Description

Anordnung zum Versorgen von Zigaretten- und Zigarillostummeln
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Anordnung zum Versorgen von Zigaretten- und Zigarillostummeln. Für Raucher von Zigaretten und Zigarillos ergibt sich oft das Problem, was sie, wenn sie nicht gerade einen Aschenbecher zur Verfügung haben, mit Stummeln der gerauchten Zigaretten oder Zigarillos machen sollen. Häufig werden die Zigaretten- oder Zigarillostummel dann einfach weggeworfen, was nicht nur unschön ist und zur Umweltverschmutzung beiträgt, sondern auch die Gefahr mit sich bringt, dass die weggeworfenen Zigaretten- oder Zigarillostummeln, wenn sie nicht richtig ausgedämpft worden sind, einen Brand auslösen können, insbesondere wenn Zigaretten- oder Zigarillostummel in der freien Natur weggeworfen werden. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zu Grunde hier Abhilfe zu schaffen.
Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe mit einer Anordnung, welche die Merkmale von Anspruch 1 aufweist.
Bevorzugte und vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche.
Die erfindungsgemäße Anordnung stellt Säckchen zur Verfügung, in die Zigaretten- oder Zigarillostummel hineingesteckt und darin aufbewahrt werden können, bis ein ordnungsgemäßes Entsorgen möglich ist. Beispielsweise können die mit Stummeln gefüllten Säckchen der erfindungsgemäßen Anordnung in der Zigarettenpackung selbst aufgehoben werden, bis sie entsorgt werden.
Die Erfindung erlaubt es auch die Streifen der Anordnung mit wenigstens zwei aneinander gefügten Säckchen in der Zigaretten- packung selbst raumsparend unterzubringen, sodass die Säckchen immer dann zur Verfügung stehen und griffbereit sind, wenn sie benötigt werden, um einen Zigaretten- oder Zigarillostummel aufzubewahren, bis er ordnungsgemäß entsorgt werden kann.
Weitere Einzelheiten und Merkmale der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der nachstehenden Beschreibung bevorzugter Ausführungsbeispiele unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnungen.

Eine erfindungsgemäße Anordnung besteht in der in Fig. 6 gezeigten Ausführungsform aus einem Streifen 1, der mehrere Säckchen 3 aufweist, insbesondere in mehrere Säckchen 3 unterteilt ist. Jedes Säckchen 3 ist aus zwei Lagen Werkstoff gebildet, die längs drei Seiten des Säckchens 3 miteinander verbunden sind, beispielsweise durch eine Schweiß- oder Siegelnaht 5, sodass die Säckchen oben eine Zugangsöffnung 10 aufweisen. Wie in Fig. 6 gezeigt, sind die Säckchen 3 der Anordnung miteinander zu einem Streifen 1 verbunden, wobei die Zahl der Säckchen 3 beliebig ist, so können in der An- Ordnung zwei oder mehr als zwei Säckchen 3 enthalten sein. Die Säckchen 3 sind von der Anordnung einzeln abtrennbar, wozu zwischen den Säckchen 3 Schwächungslinien 7, wie Perforationen oder dergleichen, mit einer zusätzlichen Abreißhilfe 4 in Form eines ausgestanzten Dreiecks am oberen Ende der Schwächungslinien 7 vorgesehen sind. Die beiden Lagen des Streifens 1, der aus zwei oder mehreren Säckchen 3 bestehen kann, sind im oberen Bereich 4 des Säckchens 3 zum leichteren Öffnen (Zugangsöffnung 10) weder durch eine Schweißnaht noch durch eine Siegelnaht 5 verbunden.
Für die Aufnahme in einer Zigaretten- bzw. Zigarillopackung (Fig. 1) wird die in den Fig. 1 bis 5 gezeigte Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemäßen Anordnung, wie in Fig. 5 gezeigt, gerollt und in eine Hülse 9 gesteckt, die sich über einen Teil der Länge der Anordnung erstreckt. So kann die Anordnung in einer Zigaretten- bzw. Zigarillopackung untergebracht werden, insbesondere wenn sie im Wesentlichen den Abmessungen einer Zigarette oder eines Zigarillo 11 entspricht.
