Cette invention porte sur un téléphone destiné à des audioconférences. Le téléphone comporte diverses unités de commande, de régulation et de surveillance électriques ; des unités de mémoire ; des régulateurs pour sélectionner des fonctions et des réglages ; un écran d'informations sur lequel sont affichés des systèmes de menu couplés à des fonctions et à des réglages ; et des moyens d'ajustement influant sur un curseur qui est apte à être déplacé vers l'en-tête désirée sélectionnée puis verrouillé sur ladite en-tête et qui active la fonction ou le réglage couplé à celle-ci. Le téléphone comporte un port sur lequel on peut brancher un micro-casque.
