Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Getriebeeinheit und eine Motor-Getriebeeinheit für Seil-Fensterheber von Kraftfahrzeugen, die einen Antrieb (14, 50; 59, 60) und ein mit dem Antrieb zusammenwirkendes Getriebe (15, 10) umfasst, welches mit einer drehbar gelagerten Seiltrommel (17) zum Auf- und Abwickeln eines Seils (53) des Seil-Fensterhebers (100) gekoppelt ist. Die Getriebe- oder Motor-Getriebeeinheit zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass ein Dichtungsmittel (30) drehfest entweder auf einem oberen Umfangsrand des Schneckenrads (10) oder auf einem oberen Rand (29) des Gehäuseabschnitts (6) sitzt und einen dazwischen ausgebildeten Ringspalt überbrückt, um den Raum des Schneckenrads (10) gegen den Raum des Gehäuseabschnitts (6) abzudichten. Dadurch kann eine zuverlässige Abdichtung bei zugleich geringem Bauvolumen der Getriebeeinheit erzielt werden. Gleichzeitig können auch die Herstellungskosten reduziert werden.
Das Dichtungsmittel kann durch ein Zwei-Komponenten-Spritzgießverfahren ausgebildet sein, bei dem ein Gehäuse der Getriebeeinheit in einem ersten Arbeitsschritt aus einem vergleichsweise harten Kunststoff spritzgegossen wird und dann das Dichtungsmittel aus einem vergleichsweise weichen Kunststoff in einem zweiten Arbeitsschritt an das Gehäuse angespritzt wird.