Wenn ein Säckchen 3 benötigt wird, um einen Zigaretten- oder Zigarillostummel 12 aufzunehmen und ihn bis zur endgültigen, ordentlichen Entsorgung aufzubewahren, wird die Hülse 9 von der Anordnung gezogen (Fig. 2, 3 und 4) , die Anordnung aufgerollt, und zwar wenigstens soweit, dass das erste Säckchen 3 zum Abtrennen greifbar ist.
Dann wird (vgl. Fig. 7 bis 10) das Säckchen 3 im Bereich seiner Öffnung 10 durch Zusammendrücken der Nähte 5 geöffnet (Pfeile 8 in Fig. 7) . Hernach wird ein Zigaretten- bzw. Zigarillostummel 12 in das Säckchen 3 hineingesteckt (Fig. 8) . Anschließend wird das Säckchen 3 zum Verschließen wenigstens einmal, vorzugsweise aber mehrfach, umgefaltet (Fig. 9 und 10) .
So ist ein umweltschonende und die Umwelt nicht verschmutzen- des Versorgen von Zigaretten- bzw. Zigarillostummeln 12 möglich, bis sie an einem geeigneten Entsorgungsort abgegeben werden können.
Der Werkstoff, aus dem die erfindungsgemäße Anordnung besteht, ist bevorzugt ein Werkstoff der hitzbeständig ist, sodass auch nicht oder nicht vollständig ausgedämpfte Zigaretten- bzw. Zigarillostum- mel 12 aufgenommen werden können. Beispielsweise bewährt sich als Werkstoff metallbeschichtetes, insbesondere aluminiumbeschichtetes, Papier, wobei die AluminiumbeSchichtung an der Innenseite des Säckchens 3 zu liegen kommt .
Wie in Fig. 6 gezeigt, hat jedes Säckchen eine im Wesentlichen rechteckige Umrissform.
In einer nicht gezeigten Ausführungsform können jedem Säckchen 3 im Bereich der Zugangsöffnung 10 auch Anordnungen zum Verschließen desselben, wie Laschen oder dgl., zugeordnet sein.
Bei der in den Fig. 11 bis 19 gezeigten Ausführungsform be- steht die erfindungsgemäße Anordnung aus einem Streifen 1, der zwei oder mehrere Säckchen 3 aufweist, insbesondere in mehrere Säckchen 3 unterteilt ist. Jedes Säckchen 3 ist aus zwei Lagen Werkstoff gebildet, die längs drei Seiten, beispielsweise durch eine Schweißoder Siegelnaht 5, miteinander verbunden sind. Die Säckchen 3 können in allen Ausführungsformen der Erfindung auch aus einem an einem Ende, z.B. mit einer Schweiß- oder Siegelnaht 5, verschlossenen Schlauch (-abschnitt) bestehen.
Wie in Fig. 14 gezeigt, sind die im Wesentlichen rechteckigen Säckchen 3 der Anordnung miteinander an ihren Schmalseiten zu einem Streifen 1 verbunden, wobei die Zahl der Säckchen 3 beliebig ist. So können zwei oder mehr als zwei Säckchen 3 in der Anordnung enthalten sein. Die einzelnen Säckchen 3 sind von der Anordnung abtrennbar, wozu zwischen den Säckchen 3 Schwächungslinien 7, z.B. Perforationen, mit einer zusätzlichen Abreißhilfe 4 in Form eines an den Enden der Schwächungslinie 7 ausgestanzten Dreiecks vorgesehen sind. Die von dem Streifen 1, der aus mehreren Säckchen 3 bestehen kann, abgetrennten Säckchen 3 sind im oberen Bereich 2 des Säckchens 3 zum leichteren Öffnen offen, d.h. die Lagen oder der Schlauch ist dort weder durch eine Schweiß- noch Siegelnaht 5 verbunden oder ver- schlössen.

