Claims (4)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'une cartouche (1) avec un projectile (2) et une douille à charge propulsive combustible (3) ainsi qu'un couvercle de douille (4) qui relie la douille à charge propulsive (3) au projectile (2), le projectile (2) présentant une bague d'étanchéité (8) voisine du couvercle de douille (4), comprenant les étapes suivantes
    - fabrication du couvercle de douille (4) par moulage par injection avec une matière plastique souple, la bague d'étanchéité étant formée par la zone (8) du côté avant du couvercle de douille (4) qui fait face au projectile (2),
    - liaison du couvercle de douille (4) à la douille à charge propulsive (3) et au projectile (2),
    - le couvercle de douille (4) étant doté d'un point de rupture voulu (10) de forme annulaire entre la zone (8) qui forme la bague d'étanchéité et la zone côté arrière (9) qui vient s'y rattacher, et
    - la zone (8) du couvercle de douille (4) qui sert de bague d'étanchéité étant emmanchée par pression ou emmanchée par frettage sur le projectile (2) ou encore fixée au projectile (2) au moyen d'une liaison collée.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la zone (8) du couvercle de douille (4) qui sert de bague d'étanchéité est fixée au projectile (2) par un contre-écrou (11).
  3. Cartouche comprenant un projectile (2) composé d'un corps pénétrant (5) de petit calibre et d'une cage propulsive (6) éjectable, une douille à charge propulsive combustible (3) ainsi qu'un couvercle de douille (4) qui relie la douille à charge propulsive (3) à la cage propulsive (6),
    - la cage propulsive (6) englobant une bague d'étanchéité (8) voisine du couvercle de douille (4) et la bague d'étanchéité étant la zone avant (8) du couvercle de douille (4),
    - le couvercle de douille (4) se composant d'une pièce moulée par injection en une matière plastique souple et un point de rupture voulu (10) de forme annulaire étant prévu entre la zone (8) qui forme la bague d'étanchéité et la zone côté arrière (9) qui vient s'y rattacher et
    - la zone (8) du couvercle de douille (4) qui sert de bague d'étanchéité étant emmanchée par pression ou emmanchée par frettage sur le projectile (2) ou encore fixée au projectile (2) au moyen d'une liaison collée.
  4. Cartouche selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que la cage propulsive (6) est une cage propulsive par choc avec un élément propulseur (7) du coté arrière en forme de plaque qui agit sur le corps pénétrant (5) de petit calibre, la zone (8) du couvercle de douille (4) qui sert de bague d'étanchéité entourant l'élément propulseur (7) du côté extérieur.
