Definitions
- the invention relates to a roof sliding window with a plurality of window sashes according to claim 1.
- the first sash is decoupled from the second sash and sunk into the stacker so that the second sash slides over the first sash into the stacker box can be. Accordingly, the remaining window sashes remaining in the window opening are moved.
- the stacking of the window sash in the decoupled state, a particularly space-saving storage option offered the window sash, with a large window opening can be closed or released.
- the reduction drive by means of which even heavy window sash can be moved, however, means that, for example, in the event of a power failure, the sashes can not be displaced, or only extremely difficult, for closing or releasing the window opening.
- the reduction drive generates by its reduction a high, difficult to not surmountable counter-torque.
- an emergency for example, when it starts to rain and the roof sliding window is open, or when a fire breaks out and the closed roof sliding window closes the only possible exit, it is desirable to be able to manually move the sashes in a simple manner to release the window opening or to close.
- the DE 10351941 A1 goes out a device for raising and lowering roof window gliding elements.
- the device has a drive that works in conjunction with spindles, chains or cables.
- the invention has for its object to provide a roof sliding window, which is a manual movement of the sash in Emergency, for example, due to a power failure, without particularly high power allows.
- the object underlying the invention is achieved in that an actuatable by means of a manually operated adjusting coupling between reduction drive and the / the sash (s) is provided.
- a manually operated adjustment which is manually operated by a user, so in a simple manner by hand.
- the adjusting device acts on a coupling such that it actuates the coupling between reduction drive and the / the window sash (s).
- By operating the clutch it can be closed (coupled) or opened (decoupled). This means that by operating the clutch, the operative connection between the reduction drive and the / the window sash (s) can be interrupted.
- the adjusting device by means of which the clutch can be actuated, has an eccentric unit operatively connected to the clutch.
- the eccentric unit is generally understood to mean a device in which a rotational movement due to an eccentricity causes a translational movement. This allows the clutch Close by simple manual operation without much effort even with high required coupling forces in a simple manner or open or clutch or decouple.
- the adjusting device has at least one actuating rod displaceable by the eccentric unit and actuating the clutch.
- the rotational movement of the eccentric unit is thus transmitted via the actuating rod to the coupling.
- the actuating rod is positively connected to the eccentric unit.
- the eccentric unit has a circular eccentric disc, on which a driving means, such as a pin, is arranged eccentrically, which engages in an end-side receptacle of the actuating rod. Due to the eccentric arrangement of the pin on the circular eccentric disc, the connecting rod undergoes a translational movement.
- the circular eccentric disc of the eccentric is mounted eccentrically rotatable. This results in that the lateral surface of the circular eccentric disc not only rotates during rotation, but also in a plane perpendicular to the axis of rotation (translational) is displaced.
- the actuating rod has at its end associated with the eccentric on a circular bearing ring, in which engages the circular eccentric disc.
- the eccentric disc is expediently substantially form-fitting in the circular Bearing ring, so that although the sideways movement of the eccentric disc, but not the rotational movement is transmitted to the bearing ring.
- a sliding bearing is suitably designed so that the lowest possible friction losses.
- the eccentric disk has a shoulder projecting beyond the bearing ring on one end face, which serves both for axial bearing of the bearing ring and for protection of the sliding bearing against contamination.
- the bearing ring is either moored as a separate component on the actuating rod or formed integrally therewith. In a separate Training the bearing ring, the actuating rod is advantageously secured by means of screwing and / or bonding to this, so that a power and motion transmission is permanently guaranteed.
- the adjusting device and / or the clutch at least one return spring, which biases the clutch in its coupled state.
- the return spring thus urging the clutch always in its coupled / closed state, so that unintentional opening or decoupling is prevented.
- the return spring may be part of the adjustment and / or the clutch itself. It is essential that they apply the clutch directly or indirectly, preferably pressurized.
- the return spring can be designed as a helical spring, spiral spring, coil spring, disc spring, disc spring or the like. Depending on where the return spring is to act on the clutch, it may be useful to provide several return springs, so that the force is evenly distributed to the clutch.
