Definitions
- the invention relates to a fastening element for wood fiber insulation panels with the features of the preamble of claim 1.
- Fastening elements for fastening insulation boards to a substructure are used, for example, in thermal insulation composite systems (ETICS) to fasten insulation boards to building walls.
- ETICS thermal insulation composite systems
- the fastening element has a fastening means and a holder element.
- the fastening means is, for example, a screw to which the holder element is molded, and with which the fastening element and thus the insulating board to a substructure, such as a wooden beam, can be anchored.
- the holder element is designed as insulating thread with a large outer diameter and a threaded core, which can be screwed into the insulation board. It cuts when screwing so in the insulation board that a power transmission between the insulation board and holder element is guaranteed.
- the document EP 1 783 300 A2 shows a further fastening element with a dowel as a fastening means and a holder element.
- the holder element is designed to be more continuous as insulating thread, wherein the threaded portions are arranged symmetrically about the threaded core.
- the special embodiment of the insulation thread, with two radially projecting from the Gewindekem of the insulation thread threaded portions is designed for easy insertion of the holder element in the insulation.
- the fastener is screwed into the insulation board so that the dowel is inserted into a pre-drilled in the substructure hole and jammed in it. As a result, a power transmission from the insulation board in the substructure is possible.
- the substructure is in this case
- Fasteners for wood fiber insulation boards are unsuitable because they are not screwed due to their trained for soft insulation material insulation thread in wood fiber insulation boards.
- the fasteners described due to their special geometry or their manufacturing process consuming in the production and thus relatively expensive.
- the object of the invention is therefore to propose a fastener that is easy to manufacture and suitable for wood fiber boards.
- the fastening element according to the invention has a holder element with an insulating thread and a threaded core and a fastening means.
- the fastening element extends along a longitudinal axis, which is also the longitudinal axis of the insulation material thread.
- the fastener and the holder member may be rotatably connected to each other, an additional axially fixed
- the threaded core of the holder element according to the invention has an at least by a factor of 1, 5 larger maximum outer diameter than the fastening means in its mounting region. It is meant with the attachment region of the anchoring serving part of the fastening means. This makes it easier and cheaper
- the fastening means thus be inserted for example via a receptacle in the holder member in the longitudinal direction in the holder element and can be rotatably held by a corresponding design of the fastener and the recording in the recording.
- the fastening means is, for example, a screw but can also be a nail, a clamping sleeve, a sieve sleeve or the like.
- the fastening element may be formed in several parts or integrally connected to the holder element. For example, a screw with hexagonal head by a recording in the holder element in the longitudinal direction can be inserted and rotatably connected by a corresponding shape of the recording with the holder element.
- Torque between the screw and holder element is then a corresponding remaining wall thickness of the holder element necessary.
- the outer diameter of the thread core does not have to be constant, but it can, for example, rise counter to the insertion direction of the fastening element.
- the maximum outer diameter of the insulation material thread is at least a factor of 1, 4 and a maximum of a factor of 2.5, in particular around the
- the insulation thread is designed as a pointed thread and has a flank angle of 10 ° to 20 °, in particular of 15 °.
- the insulation thread can also be performed only partially as a pointed thread. Due to the special thread form, the insertion resistance in the wood fiber insulation board is greatly reduced. A simple installation of the fastener is thus possible.
- such a thread allows to carry out the holder element inexpensively in plastic. A high insertion resistance would produce shear loads between the flanks and the core of the insulation thread, which in a plastic holder element to a
- the diameter of the insulation thread corresponds to a minimum of 0.6 times the length of the holder element and at most its 1, 2-fold, in particular its 0.7 to 0.9 times, length.
- the insulating material thread of the holder element has, in a preferred embodiment, a first threaded portion which extends around half the circumference of the threaded core of the holder element extends.
- a second threaded portion is arranged at a distance in the direction of the longitudinal axis to the first threaded portion of the insulating material thread of the holder member.
- the distance between the two threaded portions corresponds to the thread pitch, that the threaded portions engage in the same threads in the wood fiber insulation board and do not destroy the cut into the insulation board thread.
- the preferred distance between the end of the first threaded portion and the beginning of the second threaded portion is substantially equal to 1.0 times the thread pitch. That is, between the two threaded portions a threaded portion is omitted, which extends around the entire circumference of the thread core of the insulation material thread.
- a preferred embodiment has an insulation thread with an outer diameter, which increases from the front first end pointing in the insertion direction in the insulation board towards the rear second end.
- Embodiment with a substantially cylindrical Gewindekem means that the radial extent of the thread flanks of the individual threaded portions from the first front end of the insulation thread increases toward the second rear end. This ensures that, in particular, the threaded sections at the rear end contribute to the load-bearing capacity of the holder element. In addition, this means that the attached at the front end threaded portions have a smaller radial extent, that a threaded portion of the subsequent threaded portion pre-cuts a portion of thread in the wood fiber insulation board and therefore the insertion resistance of the holder member throughout the driving remains uniformly low. This is additionally supported by the fact that the radial extent of a
- Thread section preferably from its front in the insertion direction beginning to its rear end in the insertion direction, ie counter to the insertion direction, increases.
- the threaded portion ends with a radial edge extending to the thread core of the insulation material thread.
- the fastening element has an end face at its rear end in the insertion direction.
- the end face is arranged on the holder element.
- the end face is, for example, circular.