Zigarillopackung (Fig. 11 / 12) wird die erfindungsgemäße Anordnung, wie in Fig. 11 / 12 gezeigt, flach zusammengefaltet und in Zigaretten- oder Zigarillopackungen (Fig. 11 / 12) eingesetzt. Die Anordnung kann in einer Zigaretten- bzw. Zigarillopackung im Bereich ihrer Schmalseite (Fig. 11) untergebracht werden, oder es werden eine oder zwei Anordnungen im Bereich der Breitseite (Fig. 12) einer Zigaretten- bzw. Zigarillopackung untergebracht.
Wenn ein Säckchen 3 benötigt wird, um einen Zigaretten- oder Zigarillostummel 12 aufzunehmen und bis zur endgültigen, ordentli- chen Entsorgung aufzubewahren, wird die Anordnung auseinander gefaltet und zwar wenigstens soweit, dass das erste Säckchen 3 zum Abtrennen greifbar ist.
Dann wird (vgl. Fig. 15 bis 19) das Säckchen 3 an seiner Zu- gangsöffnung 10 durch Zusammendrücken der Ränder geöffnet (Fig. 16) . Hernach wird ein Zigaretten- bzw. Zigarillostummel 12 in das Säckchen 3 hineingesteckt (Fig. 17) . Anschließend wird das Säckchen 3 zum Verschließen wenigstens einmal, vorzugsweise aber mehrfach, umgefaltet (Fig. 18 und 19) . In einer nicht gezeigten Ausführungsform können auch bei der in Fig. 11 bis 19 gezeigten Ausführungsform jedem Säckchen 3 auch Anordnungen zum Verschließen desselben, wie Laschen oder dgl . zugeordnet sein.
Bei der in den Fig. 20 bis 29 gezeigten Ausführungsformen besteht die erfindungsgemäße Anordnung aus einem Streifen 1, der mehrere Säckchen 3 aufweist, insbesondere in mehrere Säckchen 3 unterteilt ist, wobei die Säckchen 3 mit ihren Längsseiten aneinander grenzen. Jedes Säckchen 3 ist aus zwei Lagen Werkstoff gebildet, die längs drei Seiten geschlossen und miteinander verbunden sind, beispielsweise durch eine Schweiß- oder Siegelnaht 5. Wie in Fig. 24 gezeigt, sind die Säckchen 3 der Anordnung miteinander zu einem Streifen 1 verbunden, wobei die Zahl der Säckchen 3 beliebig ist, so können zwei oder mehr als zwei Säckchen 3 in der Anordnung enthalten sein. Die einzelnen Säckchen 3 sind von der Anordnung abtrennbar, wobei zwischen den einzelnen Säckchen 3 Schwächungslinien 7, wie Perforationen oder dergleichen mit einer zusätzlichen Abreißhilfe 4 in Form eines ausgestanzten Dreiecks an den Enden der Schwächungslinie 7 vorgesehen sind. Die vom Streifen 1, der aus mehreren Säckchen 3 bestehen kann, abgetrennten Säckchen 3 sind im oberen Bereich 2 des Säckchen 3 zum leichteren Öffnen weder durch eine Schweiß- noch Siegelnaht 5 geschlossen, sodass die Säckchen 3 eine Öffnung 10 aufweisen, die insbesondere an einer Schmalseite liegt.