- the adjusting device and / or the eccentric unit are designed to be self-locking at least in the uncoupled state.
- This can be realized by choosing appropriate dimensions and / or friction, in particular between the eccentric and the bearing ring.
- the coupling is designed as a positive coupling, in particular as a tooth or dog clutch.
- the toothed coupling advantageously has an axially displaceable coupling sleeve, which is provided with at least one internal toothing, which can be brought into engagement with an external toothing of at least one toothed wheel by axial displacement for coupling.
- the coupling sleeve has a first internal toothing, which is always in engagement with a reduction gear belonging to the outer toothing of a first gear, and a second internal toothing, which can be brought by axial displacement with the outer toothing of the power transmission to the window sash second gear engaged or operatively engageable is.
- the coupling sleeve can of course always be in engagement with the second gear and be brought into or out of engagement by displacement with the first gear.
- the coupling sleeve has a single internal toothing, which extends over the entire length of the coupling sleeve, so that the first internal toothing merges into the second.
- at least one of the external gears or one of the gear wheels is crowned in order to be able to compensate for a manufacturing tolerance-related shaft misalignment.
- the coupling sleeve of the toothed coupling by means of the actuating rod is axially displaceable.
- the actuating rod is pivotally operatively connected to the coupling sleeve, so that the displacement of the bearing ring by the eccentric disc does not lead to a bending stress of the actuating rod.
- the operating rod must not be connected directly to the coupling sleeve, since the latter must be able to rotate.
- the actuating rod is therefore connected to at least one coupling sleeve at least axially supporting element.
- the coupling sleeve is rotatably held between two displaceable by the actuating rod coupling plates.
- the actuating rod thus cooperates with two displaceable coupling plates, between which the coupling sleeve is rotatably held.
- the coupling plates thus serve as the coupling sleeve axially and preferably also radially supporting elements.
- the adjusting device and / or the toothed coupling to an elastically deformable force-transmitting element which is an adjustment of the eccentric for engaging the internal teeth of the coupling sleeve with the second gear at any time, especially if the coupling sleeve is not on the second gear is pushed, allowed.
- the coupling sleeve can be brought into engagement with the toothed wheel only if the teeth of the internal toothing can engage in the interdental spaces of the second toothed wheel.
- a synchronization of the coupling sleeve with the gear to be engaged is necessary, otherwise the teeth of the internal teeth abut against the teeth of the gear end face and thus preventing a coupling.
- the advantageous elastically deformable force transmission element serves to ensure that the movement generated by the eccentric unit is not transmitted to the clutch via a rigid connection. Rather, the force transmission element converts the movement of the eccentric unit or the adjusting device into a force to be transmitted by being elastically deformable. Deformation allows any movement but does not transmit it directly. Rather, an additional force component is generated.
- the force-transmitting element between the actuating rod and the coupling sleeve is arranged.
- the force-transmitting element is arranged between the actuating rod and the coupling sleeve such that when the actuating rod is displaced by the eccentric unit and the toothed coupling is not synchronized, the force-transmitting member is deformed to accommodate the movement of the actuating rod.
- the coupling sleeve is pushed onto the gear due to the force stored in the elastically deformed force transmitting member and engaged therewith. In this way, it is ensured that the user can always operate the adjusting device and an automatic synchronization of the toothed coupling takes place.
- the force transmission element is designed as a spring element, in particular as a helical spring.
- the window sash each have a toothed rack, which can be brought into engagement with a drivable by the reduction drive via the clutch driving means.
- the clutch or gear coupling is arranged between the reduction drive and the power or movement on the sash transferring driving means.
- the entrainment means is a gear or a toothed gear and / or a chain drive.
- the advantage of the chain drive is that the rack of the corresponding sash can engage the chain over a wide range, so that high forces can be transmitted.