- it has an outer diameter which is at least as large as the maximum outer diameter of the insulation material thread.
- the end face prevents the fastener from getting too far into the insulation board is introduced. It also covers the opening into which the fastener was inserted. If the end face is not circular, the outside diameter is the diameter of a circle circumscribing the end face.
- the holder element is made of thermally insulating
- the holder element preferably has a receptacle for a closure element.
- the closure element acts as a thermal insulation against the screw.
- the closure element may be designed such that it fixes the fastening means in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the fastening element.
- the closure element may have a receptacle for a tool, for example for a screw bit.
- Figure 1 shows a first inventive fastener for
- Figure 2 shows a second inventive fastener for
- Figure 3 shows a third inventive fastener for
- Figure 4 shows a fourth inventive fastener for wood fiber insulation panels in a perspective sectional view.
- FIG. 1 shows a first fastening element 1 according to the invention with a holder element 2, a fastening means 3 and a closure element 4.
- the fastening means 3 in this case is a screw 5 with a point 6 pointing into the insertion direction, a threaded area 7 with a screw thread 8
- the holder element 2 is designed as an injection molded part in plastic, with a
- the insulation thread 13 is designed as a pointed thread with a flank angle ⁇ of 15 °.
- the Gewindekem 14 of the holder member 2 has a by a factor of 1, 5 larger maximum outer diameter D ⁇ than that
- Fixing means 3 having a maximum outer diameter D B in the fastening area of the screw 5. Moreover, the maximum outer diameter D D of the insulating thread 13 by a factor of 1, 5 is larger than the maximum outer diameter D ⁇ of the threaded core 14 of the holder element 2. The maximum outer diameter D D of the Insulating material thread 13 corresponds to 0.75 times the length L H of the holder element 2.
- the holder element 2 terminates at its rear end 18 in the insertion direction with a radially outwardly extending end face 19, which is circular in shape, and an outer diameter D 1 - has, which corresponds to the maximum outer diameter D D of the insulating thread 13.
- the receptacle 12 completely penetrates the holder element along its longitudinal axis and is formed in its rear region in the insertion direction as a hexagon socket, so that the introduced screw 5 with hexagonal head 10 is non-rotatably connected to the holder element 2.
- the hexagon socket can be designed so that the receptacle 12 is also usable as a tool holder.
- the receptacle 12 In its front region, the receptacle 12 is designed as a bore whose diameter corresponds to the maximum outer diameter D B of the fastening means 3 in the attachment region. Due to the ratio of the maximum outer diameter D ⁇ of the threaded core 14 of the insulating material thread 13 to the maximum outer diameter D B of the fastening means 3, a sufficiently large wall thickness t of the holder element 2 is present. Due to the special design of the insulation material thread 13, the fastener can be
- the fastener 1 relatively easy and easy to screw in a wood fiber insulation board, not shown.
- the wood fiber insulation board can be glued to a substructure or even just be laid.
- the fastener 1 is designed for example for a substructure made of wood.
- the holder member 2 is by screwing in the Screw 5 led to Holzfaserdämmplatte out, so in the insertion. Due to the rotationally fixed connection of the holder element 2 and the screw 5, the insulation thread 13 of the holder element 2 also rotates in the wood fiber insulation board. The thread pitch in the screw 5 corresponds to the thread pitch of the insulation material thread 13, whereby the screw 5 and the holder element 2 with the same
- the thread pitch of the holder member 2 is slightly smaller than the thread pitch of the screw 5, which ensures that when screwing the fastener 1, the insulation board is clamped against the substructure, since the screw thread 8 per revolution in the axial direction continues to move As soon as the end face 19 bears against the outside of the insulation board, the torque necessary for screwing in the fastening element 1 increases, whereby the setting process is terminated.
- a fastener according to the invention can also be used for fastening further insulating materials, the like
- the holder element 2 is made of plastic.
- the receptacle 12 can be closed by a closure element 4 before or after assembly of the fastening element 1.
- the closure element 4 shown has for locking in the receptacle 12 rectangular locking elements 20 which are in grooves
- the closure element 4 also has a second tool holder 22. Due to the special geometry of the holder element 2 very high holding forces can be realized. In addition, the fastener 1 is easy to manufacture and thus inexpensive.
- Figure 2 shows a fastener 1 'with a holder element 2' and a screw 5 'as a fastening means 3', which engages in a dowel 23, for example, for anchoring in a concrete wall, not shown.
- the holder element 2 ' has no closure element and no end face.
- the insulation material thread 13 ' has a plurality of threaded portions 24, each about half the circumference of the
- Two threaded sections 24 each are arranged at a distance in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the fastening element V.
- the distance a in the direction of the longitudinal axis between the end of a first threaded portion 25 and the beginning of a second, following in screwing, threaded portion 26 corresponds to a thread pitch of the insulation material thread 13 '.
- the insulating thread 13 ' has an outer diameter which increases from its first end 15 to its second end 18.
- the individual threaded portions 24 take in their radial extent from the beginning of the threaded portion 24 to the end of the threaded portion 24, ie against the screwing towards.
- the threaded portions 24 terminate at their end with a radially to the threaded core 14 of the insulation material thread 13 'extending edge 27.
- Fastening element 1 ' has no pronounced end face, it is possible to secure the holder element 2' sunk in a wood fiber insulation board, not shown.