Für die Aufnahme in einer Zigaretten- bzw. Zigarillopackung (Fig. 20 / 21) wird die erfindungsgemäße Anordnung, wie in Fig. 20 /21 gezeigt, flach zusammen gefaltet und in Zigaretten- bzw. Zigarillopackungen eingesetzt. So kann die Anordnung (Fig. 20) in einer Zigaretten- bzw. Zigarillopackung an deren Schmalseite untergebracht werden, wenn sie wie in Fig. 22 gezeigt, gefaltet ist. Wenn die Anordnung, d.h. der Streifen 1 sowie in Fig. 23 gezeigt gefaltet ist, kann die Anordnung wie in Fig. 21 gezeigt im Bereich der Breitseite einer Zigaretten- bzw. Zigarillopackung 11 eingesetzt sein.
Wenn ein Säckchen 3 benötigt wird, um einen Zigaretten- bzw. Zigarillostummel 12 aufzunehmen und bis zur endgültigen, ordentli- chen Entsorgung aufzubewahren, wird die Anordnung auseinander gefaltet und zwar wenigstens soweit, dass das erste Säckchen 3 zum Ab- • trennen greifbar ist.
Dann wird (vgl. Fig. 25 bis 29) das Säckchen 3 an seiner offenen Seite 10 durch Zusammendrücken der Nähte 5 geöffnet (Fig. 26) . Hernach wird ein Zigaretten- bzw. Zigarillostummel 12 in das Säckchen 3 hineingesteckt (Fig. 27) . Anschließend wird das Säckchen 3 zum Verschließen wenigstens einmal, vorzugsweise aber mehrfach, umgefaltet (Fig. 28 und 29) .
Zusammenfassend kann eine bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung beispielsweise wie folgt beschrieben werden:
Eine Anordnung zum Aufnahme von Zigaretten- bzw. Zigarillostummeln und gegebenenfalls auch von Zigaretten- bzw. Zigarilloasche umfasst einen Streifen 1 mit wenigstens zwei längs Perforationen 7 und Abreißhilfen 4 trennbar miteinander verbundenen Säckchen 3. Der Streifen 1 kann eingerollt oder gefaltet in einer Zigarettenbzw. Zigarillopackung untergebracht werden kann.

Claims

Ansprüche :
1. Anordnung zum Entsorgen von Zigaretten- bzw. Zigarillostummeln, gekennzeichnet durch einen Streifen (1) mit zwei oder mehr als zwei aneinander gefügten Säckchen (3) .
2. Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Säckchen (3) aus zwei Lagen Werkstoff gebildet ist, die längs der Ränder unter Freilassen einer Einfüllöffnung (10) durch Nähte (5) miteinander verbunden sind.
3. Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Säckchen (3) an einem Ende geschlossenen Schlauchabschnitte sind.
4. Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Säckchen (3) eine im Wesentlichen rechteckige Umrissform besitzt.
5. Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen zwei Säckchen (3) des Streifens (1) der Anordnung Schwächungslinien (7), die gegebenenfalls wenigstens an einem Ende mit einer Abreißhilfe (4), beispielsweise in Form einer dreieckigen Ausstanzung, versehen sind, vorgesehen sind.
6. Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Säckchen (3) innenseitig eine Metallbeschichtung tragen.
7. Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Säckchen (3) aus metallbeschichtetem Papier bestehen.
8. Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Säckchen (3) des Streifens (1) an ihren Schmalseiten miteinander verbunden sind.
9. Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekenn- zeichnet, dass die Säckchen (3) des Streifens (1) an ihren Längsseiten miteinander verbunden sind.
10. Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Streifen (1) der Anordnung zur Aufnahme in einer Zigaretten- oder Zigarillopackung eingerollt ist.
11. Anordnung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass über den eingerollten Streifen (1) der Anordnung eine Hülse (9) gesteckt ist.
12. Anordnung nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der eingerollte Streifen (1) der Anordnung im Wesentlichen der Abmessungen einer Zigaretten oder eines Zigarillos (11) hat.
13. Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Streifen (1) der Anordnung zur Aufnahme in einer Zigaretten- oder Zigarillopackung flach gefaltet ist.
14. Anordnung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass über den gefalteten Streifen (1) der Anordnung eine Hülse gesteckt ist.
