  13. Sachet à plis latéraux selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que la ligne d'ouverture (7) présente un profil de forme cintrée.
  14. Sachet à plis latéraux selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que la ligne d'ouverture (7) consiste dans une ligne d'affaiblissement qui sectionne uniquement une couche de couverture extérieure au sachet du film multicouches en matière plastique.
  15. Sachet à plis latéraux selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que la ligne d'ouverture (7) consiste dans une perforation, qui en tant que ligne de perforation permanente, traverse la paroi frontale (1), les flancs du pli latéral (2) et la paroi arrière (1').
  16. Sachet à plis latéraux selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisé en ce qu'en-dessous de la ligne d'ouverture (7) est prévue une liaison (14) pelable, qui s'étend des arêtes longitudinales (3) jusqu'à la surface (10) prévue pour le joint de scellement supérieur (11) sur le bord supérieur du sachet et qui relie des surfaces voisines du sachet à plis latéraux.
  17. Sachet à plis latéraux selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 16, caractérisé en ce que les arêtes longitudinales (3) sont renforcées par des joints de scellement longitudinaux (23) et en ce que les sections de fermeture (8, 9) se terminent avant les joints de scellement longitudinaux (23).
  18. Procédé de fabrication de sachets à plis latéraux selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 17,
    lors duquel on applique sur une bande en film (15) des éléments pour des refermetures (4),
    lors duquel, par pliage de la bande en film (15), on forme ensuite des plis latéraux et on crée un bande de matière bicouches avec des plis latéraux (2, 2') insérés,
    lors duquel, on ferme la bande de matière bicouches par application d'au moins un joint de scellement longitudinal (17) en un tube à plis latéraux (18) posé à plat et
    lors duquel, par application de joints de scellement (19) supplémentaires, on forme une chaîne de sachets (20) à partir de laquelle on sectionne des sachets à plis latéraux au moyen d'une coupe de sectionnement,
    caractérisé en ce qu'on fabrique les refermetures (4) à partir de chaque fois quatre sections de fermeture autoagrippante (8, 9) que l'on fixe en un agencement en forme de W, côte à côte, en symétrie spéculaire sur la bande en film (15), de telle sorte que les sections de fermeture autoagrippante (8, 9) du sachet s'étendent à la diagonale des arêtes longitudinales (3) délimitant le pli latéral (2) vers une surface (10) prévue pour le joint de scellement supérieur (11) sur le bord supérieur du sachet.
  19. Procédé selon la revendication 18, caractérisé en ce que les deux sections extérieures de fermeture autoagrippante (8) de l'agencement en forme de W présentent une longueur supérieure à celle des deux sections intérieures de fermeture autoagrippante (9).
  20. Procédé selon la revendication 18 ou la revendication 19, caractérisé en ce qu'on positionne les sections de fermeture autoagrippante (8, 9) sur la bande en film, chaque fois sous un angle compris entre 30° et 60°, de préférence sous un angle de 45°, par rapport à la direction longitudinale de la bande.
  21. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 18 à 20, caractérisé en ce qu'on dispose les extrémités mutuellement associées des sections de fermeture autoagrippante (8, 9) à un écart mutuel (a1, a2) et en ce que lors du pliage de la section de film associée aux refermetures (4), on forme des arêtes de pliage (21, 22) qui s'écoulent sans obstacle entre les extrémités écartées des sections de fermeture autoagrippante (8, 9).
  22. Procédé selon la revendication 21, caractérisé en ce que l'écart (a1) entre les extrémités qui se font face des sections extérieures de fermeture autoagrippante (8) et des sections de fermeture autoagrippante (9) disposées sur la face intérieure correspond au moins au double de la largeur d'un joint de scellement longitudinal (23) renforçant l'arête longitudinale.