- a releasable by the eccentric signal generator for detecting the state of the adjusting device is provided, wherein preferably an actuating element of the signal generator by the free outer shell surface of the bearing ring and / or eccentric disc is actuated or acted upon.
- the signal generator can serve, for example, to inform a control device whether the clutch is open or closed.
- the controller can then enable or disable functions of the roof sliding window.
- the control device interrupts the power supply to the reduction drive when detecting the open state of the clutch.
- FIGS. 1 and 2 show in a perspective view or in a perspective exploded view of a drive unit 1 of a roof sliding window 2, not shown here, which has a plurality of window sash, which are releasably coupled together, slidably and in the decoupled state one above the other in a stacking box retractable.
- the displacement of the window sash is accomplished by means of a reduction drive 3 of the drive unit 1.
- the reduction drive essentially comprises an electric motor 4 and a reduction gear 5 driven by it.
- the reduction gear 5 is adjoined by a clutch 6. This is in operative connection with the reduction gear 5 or with an output shaft of the reduction gear 5, so that a rotational movement of the output shaft is transmitted to the clutch 6.
- the coupling 6 is operatively connected to a drive shaft 7 of a chain drive 8.
- the chain drive 8, whose chain is not shown here for reasons of clarity, furthermore comprises three deflection rollers 9, 10 and 11 serving to guide the chain.
- the chain drive 8 is driven via a gearwheel 12, which is arranged in a rotationally fixed manner on the drive shaft 7.
- the chain of the chain drive 8 here represents a driving means 13, which cooperates with the window sash associated racks for moving the sash.
- the deflection roller 9 is displaceable in its position, as best of the FIG. 2 apparent, so they as Tensioning pulley for tensioning the chain drive.
- the roof sliding window can thus be opened or closed by moving the window sash through the reduction drive 3, via the coupling 6 and the chain drive 8.
- the chain runs around the pulleys 9, 10 and 11 and the chain driving the gear 12, the pulleys 10 and 11 are arranged in a line parallel to the racks of the window sash, so that the racks according to the length of the chain between the Deflection pulleys 10 and 11 are engageable with the chain.
- the clutch 6 On the training and function of the clutch 6 will be discussed later.
- the drive unit 1 an adjusting device 14 which is manually operated and is used to actuate the clutch 6.
- the adjusting device 14 essentially comprises an eccentric unit 15, an actuating rod 16 which is operatively connected to the eccentric unit 15 and a slide unit 17 which is displaceably mounted in a longitudinal guide and which is operatively connected to the actuating rod 16.
- the eccentric unit 15 has a circular eccentric disc 18, which is mounted eccentrically rotatable.
- the FIG. 3 shows the eccentric unit 15 in a sectional view.
- the eccentric disc 18 is - as already mentioned - circular and mounted eccentrically rotatable about an axis of rotation 19.
- the mounting of the eccentric disc 18 can be realized in a variety of ways, for example by means of a corresponding bearing pin, a bearing bore or similar means known to those skilled in the art.
- the eccentric 18 engages in a circular bearing ring 20 a. Wherein eccentric and bearing ring 20 advantageously are formed so that only a small clearance between the two is present.
- the bearing ring 20 is thus rotatably mounted on the eccentric disc 18 in a form-fitting manner.
- the eccentric disc 18 further has a shoulder 21, with which it projects beyond the bearing ring 20.
- the shoulder 21 acts as a thrust bearing for the eccentric disk 18 on the bearing ring 20.
- the bearing ring 20 also has a receptacle 22 for the actuating rod 16.
- the receptacle 22 is formed as a threaded bore into which the actuating rod is screwed with a corresponding mating thread.
- the actuating rod 16 is held by means of a lock nut 23 on the mating thread on the bearing ring 20.
- an actuating element 24, in the present case in the form of an external hexagon 25, is arranged on the free end face of the eccentric disk 18.
- a corresponding tool can act on the actuating element 24 or on the external hexagon 25. By rotating or operating the tool, the eccentric disk 18 can be eccentrically displaced / rotated about its axis of rotation 19.
