléments extérieurs (2) opposés sont reliés par adhérence entre elles, ledit segment de coupe (5) étant plus large dans la direction de marche que le segment (1) de la chaîne de scie. - Segment (1) d'une chaîne de scie, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que ledit élément extérieur (2) présente des coins rectangulaires sur son arête supérieure (2.4) montrant dans la direction de coupe et des coins arrondis sur son arête inférieure (2.5) opposée et est traversé de manière excentrique, parallèlement à l'arête inférieure (2.5), par lesdites deux ouvertures de passage (2.1) et que, soit sur l'arête inférieure (2.5) soit sur l'arête supérieure (2.4) et sur l'arête inférieure (2.5), respectivement une patte (2.2) est surmoulée de manière centrale et à angle droit dans la direction de marche de la chaîne de scie.
- Segment (1) d'une chaîne de scie, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que ledit élément intérieur (3) est réalisé en acier spécial allié ou acier pour roulement à billes 100 Cr6, 1.3505, acier rapide, HS6-5-2C, 1.3342, acier spécial allié X153CrMoV12, 12379 ou en oxyde d'aluminium renforcé par zirconium ou en oxyde de zirconium, ZrO2, présente une forme pour l'essentiel triangulaire à coins arrondis et est traversé par lesdites deux ouvertures de passage (3.1) parallèlement à une arête supérieure (3.2) montrant dans la direction de coupe, et dont les deux arêtes (3.3) qui suivent et qui s'étendent en pointe l'une par rapport à l'autre et à l'encontre de la direction de coupe présentent un évidement (3.4) en forme de segment de cercle, le coin (3.5) de l'élément intérieur (3), qui s'étend à l'encontre de la direction de coupe étant l'élément de transport du segment (1).
- Segment (1) d'une chaîne de scie, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que, dans une deuxième variante, ledit élément intérieur (3) présente un contour extérieur carré à coins arrondis ainsi que deux ouvertures de passage (3.1) entre deux coins arrondis, est disposé en tant que losange entre deux éléments extérieurs (2), et un coin (3.6) dépassant, dans la direction de coupe, les éléments extérieurs (2) et ayant un évidement (3.7) fait fonction de dent de brochage et le coin (3.8) opposé dépassant l'élément extérieur (2) à l'encontre de la direction de coupe fait fonction d'élément de transport du segment (1), deux éléments extérieurs (2) opposés reliés par des éléments de jonction (4) étant soudés sur leurs arêtes supérieures (2.4) avec le segment de coupe (5) qui, lorsque la chaîne est tendue, peut être reçu, avec sa zone inférieure, par les évidements (3.7) de deux éléments intérieurs (3) disposés l'un derrière l'autre.
- Segment (1) d'une chaîne de scie, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que ledit élément de jonction (4) est un profilé massif ou creux en oxyde de zirconium fritté, ZrO2, ou en oxyde d'aluminium renforcé par zirconium dont les surfaces périphériques extérieures (4.1) disposées aux extrémités présentent une surface rendue rugueuse, moletée ou dentée, des surfaces frontales (4.2) planes et un diamètre qui est inférieur au diamètre de l'élément de jonction (4) dans l'ensemble, et les surfaces périphériques (4.1) présentent une longueur qui correspond à l'épaisseur de matière des éléments extérieurs (2) ce par quoi, lors de l'opération de serrage et de retrait des surfaces périphériques (4.1) dans les ouvertures de passage (2.1) des éléments extérieurs (2), une liaison optimale à engagement positif peut être produite.
- Segment (1) d'une chaîne de scie, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la liaison par adhérence entre les arêtes extérieures (2.4) des éléments extérieurs (2) et un segment de coupe (5) ainsi qu'entre les deux pattes (2.2) respectivement opposées des éléments extérieurs (2) sont des soudures.
