Abstract

Die Offenbarung betrifft ein Schuhwerk (20) mit einer Schuhsohle (21) im Bereich des Fußballens (12) und der Zehen (11), einem Absatz (23) im Bereich der Ferse (14) und einem dazwischen angeordneten Verbindungsstück (22), welches im Bereich des Fußgewölbes (13) ausschlieβlich oberhalb der Fußsohle und/oder entlang lediglich einer Seite der Fußsohle verläuft.

SCHUHWERK
Beschreibung
Die Offenbarung betrifft ein straßentaugliches Schuhwerk mit lüftungsbedingter Sohlengestaltung.
Im Sinne einer Reduktion auf die zweckmäßigen Bestandteile eines Schuhwerks ist ein Verzicht auf die Schuhsohle im Bereich des Fußgewölbes denkbar, sofern die Fußsohle im Bereich des Fußgewölbes, durch den Absatz und gegebenenfalls ein Plateau, wenigstens soweit angehoben ist, dass diese auch bei üblichen Unebenheiten den Boden nicht berührt. Die Statik des Schuhwerkes und die Stabilität des Absatzes soll nun durch eine neue, bevorzugt minimalistische Ausgestaltung eines Verbindungsstückes zwischen dem Rest der Sohle und des Absatzes gewährleistet werden. Ein solches Verbindungsstück soll im Bereich des Fußgewölbes oberhalb der Fußsohle beispielsweise entlang einer Seite des Fußes und, oder alternativ entlang lediglich einer Seite der Fußsohle verlaufen. Das heißt, dass hier die Fußsohle gar nicht, oder entweder von der lateralen oder aber medialen Seite her bis höchstens zur Mitte hin bedeckt ist, und dass auf der jeweils anderen Seite der Fußsohle kein Bestandteil des Schuhwerks zwischen derselben und dem Fußboden angeordnet ist.
Aus statischen Gründen werden für das Verbindungsstück starre Materialien oder eventuell eine Anordnung von zweidimensional gelenkigen Gliedern bevorzugt. Eine vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung des Verbindungsstückes ist zum Beispiel ein Profil, es ist aber auch beispielsweise eine Konstruktion aus Stäben denkbar. Das Verbindungsstück kann mit der Sohle flexibel, und mit dem Absatz starr angebunden werden. Bezüglich der Materialwahl, Konstruktion, Ausgestaltung, Befestigung, Anordnung oder Anzahl der Verbindungsstücke oder anderen Bestandteilen besteht im Rahmen der
Erfindung jedoch keine Einschränkung.
Anhand von Figuren wird die Erfindung symbolisch und beispielhaft erläutert.
Figurenbeschreibung
Fig.1 - zeigt eine seitliche Ansicht des Schuhwerks 20 von lateral: Die Schuhsohle 21 schützt den Bereich des Fußballens 12 und der Zehen 11. Der Absatz 23 im Bereich der Ferse 14 hebt die Fußsohle im Bereich des Fußgewölbes 13 soweit an, dass diese auch bei groben Unebenheiten den Boden nicht berührt. Das Verbindungsstück 22 verläuft im Bereich des Fußgewölbes 13 entlang der lateralen Seite des Fußes 10 und verbindet so die Schuhsohle 21 mit dem Absatz 23. Die Fußsohle im Bereich des Fußgewölbes 13 bleibt unbedeckt. Die unbedeckten Partien des Fußes 10 sind schraffiert dargestellt.
Fig.2 - zeigt eine seitliche Ansicht des Schuhwerks 20 von medial: Die Schuhsohle 21 schützt den Bereich des Fußballens 12 und der Zehen 11. Der Absatz 23 im Bereich der Ferse 14 hebt die Fußsohle im Bereich des Fußgewölbes 13 soweit an, dass diese auch bei groben Unebenheiten den Boden nicht berührt. Die mediale Seite des Fußes 10 und die Fußsohle im Bereich des Fußgewölbes 13 bleiben unbedeckt. Die unbedeckten Partien des Fußes 10 sind schraffiert dargestellt.
Fig.3 - zeigt eine perspektivische Ansicht des Schuhwerks 20 von posterior: Die Schuhsohle 21 schützt den Bereich des Fußballens 12 und der Zehen 11. Der Absatz 23 im Bereich der Ferse 14 hebt die Fußsohle im Bereich des Fußgewölbes 13 soweit an, dass diese auch bei groben Unebenheiten den Boden nicht berührt. Das Verbindungsstück 22 verläuft im Bereich des Fußgewölbes 13 entlang der lateralen Seite des Fußes 10 und im Bereich des Fußballens 12 von lateral nach medial und verbindet so die Schuhsohle 21 mit dem Absatz 23. Die mediale Seite des Fußes 10 und die Fußsohle im Bereich des Fußgewölbes 13 bleiben unbedeckt. Die unbedeckten Partien des Fußes 10 sind schraffiert dargestellt.

Claims

Ansprüche
1. Schuhwerk (20) mit einer Schuhsohle (21) im Bereich des Fußballens (12) und der Zehen (11), einem Absatz (23) im Bereich der Ferse (14) und wenigstens einem dazwischen angeordneten Verbindungsstück (22), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungsstück (22) im Bereich des Fußgewölbes (13) ausschließlich oberhalb der Fußsohle und/oder entlang lediglich einer Seite der Fußsohle verläuft.
2. Schuhwerk (20) nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungsstück (22) aus wenigstens einem starren Material besteht.
3. Schuhwerk (20) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungsstück (22) aus wenigstens einem Profil besteht.