- the bearing ring 20 By rotating the eccentric disk 18, the bearing ring 20 is displaced in its position, so that this substantially translational movement of the bearing ring 20 is transmitted to the actuating rod 16. This in turn transmits the movement to the carriage unit 17, which is operatively connected to the clutch 6 to actuate the latter.
- the clutch 6 By operating the adjusting device 14 by means of the eccentric 15 so here the clutch 6 is operated manually in a simple manner.
- the eccentric 15 acts on the operating rod 16 essentially like an actuation cam.
- the shoulder 21 acts simultaneously as a protective device which prevents penetration of dirt into the slide bearing formed between the bearing ring 20 and the circular eccentric disc 18.
- the clutch 6 is formed as a toothed coupling 26.
- the toothed coupling 26 essentially comprises an axially displaceable coupling sleeve 27, which is provided with an internal toothing 28.
- the coupling sleeve 27 is frontally supported on two coupling plates 29 and 30 rotatably supported. Both coupling plates have on their side facing the coupling sleeve 27 an annular recess 31, 32, in which the coupling sleeve 27 partially engages, so that it is mounted both radially and axially between the clutch plates 29, 30.
- the coupling plates 29, 30 coaxial with the recesses 31 and 32 circular (through) holes 33, 34, whose radius is smaller than the radius of the recesses 31, 32.
- the coupling plates 29 and 30 are - as described later - braced against each other, so that the coupling sleeve 27 can be operated by moving the clutch plates 29 and 30 in a simple manner.
- the toothed coupling 26 also has a first gear 35, which coincides with the in the FIG. 4 not shown output shaft of the reduction drive 3 is rotatably connected.
- the gear 35 is pushed onto the output shaft and locked by means of a grub screw 36 thereto.
- the toothed coupling 26 has a second gear 37, which is non-rotatably connected to the drive shaft 7 of the chain drive 8, in this case also by means of a grub screw 38, is connected.
- Both gears 35 and 37 are in the illustrated embodiment in engagement with the internal teeth 28 of the coupling sleeve 27.
- the teeth or external teeth of the gears 35 and 37 are designed crowned, so in particular an angular offset between the output shaft of the reduction drive 3 and the drive shaft 7 of the chain drive 8 can be compensated or compensated.
- the clutch plates 29 and 30 are mounted by means of bearing pin 39 parallel to the axis of rotation of the coupling sleeve 27 slidably.
- the bearing pins 39 are in openings 42 of the coupling plates 29, 30 and have at one end a screw head 40 and at its other end a thread 41.
- the bearing pins 39 are first with their threaded end 41 having through each one of the openings 42 in the clutch plate 29, then by a spacer sleeve 43 which determines the distance between the two clutch plates 29 and 30, then through the corresponding opening 42nd the coupling plate 30 out.
- a further spacer sleeve 44 is pushed onto each of the bearing pin 39, which is supported on the front side of the coupling plate 30.
- the outer diameter of the spacer sleeves 44 is chosen such that it cooperates with holes 45 of a stationary retaining flange 46 as a plain bearing or axial guide.
- the diameter of the nuts 49 and / or the washers 48 is greater than that of the holes 45, they form a stop which limits the displacement of the coupling plates 29, 30 and the coupling sleeve 27.
- the structure of coupling plates 29 and 30 and coupling sleeve 27 is held together in each case by the nut 49, the spacer sleeves 43 and 44 and by the screw head 40.
- four return springs 50 which are designed as helical springs, are furthermore arranged. On the function of the return springs 50 will be discussed later in more detail.
- On the back of the retaining flange 46 of the reduction drive 3 is arranged and screwed to this.
- the holder flange 46 also has an open-edged recess 52, which serves to receive a rod-shaped profile element 53.
- the retaining flange 46 can be fastened or fastened on both sides to groove stones 55 held in lateral longitudinal grooves of the profile element 53.
- the profile element 53 further has on its underside a longitudinal guide 56, which is also formed like a groove and having an undercut, such that the carriage unit 17 is longitudinally displaceable therein is held positively held.
- the carriage unit 17 has two carriages 57, 58, which have an outer profile that is complementary to the longitudinal guide 56.
- a hinge 59 is fixed, on which the actuating rod 16 is held.
- the two slides 57 and 58 are connected to each other via a bolt 60 which engages through a bore of the carriage 57, so that the carriage 57 along the bolt 60 (axially) is displaceable, and is screwed into a threaded bore of the carriage 58.
- an elastically deformable force-transmitting element 61 is arranged between the carriage 57 and 58.
- this is designed as a helical spring 62, through which the bolt 60 is passed.
- the coil spring 62 acts on the slides 57 and 58 such that they are pushed apart, so that in the relaxed state of the carriage 57 would abut the screw head 63 of the screw bolt 60.
- the carriage 57 is positively between the clutch plates 29 and 30, so that by means of displacement of the carriage 57, the coupling sleeve 27 slidably and thus the clutch 6 is actuated.
- the profile element 53 is further frontally mounted on a the deflection rollers 9, 10, 11 and the gear 12 overlapping (stationary) flange 70. At the end opposite the flange element 70, the eccentric unit 15 is held on the profile element 53 by means of a holding plate 64.
- FIGS. 1 and 4 show the clutch 6 in the coupled state.
- the adjusting device 14 is operated manually.
- a corresponding tool is pushed onto the external hexagon 25.
- the bearing ring 20 is thus displaced essentially in the direction of an arrow 66, as already mentioned above.
- the actuating rod 16 is also displaced substantially in the same direction, whereby the carriage unit 17 is displaced in the longitudinal guide in the direction of an arrow 67.
- the eccentric unit 15 is rotated counter to the arrow 65 by means of the tool described above, whereby the bearing ring 20 and the actuating rod 16 are also displaced in the opposite direction of the arrow 66.
- the carriage 58 of the carriage unit 17 is displaced counter to the directional arrow 67 in the longitudinal guide 56.
- the movement is transmitted to the carriage 57. If the clutch 6 is synchronized, so the coupling sleeve 27 can be pushed onto the gear 37, because the teeth of the gear 37 with interdental spaces the coupling sleeve 27 are aligned, the coupling 6 is coupled.
- the clutch 6 is not synchronized, that is to say that the teeth of the gear 37 strike the teeth of the coupling sleeve 27, the movement of the carriage 57 is obstructed and the helical spring 62 is elastically deformed by the further movement of the carriage 58, so that the carriage 58 or eccentric unit 15 can be adjusted without the adjusting device 14 or the clutch 6 are damaged.
- the coupling sleeve 27 or the gear 37 is rotated so that the coupling 6 is synchronized, the energy stored in the helical spring 62 ensures that the slide 57 is displaced counter to the direction of the arrow 67 and thus the coupling sleeve 27 is pushed onto the gear 37 and coupled with it.
- the return springs 50 between the clutch plate 30 and the retaining flange 46 as compression springs ensure that the clutch 6 is always urged into the coupled state, so that an unintentional uncoupling of the drive unit 1 during operation is prevented.
- the clutch 6 By means of the manually operated adjusting device 14, by means of which the clutch 6 can be actuated, it is possible in a simple manner to separate a defect of the reduction drive 3 or, in the event of a power failure, the reduction drive 3 from the window sashes, so that they can easily be displaced by hand in the window opening are. This ensures that even in an emergency, the roof sliding window can be opened or closed by a user in a simple manner.
- the eccentric unit 15 is advantageously assigned a signal generator 68.
- This has an actuating element 69 which has a wheel at its free end, which runs on the outer shell surface of the bearing ring 20.
- the signal generator 68 thus serves to detect the rotational position of the eccentric unit 15 or the state of the adjusting device 14. For example, it can be provided that upon detection of the decoupled state of the adjusting device 14, the power supply to the reduction drive 3 is interrupted.
